Bland bagel that tasted like a biscuit with cream cheese that is sloppy and overly wet with no distinctive taste. The coffee had an unsavory flavor. Overall, an unsatisfying culinary experience. To add insult to injury, a tip is automatically added to your credit card unless you navigate to a second screen and customize it …this is counter service folks!!! On a positive note, there is ample seating inside and out and bumps up an otherwise 1 star to 2 star rating for this establishment.

Didn't grab a bite, but the coffee hit the spot! Tried their Lavender Honey Almond Milk Latte - absolutely delicious! And they offer cold foam for any iced drink, which is a nice touch.

The black bean wrap was quite literally one of the best burritos I've ever had. No hyperbole. Also tried the blueberry scones, blueberry lemonade, and maple oat latte. All of them were absolutely fantastic. Super high quality ingredients and incredible well balanced flavor. The ambiance was nice and the service was fast. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Friendly take-away with a few tables. Kind of like a local version of Starbucks, but with more vegan options and better ingredients. One of the few breakfast spots in town that are open before May.Vegetarian options: Definitely has vegetarian options.

Great shop. We loved the coffee and also the breakfast burritos. Service was quick and prices were in point. I love the self serve drip coffee. I was impressed they had a selection of milks out to add to your own coffee. Great idea!

8/8/2022 I saw this place on a YouTube channel and decided to try it. Let me tell you, this place is wonderful!! Their pastries come from a business down the street but that’s ok they were delicious.I ordered the small cinnamon rolls, blueberry muffin, and a hazelnut truffle and washed it down with Choco-Latte! That was the best coffee drink I’ve had! Yeah read that again!This is a must stop location in Bar Harbor Maine!

Overall this wasn’t my kind of place. Service seemed pleasant to order coffee from the counter but then prompts to add a 20% tip where you will then pour your own coffee… change this please, it’s ridiculous. Asked another gentleman if they had added milk to another drink and got an attitude. This was the only place open in town before we hit the park but would rather go without in the future. Won’t be back.

I got Mexican hot chocolate. It was absolutely delicious after a long day walking through the cold wet streets of ba haba. Would recommend (and I am.) We cannot recommend this place highly enough! We stopped in while visiting from Delaware. The bagel sandwiches, avocado toast, and the Chocolatte were truly outstanding. The place does tend to be very busy so give yourself some time.

Overall:Loved it and would definitely like to come back. Be adventurous and try one of their unique coffee flavors.Pros:- they have some really unique coffee flavors like cardamom, and their house choco-latte- their baked goods are amazing!- service was super quick!Areas for improvement:- they only thing I can think of was that it was a little hot inside. It may be nice to crack the door open a littleWheelchair accessibility: There was a gentleman in a wheelchair who wheeled right in and was able to get a table without any problems. Then his family went up to the counter to order.

My experience at Choco-Latte was simply fantastic. I visited in 2020-03 just before the tourist season opens. I definitely recommend this local coffee and breakfast cafe; they are open year-round.The local townsfolk were all so friendly and Choco-Latte was key in this experience. The staff and owner were super patient and happy to review the menu items with us. We were so delighted with the experience that we became regulars for the duration of our vacation.The food and drink were each served to perfection. The breakfast sandwiches were served on a variety of bagels, with real eggs and bacon and much more.The cafe has a strong focus for reusable and recyclable resources, making it fantastically earth friendly.

Very good iced and drip coffee. Pumpkin syrup was amazing. Bagels were very good, but they were out of veggie meat so I opted for the “avocado” substitution in its place. Unfortunately it was premade guacamole which is a bit different than avocado, and a bit messy. Was still filling, but wasn’t looking to eat guacamole that early in the morning!!

This is hands-down, one of the best places to get coffee in Bar Harbor. They offer a wide variety of coffee and specialty espresso drinks that will fit the needs of anyone. They also have teas and other drinks that aren’t caffeinated for those who might want that. I haven’t much of the food yet, but the overall ambience and service at this establishment is amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area.

Came to Maine on my honeymoon and found this across the street from our hotel. We were delighted at how good the food and drinks were (especially the size of the wraps) and came here twice during our stay. I wanted to purchase a shirt but the ones on display weren’t in my size. The person at the register stepped away to check their stock in the basement, and although they didn’t have my size, I greatly appreciated the time and attention of doing so. Would absolutely stop in again if I find myself back in Maine.

Cool coffee shop with great options for coffee/tea lovers. Simple menu to satisfy your breakfast needs. I ordered a Cortado which was made perfectly. Croissant and bagel sandwiches are delicious and made to order super quick. Indoor dining area could use a quick cleaning. Outdoor dining would benefit greatly from heating lamps as the weather is "wicked cold." Clean and well stocked unisex restroom. Outdated flyers on community board, should really showcase current local info!
