Got a repair done on my truck, & I ended up having to go back the following day, due to technician forgetting to reinstall the rear sway bar on my truck. I found it left hanging by a bungie cord, vehicle was not inspected after repair to make sure it was safe to drive. Service manager Dale had great communication.

I had previously purchased my last leased truck myself thought a local bank. It was allot of work doing it yourself. I would HIGHLY recommend you go to the dealer and purchase your lease trough them. Was effortless almost. Staff was great

I set up an appointment over 2 weeks ago to get my jeep in for some recalls, got a call 6 hours later that they never got to it and I had to reschedule. Hopefully they will actually get it done next time. Not impressed. :(

Traveling through town in my relatively new 22 RAM 1500. Developed a sound in the rear differential, internet search said change the dif oil. Went into Quirk, service manager said they may be able to look at it in a couple weeks. Not helpful at all.

Had my vehicle inspected because it was there for a recall anyway. I was given a laundry list of "necessary" repairs totalling $4500.00. (My car is in pretty good shape.) Today, I took it to an independent garage for an inspection. I needed new tires. Walked out with a sticker for just over $300.00.In the past, I have had my vehicle in for service all day long, seemingly an appointment, before I got a call in the late afternoon saying they couldn't get to it that day.And don't fall for their package deals for oil changes. An oil change at Quirk takes a minimum of two hours.This was my last trip to Quirk for any reason.

This dealership has had my truck it will be two weeks on Thursday the tenth and it’s so hard to get someone to call me back not to mention no rentals so I’m either paying for an Uber,taxi or bus or I’m walking and I think this is crazy. Never in my life I have never had my vehicle at a dealership that long not to mention they don’t respond or call back very well. Right now they can have a one star. Still trying to get something resolve. The manager and general manager has not help me at all and they are rude and talk over me. There’s one lady name Janet she is o professional and nice and she help me a lot. Until I see otherwise I am not giving them a better review. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY.

Scheduled my Chrysler for recall service and an alignment. Received a call ahead of time, they would have to reschedule because they were down a few technicians. No big, deal, it seems everyone is having trouble finding quality employees.The day of my rescheduled service, I dropped my car at 10am. At two in the afternoon I receive a call, they haven't even got my car into the shop yet. I explained, my living is on the road so it's a big deal when I have to be without my vehicle all day with no progress... I explained I really needed them to get this done today. The service writer Dale said there was "another car ahead" of mine. After receiving that call I reached out to the service manager and after being bounced around multiple wrong transfers, I left a message for Wayne King. When I received no return call, I called back later and had him paged. He had not yet listened to my message so I explained I had previously been rescheduled as they were "down a few techs" and while that was inconvenient, it was the proper way to handle this situation. I asked for him to please get the work done today and he told me that wasn't possible. I explained it was a big deal for me to be without my vehicle so if they can get me a loaner, that would solve my problem. Wayne asked if I bought my car there and I told him I had not. He explained they can only do loaners for people who purchased from them. I explained I had a bad experience the one and only time I had purchased from Quirk and based on this experience, it doesn't appear anything has improved. That's when he offered for me to come pickup my car and we can just "part ways". I said this is a recall service and you're the dealer... To which he said there are several other dealers, one in Lincoln another in Newport...Knowing they weren't properly staffed, they could have...1) Rescheduled again prior to me wasting the entire day2) Completed the scheduled work (overtime?)or3) I would have been happy with an old jalopy for a loaner, I'm not unreasonable.Instead, I was shown the door, which is one way to solve that pesky backed up service log. Oh, that also reminds me of when I initially called in to see what the recall was about, the female I spoke with said they didn't have the parts and didn't know when they would be available. No offer to schedule the apt so they could order the parts, just get you off the phone and move along. Weeks later, I called back, scheduled and here we are, or there we went. 🤨***Update***Owner response - paraphrasing here... Hey, thanks for the feedback, if you're willing, here's our main number, better luck next time. 👍

After being told for two weeks in a row that I do not need to make an appointment I made an appointment for 1030 and then they tell us that’s just a tentative time because there’s people ahead of us which do not have appointments. Their service is horrible. They do not care about your customers. I would never buy anything from Quirk dealership ever again Horrible. They only care about you when you are buying a vehicle after you buy it and you’re screwed.

I had a great experience with Ron at Quirk in Bangor. The ordering process of my jeep was simple, and the timeframe to receive my jeep was even quicker. My only issue, and it’s really not a big issue but had I have known that I would have to install the grab handles, and the doors off mirror kit myself I wouldn’t have ordered them.

