While the gorgeous jewelry at Acadia Jewels is what draws you in, their customer service is the real gem here. We purchased a stunning bicolor tourmaline ring here in the fall of 2023 while vacationing in Acadia National Park, but one of the prongs became loose after we got home. Roxanne and Jay were extremely responsive in taking care of the problem and eventually we decided to add two additional prongs to secure the gemstone. They took care of everything with no additional cost to me. I am thrilled with my ring! I hope our travels take us back to Bar Harbor so I can add another special piece to my wardrobe. Highly recommend.

Awesome Service from Acadia Jewelers…we went in on a whim to look at wedding bands and purchased both there. With a little hiccup, Roxanne jumped into action and everything turned out incredible. Thank you Roxanne and her husband!

There are treasures to be found here! Why go home with a pile of t-shirts and coffee mugs when you can remember your trip with a beautiful piece of Maine jewelry that will become a family heirloom. I've been wanting a Maine tourmaline for some time and found this beautiful piece at Acadia Jewels. The owners, Jay and Roxanne, are awesome and knowledgeable. Their two stores have carefully selected, unique pieces as well as loose stones for custom work. My ring needed sizing and a little work to make it perfectly "me" and they made it happen. This is NOT a tourist trap jewelry store, it IS a family-owned fine jewelry store with very good prices that just happens to be in a tourist/vacation location.

I have never had a more positive shopping experience than at Acadia Jewels with Jay and Roxanne. I first shopped with them only weeks after they opened last year and found some of the loveliest pieces at a fraction of the price you find at larger chain jewelry stores. On my trip this year I made sure to stop in again and was delighted to find they were able to expand to two shops, with a huge selection at the same affordable prices. Both Jay and Roxanne are so warm and personable, they made me feel like family. The shopping experience is unmatched as they go above and beyond to find you exactly what you are looking for. When I told Jay my ring preferences he took the time to pour over inventory to find pieces that might be more to my liking than what was on display, making sure I walked out with exactly what I wanted. If this level of customer service was not enough, they were able to take a ring design I saw in the store last year and had it custom made for me, again at an unbelievable price. They have made a lifelong customer of me, and I can’t wait to visit again.

I just met Roxanne in the park and had a lovely chat with her. Sadly the store was not opened for the 2023 season, but I was able to tell her how much I love the piece I purchased from her last year. I will be sure to plan my next visit after opening day!
