You can’t beat the service! Such a precious, lovely little place and the popcorn is delicious. Cheddar flavor is light and fluffy, not over powering and it doesn’t taste processed or chemically. The caramel is the BEST! Light, not overly sweet - it’s like every piece was caramelized individually. 10/10 recommend

PLEASE go to this popcorn store and get yourself the blueberry flavor! It is perfectly sweet and salty, similar to a kettle corn but with a blueberry twist. The man working at the shop was also so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Just bought a tub of 'salt sweet' from Bar Harbour Popcoron. It was the perfect snack with some music and drinks (just around the corner at the Ivy Manor front yard).It wasn't just the atmosphere, what made the popcorn so good, it was both perfectly popped, and perfectly seasoned. If you like a little sweet and a little salt it's perfection.

Bought a small tub of cheddar popcorn, and it barely lasted the car ride home! So flavorful and salty, and portions are a good size. Such friendly service too!

I love popcorn, so when we saw this while walking around in Bar Harbor, I had to stop in. The popcorn was fantastic. I got the plain (it comes with clarified butter and salt) and it hit the spot. Fresh and delicious. The gentleman in the store was friendly and polite. All in all, definitely recommend.

The best Popcorn on the planet. Bar none - Bar Harbor ! Go there. You will not be disappointed. This is a true gourmet popcorn experience with a wide variety of delicious flavors. I'm an old school popcorn aficionado so the ghee butter (a version of clarified) and sea salt speaks to me. But all the flavors I've tried are equally awesome.

My parents went there last Thursday and bought the cheddar flavor. My whole family thought it was delicious! My parents said that the owner was very nice! My father is a big Miami Dolphins fan, so he was talking about football with the owner. We will definitely be back in the store the next time we visit Bar Harbor!

Got the blueberry and Salt Sweet flavors. Both are amazing! I do wish the blueberry flavor was a little stronger, but otherwise great. Salt Sweet is probably my favorite. The small box is $13 and the large one is $19. The people there were really sweet too.

Based on every other review being a five star, not sure if we just went on an off day or what. The vibe in the store was a little odd, there was no popcorn on display or anything, just empty counters. The caramel popcorn we got was alright - comparable to any other similar popcorn place. The cheddar was covered in an insane amount of cheese powder, to the point where it made a huge mess and almost made you cough as you tried to eat it. The flavor was good, but the amount of dust was off putting. A smaller size (like a single serve bag) would be amazing. The staff were kind. I would guess that since we came later in the day the place wasn’t as it usually was.

They were closing up but welcomed us in and described the flavors. We couldn’t resist the Salty & Sweet - hearing that they “thread the needle” between those flavors for the perfect balance. They were not kidding! The kernels were HUGE and the texture was perfect. This is going to be an annual tradition for us!

I love some good popcorn. Bought a small tub of salt sweet one day to try. It was gone that night. Went back the next day to get a large of salt sweet, small of blueberry and cheese. They are all delicious. I am happy he sells online and will ship since I live four hours away. The owner has excellent customer service and an excellent product. I'll be happy to buy from again.

My husband and I purchased several large 28oz. tubs of popcorn and packed them into favor bags for our Bar Harbor wedding as favors. They were a huge hit. Our family and friends loved them and were asking about any leftovers the next day. Craig was extremely responsive and made the process of ordering quick and easy. We can’t recommend this popcorn enough!

Highly recommend for all popcorn lovers! We were disappointed that they weren't doing samples, but we respected their decision in what they feel is safe. Just really wanted to taste the blueberry popcorn before committing. We, instead, played it safer with the cheddar popcorn. It was incredible! It had so much quality cheese powder that it was quite messy! But we devoured it, and I wish we had more!

The owner is very sweet and passionate about the business! Drove 1 hour and got 1 small tub of Maine blueberry popcorn right before closing and went on my way. Driving home I opened up the tub of popcorn and started munching on it and before you know it - it's all gone! Each individual popcorn was coated generously and had crunch and taste of Maine blueberries. OMG! They were absolutely delicious. So the next day, I drove another hour to get 4 tubs of blueberry and 1 sweet/salt. Munching on the blueberry popcorn as I write this. SO DELICIOUS!! This place is a must visit in Bar Harbor, ME.

My wife and I love "Garrett Popcorn" from Chicago (and it's many other locations). We've been on the lookout for any comparable places and are always disappointed. That was until we found Bar Harbor Popcorn.The caramel and cheddar are both incredible. We mixed the two and it was heavenly. Check this place out if you're in the area or order online. You won't regret it!

This small town popcorn shop should not be overlooked when visiting bar harbor. The popcorn is freshly made and unique with some delicious flavors such as their maple and my favorite blueberry popcorn. Not only is the popcorn delicious but the owner is so kind and sweet as well!

I’m deployed to Saudi Arabia, and my wife took a trip to Bar Harbor. I wanted to have a nice local treat waiting for her after a long day of travel. I called Craig (owner), and he is helpful, passionate about popcorn, and you can tell he enjoys his work. The popcorn (white cheddar and blueberry) were described by wife as delicious and unique. The blueberry, in particular, was a new flavor and texture mixture. I appreciate Craig, and Bar Harbor popcorn was a great treat.

This popcorn is SUCH a delicious and fun treat! The owner and staff are so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Since my family may not make it up to Bar Harbor this summer, we ordered online and we received our popcorn so swiftly. It was the best pick me up!

They carry six flavors, which may change but currently are: sweet salt, caramel, maple, blueberry, cheddar, and butter. Free samples help you decide. We bought a tub of sweet salt which turned out to be disturbingly addictive. We came back twice for refills, ate the last on the drive home and joked about having "forgotten" something back at the rental so we could buy more popcorn on the way to pick it up. Personable owner and friendly staff!
