absolutely awful. do NOT go here. the lady at the register with red hair was incredibly rude. she insisted all five people from our vehicle come in to show IDs before purchasing alcohol. this was very understandable. we all got out and she refused everyone service on a saturday night. not a good experience at all. terrible customer service.

Just to be clear, all the employees here are lovely.However recently the prices here have been jacked up astronomicaly high.There is no reason for a box of cinnamon toast crunch to be almost $9. I got a 200 calorie granola bar... it was $3.39. All food items have increased in price at this location. Any other circle k in Maine would be at least half the price for these items and others. This is straight up price gouging.

Good coffee - from their every cup made fresh brewing machines. This place saved my life as it was the only coffee available before 6am (that I could find) in Bar Harbor. Thought the the staff were pretty darn friendly too, particularly considering the sun was not up when they started their shift.

If you want to be ripped off go to circle k bar harbor, Maine. Please keep your receipts. I was just charged double for an order. When I explained the discrepancy to the manager Tiffany not only did she not admit the mistake, but told me the products were non refundable. After paying 70.00 for 5 (2pk)s of njoy refills I looked on the national circle k website to see what they were all charging and the real price is 7.99 for a (2pk) I was charged 70.00 for 5 (5pks) which the receipt shows. Obviously the wrong plu is in the computer. It’s ringing up a 5 pk for a 2 pk. Moral of the story spend your money elsewhere.

Edit: This business does not enforce state guidelines for wearing masks; customers not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly are allowed to come and go as they please, touching coffee machines, door and freezer handles, and products on shelves; one of the staff was wearing a face shield, but no mask. Shop here at your own risk and wash your hands after you leave.

Really needs to jeep their hours updated. If your going to keep your gas pump lights on all night you should at least say your not open 24hrs. Big dissapointment. Everywhere in bar harbor is closed late night. The courtesy would be to have the management update your hrs.

This place is not open 24hrs. However, it is typically open until 12:00pm which is pretty impressive for Bar Harbor. Everything is overpriced and the store as a whole is not very clean. If you are in a pinch this is quite literally your only option which I think is what keeps them in business. Keep an eye on your receipts and your expectations low.

Ya. I agree with this other review. It must be the same two guys. I just went there to buy one small item. The guy who was not serving me asked an odd question about the item I purchase. So odd that I wasn't sure if he was asking me or asking his coworker about something totally unrelated. I looked at him for clarification and his partner put his arm out towards the original worker who asked the question and put his finger in the air as if to say be quiet. I just moved on like nothing happened. As I walked out the first guy clarifies the question. And I said oh, I'm sorry. The guy who served me now chimes in like I was an idiot for not understanding , but really the question didn't make sense. I stopped and said oh "I'm sorry I didn't get it must be over my head " to be polite. But they didn't think I was going to stop and say anything so when I did I caught them making faces at me. It was very strange as if they were trying to start a problem with me. They both seem very strange though. I will never go back in that store and I am locking my doors tonight.

Nice lady at the store, had a happy tone and made you feel welcome despite it being late in the night and a busy long weekend.. helped me get a specific kind of water without throwing a fit!
