My boyfriend kept driving by all the 24 hour gas stations on our way to view the sunrise. I just wanted some coffee. Everyday Joe’s has that and more! The coffee is awesome, I think it’s a Maine roaster. There’s gas pumps outside and a little “gas station” style store inside as well as the restaurant. We stopped in to get some breakfasts; we got a bowl and a burrito and both were spot on for 6 am food. It’s the earliest opening restaurant around here so great for those Cadillac sunrise chasers. There’s also a Cadillac mountain shuttle operating out of here. Clean restroom, great outside seating, kind and courteous staff.

Food was pretty good, but received way too few fries with my chicken gyro. The woman taking our orders was also not very friendly, not to mention the price of an entree ($17-18) is far too expensive for a casual sit-down restaurant that has one cook. Kudos to the cook for making good food though, and especially for multitasking 3-4 orders at a time

Cheap and delicious breakfast spot in a not so busy part of Bar Harbor. I mean, that first sentence should be the selling point but I guess I'll go on.This place is literally a gas station that sells really good breakfast. I think the atmosphere was really cool, different from anything else in the area. The food was delicious but doesn't photograph well. I got a breakfast bowl with eggs, sausage, peppers, and cheese. It was fantastic! The price was low, and the value was high. My girl got an omelet and some coffee. The coffee smelt heavily, I wish I could have drank some. She was raving about it though.Bottom line, don't be swayed away because of the look, thisnplace was awesome.Parking: I found oarking here with no problem.

I hate to do this, but I need to post this as a warning. Do not order the seafood ramen. I don’t care how cold and/or how rainy it is. I don’t care how soaked to the bone you are from parking blocks away and wading down the street. Do not, under any circumstance, order the seafood ramen. This was one of the worst things I’ve eaten in my entire life. The “seafood” was rubbery and the broth tasted like it was dipped directly from Frenchman Bay.The service was alright. We got there about an hour before they closed, so I didn’t expect a Disney-like magical experience, but it was okay. The Philly was good. I’d recently been through Philadelphia, so it wasn’t that good, but it was good enough. My son really enjoyed the gyro. I didn’t try it, so I cannot give an opinion on the matter. The fries were delicious. Not as good as Paddy’s, on the other end of the street, but they were really good.Again, do not order the seafood ramen. Oh, it wasn’t even ramen; it was spaghetti! And I didn’t detect any egg in it. But, on a positive, if you like to eat hot, what I can only assume is the “chewing gum of the sea” then this had plenty of that in it.You have been warned.(Update… my stomach will not stop churning. I’m worried for what is to come.)

To be fair, I never tasted the food. My daughter and I stopped by in late March a little before noon. There wasn’t a single person in the place besides two employees, one sitting down and one behind the counter. We wanted breakfast but the employee behind the counter insisted on lunch only. We politely thanked them and left but afterwards thought it would not have taken much for them to serve us since no one else was there. Disappointing.

Came here for breakfast before hiking in Acadia. The breakfast wasn't bad but it wasn't very good either. The food was served relatively quickly and steaming hot. I got the egg sandwich and pancakes and they were decent enough. Think like average home-made meals. If you're in for that kind of mood, then go ahead and try it! It's also a pretty good alternative when the other local breakfast restaurants are all busy.

Everyday Joe’s was a nice little place to have breakfast. This place wasn’t on our original list of places to have breakfast, but when other breakfast locations were too busy we decided to try Everyday Joe’s. We’re glad we did. Really quick and delicious. You won’t be disappointed trying this place.

Got my Sunoco gas recipe from the store & bring home a Lobster Roll $27. It comes with salads. Lobster is tender & tasty. Sauce is creamy, but a bit too sweet….😅

Ordered the Joe’s bowl (breakfast is from 6:30-11:00am) added jalapeños and it was delicious. Also the breakfast burrito was delicious. Sat outside and enjoyed our meals with a nice day!

Great service. Food was excellent. Good coffee also. We only ate there our last day. Wish we ate there earlier because we would have started with breakfast there the whole week!

Great deli style restaurant and gas station. Hidden past the tourist traps, this place offers great food, at an affordable price with exceptional customer service. I went with the turkey bacon club per employee suggestion. This place will not disappoint!

