These guys are great order everything I need take care of all the fine details you can't get it cheaper anywheres else or at least that quality product you could probably get knock off stuff but these guys are good I enjoy shopping there they have the best stuff. Put your own custom touches on your ride anything from mild to wild they do it all right there.

I recently brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to TruckWorks to get a trailer wiring harness installed after having some issues with my tail lights as well. They went above and beyond to help me by fitting me in within a couple days and fixing all of the lighting issues in addition to the wiring install. They were great people to work with and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Terrible customer service. Have had nothing but problems with the products they installed. Paid big money for a lift, wheels, and tires. Couldn’t get an alignment so the 35” tires wore in less than 25k miles. Have snapped multiple mounting bolts on the rear shocks which they will not come clean for. Would not recommend truck works and more to my worst enemies. The guy who oversees the operation on-site (not the owner), Bucky, is obnoxiously rude and ignorant. First and last time I ever do business with this establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Man in Bangor is such a ignorant human. He sold us a diablo sport sprint chip for the truck 15 min later we go back in with it still in original package and he told us we can't return it. We'll it was never used. What a kick in he face. 322.00 later

Bought a nice Weatherguard tool box year and a half ago and a lock quit working so I went in April of this year to get a replacement. The guy here has supposedly called them and was suppose to call me and let me know what he's found out. Never once has he called, I've stopped in twice to talk to him and he's all nice promising a call back but I'm still waiting!!! Will NEVER but anything here again

Customer service could alot better coordinated. Ordered wheels they were able to find and get wheels that I wanted... awesome. Then comes time for mounting and balancing. Balancer was down , the service tech was supposed to be there same day I picked up the wheels but didn't show on time. 3 different people told me next Thursday I could have them done. Called 3 times the following 7 days to check in, Thursday was still the answer I received until Thursday came. Nobody scheduled me down and got a runaround for 15 minutes on the phone then wanted me to schedule for the folling week again after I had already wasted my whole day.

I love this place. Every time I go in the staff is very helpful and honest about their products. This is a dangerous place to go for a guy who wants to deck their truck out with all the bells and whistles, they have so many things to offer you may leave with more than you intended on.

They installed and mounted my new 22in Fuel Forged wheels w/ 37 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Fuel Forged wheels are not cheap by any means! I wanted to ensure the quality and workmanship when having these wheels put on. That’s why I brought it to a specialized shop. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service I received. I worked with Drew throughout this process and met the owner of the company while the work was being done, both very nice people! I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be going back!

The only place in the area with the selection of truck and Jeep items on display. However, the prices are high. Service is decent but not reassuring when the mechanic asks you how to fix the problem or if you know where to find it online it what terms to Google (and it was on a product they sell). I have tried for years to want to give them my business but I still find no compelling reason to actually buy things here or have further service done.

Me and my father have gone through these guys to get our truck hooked up. Wish he would told me how un helpful they are prior but I'm an avid reviewer so I'll give u guys some insight. I was hoping they'd help me almost pimp my ride but they had no input on anything I had customize it my self with Lil to no help from them. I also had go back about 5 times to have all my stuff put on instead of one trip and they had order everything almost so don't think ull be getting anything that day chance are it's not in Stock. It's a 1.5 hour round trip for me on a good day, plus all time they take to install the stuff and there not very quick. Next time I'll go through ford like I should have, they even told me they'd give me a loaner while my work was getting done ford that is. But I insisted on seeing what truck works would do for me and I was highly disappointed I did get my truck hooked up but like I said no insight from them. Also not one staff member seemed all that friendly, considering I spent 3500 there with all my extras u would think someone would be pleasant or have a smile on there face but guess customer service ain't what it should be. Btw I also spoke with my father after because he got his truck done there 3 years ago when he bought his new, he also said he wasn't impressed and would go through ford next time.
