Even though we were followed around the store, I tried my best to ignore him and then found out he was Matt, the supervisor. I told him we would look around, and if we needed any help we would get back to him. He was very nice and helpful. A good experience.

We are never disappointed when we decide to purchase furniture here. They have a huge selection and a lovely variety of price points to suit just about any budget. The sales staff is always helpful whilst intuiting the perfect amount of availability for answering questions but not hovering annoyingly. Check it out!

Only customers, salesman not happy with us trying out several chairs, he wasn't thankful that we made a purchase, office lady was stiff just wanted us to sign initials at negative boxes where they aren't held accountable for a problem that might occur upon picking up item. Had to have Augusta store ship our item to Bangor store for us to return on Tuesday to pick it up. Had to purchase chair because I had a bad fall the day before and it able to sit in normal chair. Not a friendly place to shop.

I'm consistently impressed by not only the large selection of furniture, but the also quality and value (I give everything a "shake test"). The staff are always excellent- welcoming, available to answer questions, walk with, or guide me through the gallery of furniture, but never "salesy".I was even impressed with the warehouse when I picked up the item at thecwarehouse bay. It was broken down, very well wrapped and padded, and loaded. The parts were placed in a bag that was easily accessible along with an allen wrench. Their thoroughness and thoughtfulness allowed me to unload and assemble the counterpiece so I could have a beautiful seating area to enjoy my backyard and bird feeding area from the warmth of my home.

I always appreciated the selection in the Bangor location but yesterday, I purchased a recliner that had some minor damage…thought I found a great deal. When I went to pay, I was told I can’t purchase the great deal after all…an employee had put a hold on it. No sold tag, no indication was on the chair and it was on the showroom floor advertised for sale. I took my business to Tuffy Bear, where I bought 2 pieces. Not ok, Furniture Gallery. Now, I feel like why bother to shop there if employees are going to hold the great deals.

Purchased new loveseat and couch, after a few weeks medical issues prevented my wife from being comfortable with furniture. Sid from the Furniture Gallery relayed the issue to management. They waived the 30% restock fee and we picked out a different set that was more comfortable for her. Highly recommend as Sid went over and above to make sure we were happy customers. Thanks for the great experience.

I like that after I was greeted, the sales people left me alone to look around and make a decision myself, I never felt hurried or pressured. I haven't got the 2 recliners I bought yet, I opted to haul them myself and it was raining that day, if all goes well I'll get them tomorrow.The only thing that was challenging were the stairs to the recliners, I have a hip issue and climbing stairs is painful, but I made it.Checkout was easy, chairs were on sale, so I feel like I got a good deal.