Delicious sandwiches especially the recommended chicken Panini. Budget friendly and chef proof sandwiches for lunch and hot and delicious breakfast. If you’re looking for excellent customer service meals that are piping hot and a clean environment, you need to come look for Bindur at everyday Joe’s. My husband and I were visiting and needed a very good Wi-Fi for work on the road while visiting from Washington DC. The staff here at everyday Joe Was excellent. We’ve tried the restaurants and expense was not worth it. If you’re hungry what are you waiting for? Try everyday Joe’s. It’s under the sign for Sonoco gas Station don’t be fooled the little café behind the Sonoco gas Station is where you want to come for breakfast and lunch. Open very early in the morning and they close at 2 PM so hurry up! Beautiful view and spacious room. Window seating is excellent for couples. Everything’s hot off the grill. Lobster rolls coming soon.

Just added air conditioning! Simple fair in an informal environment. Eggs, pancakes, good not greasy hash browns, breakfast sandwiches. Very nice people working there. Very reasonable prices, especially compared to bar harbor restaurants. My kids loved the chocolate chip pancakes. Laundromat is next door so you could grab a bite while doing laundry. They also have a convenience store area.

If you're in the charming town of Bar Harbor, Maine, and in search of a fantastic meal, look no further than Everyday Joe's. My recent visit to this delightful eatery left me utterly impressed and thoroughly satisfied. I had the pleasure of trying their Reuben and Turkey Club sandwiches, and I can confidently say they were nothing short of amazing. You'll feel right at home in this charming establishment. Now, let's talk about the food. The Reuben sandwich I ordered was a masterpiece. The corned beef was perfectly tender and packed with flavor, and the sauerkraut and Swiss cheese added a delightful tanginess and creaminess to each bite. The rye bread was grilled to perfection, providing that satisfying crunch with every mouthful. It was a harmonious combination of ingredients that left my taste buds dancing with joy.The Turkey Club sandwich was equally impressive. The turkey was juicy and piled high, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. The addition of fresh lettuce, tomato, and mayo added a refreshing contrast to the savory components of the sandwich. It was a classic done right.Dietary restrictions: Gluten

Slow service, and while not unfriendly, wasn't friendly or helpful. Waited almost 35 minutes for our food and they were not very busy. Only two people working, one cook, one other for everything else. Interior is simple and sparse. Served our food on paper plates with plastic ware. Food was very greasy. Bacon was limp and soaked in grease, omelette with sausage and cheese was decent, but greasy. Pancakes tasted like Bisquick - both the regular buttermilk and blueberry. Coffee was ok. Won't eat here again.

Great Philly cheese steak sandwich! Made just like I requested, served quickly and hot! Husband said his burger was pretty good too. Stopped in real quick on our way to shop in Bar Harbor.

Great food in Bar Harbor! Excellent burgers as well as breakfast options a little earlier in the day. Also, AWESOME local coffee options as well as a small, stocked grocery in the back. Check out Joe’s if you’re in Bar Harbor, Maine!!!

The staff and owners are the friendliest people I've met on the island! Also this may have been the best Cuban I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and make room for a stop here.

It's a cross between a diner, gas station, and hiking-oriented convenience store. Don't expect luxury and you can find yourself waiting in line during busy weekends (if crowds bother you, do yourself a favor and just don't go to Bar Harbor or Acadia on the weekend). But service is super quick on weekday mornings, food is hot and delicious, and the prices are far more reasonable than in other parts of Bar Harbor.

It's too bad, today was their last day in business but the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I am happy I got a chance to eat here and meet them.

Update: We ended up back for lunch a few days later, and had a much better experience. The food was very good again and we were truly impressed with the quesadilla! A more detailed description on the menu would do it better justice. Also, we bought it expecting it to be bland for our picky kid then we were all too happy to eat it instead haha. For the experience: much better. Shorter line and faster service. The music was something ordinary, the service was friendly. Outside tables are great for kids. We’d go back for lunch!3 stars: 4 for the food, 1 for the experience. Long line to order, in a cramped space, with loud and abrasive techno music, and no AC on a very hot day. Food came beautifully presented, but with only 1 set of utensils for 3 meals. Not a good time for a family with kids. But pancakes were tasty!

Everyday Joe’s does not disappoint. Don’t be fooled by their modest location next to a Sunoco Station. Their Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich is huge and delicious. Coffee was great! The folks working were delightful. Great pit stop in Bar Harbor!
