Easily the most incompetently run store I've ever had the displeasure to enter. Management of this store is obviously only in place to nepotism or other corruption. They keep the store barely staffed at all and then publicly abuse what few staff they have. It's an indictment of the larger Walmart organization that any of the managers are still employed. Go to BJs or somewhere else, this store isn't worth your time or membership.

Not at all impressed with getting transferred out of club to God knows where. Foreign girl answers, I just hung up.Just trying to make appointment to have my Sam's snow tires installed.I will be purchasing elsewhere next time!!Tire department used to be great thereuntil they drove everyone out!Not open on Sundays and now close at5:00 pm daily!!Not member oriented, disappointing to say the least!

Love stocking up at this Sam's Club. Pre-made meals are awesome, and rotisserie chicken is the best value. Also, I grabbed some beautiful Christmas ribbon (pink & silver) to use on my tree. The staff is always so helpful and friendly.

Love Sams....its been over 2yrs...but so worth the 5 hour drive..to Bangor...Maine...The Chicken still under 5 bucks to die for...and going to try New Loaded Baked Potato Salad....tons of things to try at Sam's...👍👍

Tell me why I’m denied entry to the store at 9:30am because I don’t have the “plus” membership. Why would I pay like $50 more for a plastic card to shop between 8am-10am? I already pay to shop there in general.

It was helpful on our large family trip to stop in and get a ton of bulk food for the week. It was new to us to see a Sam's Club selling hard liquor, but it was good news! Disappointed that we could find vodka but not Zing Zang bloody mary mix.

Atrocious. Called to set up an installation for tires I bought for them . Got some Indian moron I could barely understand who kept repeating “I need yower Nahm and phone neember on account please “ over and over and over despite my giving him that info several times. Then he hangs up. Wow. What a joke Sam’s club is. How far you have fallen. Scummy business never again I’ll pick up my tires and go elsewhere . Hopefully an asteroid blows up you building you tards.

It's a decent store and the restrooms are always clean. It doesn't have the same exuberant energy as a Costco. Perhaps it's not as crowded. Some of the employees seem sad, though there are some good deals in the store, sales price or not. I say this as a regular Costco shopper. But there seemed to be an oddity about a certain sales price during my last trip.I took a photo of the STP tire inflator for a normal price of $49.98 on 5/31/22 to compare reviews online later. Yesterday on 6/27/22, I took some more photos of it with an "original price" of $59.98, apparently marked down to $49.98. Weird. At any rate, it's probably a good product at a good price, but now I wonder about Sam's Club sales prices. I posted those photos here publicly.Edit: I just visited on 8/20/22 and the STP tire inflator is now $59.98.

The tire shop went above and beyond. I had a flat while traveling. In our motorhome. Called them, they ordered, when I came through Bangor, I stopped. They fixed me up! Great job!

Good store and good employees. However, he did a curb side pick up and got a thing of strawberries and mandarins, got them home and realized both products had mold all over them.My only complaint with the store is they need to better inspect them items when picking for curbside.

I do pick up at leased 2 to 3 times a month. The service is great. The employees that load my order are pleasant and friendly. I buy there more now than I ever have. The store is so big it's just difficult for me with 3 little ones. I do all my shopping on line now. What use to take me all day to do I can be done in an hour and have everything put away by lunch and enjoy the rest of the day. This has made my life a lot easier. Please continue to keep this up. The Bangor Sam’s Club workers are not pleasant. I asked for the larger cart to load up bigger items and they didn’t offer me any assistance. Thankfully fellow shoppers were nice enough to help me out. Then once it came to cashing out the workers weren’t friendly.

Great options and always well stocked. Only giving 3 stars because I find the staff to be really rude. You have to be a member to enter, but they check ID cards like you're entering an exclusive club. When you enter the store, they stop everyone, scan receipts and take forever rescanning your objects, making everyone feel like a criminal.

It'd been awhile since I'd been into Sam's Club and this trip did not disappoint. We found plenty of great deals on bulk items, which is awesome as we much prefer to make the big shopping trek monthly or even bimonthly if we can pull ot off. The store isle are spaced nicely so you can pretty much get where you want to go even when it's busy with a big 'ol shopping cart! The store was also very neat and organized and made it easy to browse. The staff, particularly the greeter/membership checker was great! We also tried out the new scan and go app and were pretty pleased with that as well. You just scan your items on your phone as you put them in your cart, pay with your cc over the phone and the head right out. You still have to get briefly checked before leaving the store, but certainly beats waiting in two lines. We'll be back again, no doubt!

Great place to work and shop! Been working here almost 2 years now and have to say one of the best jobs I've had. In terms of shopping, if you're going to shop here a lot like I do you should definitely get the Plus membership, yes it costs more but with the cash rewards you can pay for your next renewal or get cash or use for purchases.

Plenty of options at fair prices. I buy here in bulk often and also for Christmas presents.Only complaint is if you walk by the electronics section, you chance being harassed by vendors trying to sell their products, I have to walk down a different aisle everytime I see them standing there. That doesn't deter me from shopping there at all though.

Love their fresh green string beans and organic fresh carrots great prices and value. Love there red potatoes large bag of potatoes great value for the price. Lots of great values here. So worth being a plus member. Every anniversary date of my membership i get rewards back in cash that I earned through purchases. The rewards I earn always always more then pays for my plus membership.

Sam's Club customer Service is up there with some of the best. Great patience, an I like how of they don't know what to do. They ask another employee an that one gladly an quickly aids you. Cheap prices, bundling an budgeting. Sam's Club is the only Club.

Just got a membership and temporary credit card, the staff did not inform us you can use the temporary card only once until you get the actual credit card, the managers are not training their employees on the full credit card system. So we spent an hour shopping for our daily groceries and pull up to purchase them when the orange haired lady rudely informs us we can’t use the temporary card because it had been used once already. My family was heart broken because they needed these groceries to feed themselves. Sams club is not honest about the cons and you will waste your time because of it. Thankyou for wasting our time And starving my family and no apologizing and having really bad attitudes and bad customer service would not recommend. If I could leave zero stars I would