Just purchased my 2022 Dodge Ram Badlander edition and couldn't be happier with my decision to shop at Quirk. I walked in thinking I was buying a Grand Cherokee but Ron gave me a tour of the facility and the vehicles they have to offer and settled on something very different. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, funny and gave me the time I needed to make the right decision for my lifestyle. Cory, the finance manager, helped with all the paperwork to help me close the deal with a lender. My effort was minimal during this process. I LOVE my new truck and would definitely buy from Ron again. I had some interaction with the Sales Manager who was super friendly and took the time to learn more about my needs. Walked in ready to order a Grand Cherokee and drove away in a beautiful pickup. Happy customer!

Quick service. Excellent customer service and the prices were reasonable. I always choose Quirks for all my vehicles service needs and also oil changes and tire rotations. They never try to sell me add on services unless my vehicle truly needs it. I actually leased my car at a different dealership but I still choose to go to them for services.

I’ve heard so many good things about the customer service at Quirk Chrysler and this week I got to experience it! I bought my vehicle from Central Maine, my family has always done business with them and unfortunately I haven’t been getting the greatest business out of them. A part broke on my Jeep and they couldn’t see me until the end of September and wanted my vehicle for the day. My father in law told me to call Quirk and I am SO HAPPY I did, Wayne and Frank were awesome to talk with and were able to get me in and my vehicle fixed within a couple days! I know this doesn’t always work out this way but even if it didn’t I have gained a lot of appreciation and respect from this business and I will gladly be going back when I trade in next year!

First, after making sure and being assured 3 times there wasn't, they still put a lein on my car when I was buying it outright with a bank check, not a loan. And after quoting the law to them that document fees need to be disclosed on the car's sticker (which they aren't) Bruce Thompson refused to negotiate them off the price.I'm STILL waiting on my title over a month later.

Took a few tries, but they eventually got it right. Took a car in for a corrosion repair. Quirk Chrysler send the car to an independent body shop for a repair, but lost a part when putting it back together. Not the dealers fault, but the check engine light came on before I left the dealer parking lot and car started running funny. Had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, they cleared check engine light, but didn't find the missing part. After I got it back the check engine light came on again. I made an appointment for 2 more weeks, and when I called the day before to drop it off, they didn't have the appointment in the system. So I had to wait another week to drop it off. They eventually fixed the issue and got it covered by warranty, but it took a whole lot of time and effort.

As a traveler I was unsure where to take my truck due to the electrical and battery issues I had. Quirk Auto Service department got my vehicle in on short notice and completed my service in a timely manner. I would recommend again if in the Bangor Maine area!

The service department was extremely slow in returning calls to schedule the initial appointment. Rarely returning calls.... when they did it was days later. I scheduled the service for the 12 day period i would be on vacation to allow ample time to address my list of concerns. I had to call them for an update. They did NOT address my list of concerns they addressed two issues of the 6. When i finally was able to reach someone to figure out what they had done they said they were unable to find the issue and suggested i take the vehicle for a second opinion. Which is ludicrous. Clearly they need better trained mechanics and certainly they need better leadership in the service department as they were very unprofessional and not timely or informative with my calls. I am sure Dodge will be quite disappointed to hear of this representation as well. Will not return to this dealership for service and certainly not to purchase. Customer Service should be number 1 priority and it is very clearly not the case.

Work with Dale due to ABS, Traction Control and Trailer Brake issue and he was extremely professional and was able to schedule an appointment for the same week. Since this was my first Diesel truck he also took the time to answer a few questions regarding the best fluids to use. This was the first time using Quirk and found all the staff I came in contact with to be friendly while ensuring I was being waited on.Thank youRon

Brought my 2019 RAM in to have 4 wheel drive serviced. They called and told me that my front diff and actuator were bad (rusted out) and that it would be $4000 to repair it.Decided to bring it to another dealer and local mechanic to have it looked at to see if I could get a better price. They both said the same thing. It’s not rusted out at all and only required $100 part to fix. I had the work done and it’s operating like new.The service writer (Frank) at quirk literally chuckled when he said what was wrong and that my vehicle was out of warranty.This is my 4th vehicle that I’ve had serviced there I have purchased two. I’ll never set foot in there again and I’ll make sure everyone I talk to that drives a Chrysler vehicle knows about this and urge them to shop at Pratt in Calais. They are the ones that ended up fixing it.
