Brought my Shihtzu in for a full groom while on vacation and they did a wonderful job on her. She hates getting her face done but can barely see with the way her hair grows out. They cleaned her up and she looks super adorable. Reasonably priced and finished in about 2 hours.

We recently had two very good experiences at Pleasantly Pampered with Rhema. Our pup was anxious about having her nails clipped as well as matted fur removed and pretty noisy about it. Rhema took charge with kindness and professional skill. Great results!

Brought my dog for the first time today, and I am very pleased with our visit! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they took great care of her while I was gone. Services were rendered in a timely fashion, I was able to run a few errands and they sent me a text approximately 20 minutes before she was finished, which was great, allowed me time to finish up my errands and get over to pick her up. Pricing was very reasonable, all around great experience, would recommend!

Got on a cancellation list to bring in a foster in need of care. They were fantastic to him as he has had a hard 4 years, and they really worked on his coat. We made a second appointment right at pick up because of the difference they made. Convenient downtown location so it was easy to go during the work day and they were timely with their text messages about progress to pick up - recommend

Great service! My dogs always look so good when I pick them up! I have a malamute and they do a great job of getting out her undercoat. And they always leave with a cute accessory. Definitely recommend!

Always had a good experience until one of my family members walked into the shop and heard a groomer aggressively screaming at the top of his lungs at an animal. Never bringing our dogs back.Edit: the reply received feels incredibly passive aggressive. It was certainly the correct salon. The full story is that PP rescheduled our dogs’ appointment because they would be closed on the day they were originally scheduled. My family member forgot to delete the original appointment in their calendar and brought them to PP as they had done many times. The door was left unlocked, nobody was at the desk, but there was someone SCREAMING at an animal out of view. My family member left for a moment, confused, and when they returned, the door had been locked. Do not bring your animals here. Shady.

Pleasantly Pampered does great work, has an exceptional staff and has affordable prices! My dog is very anxious, especially when it comes to getting her nails trimmed. The groomers at Pleasantly Pampered recognize that and don’t rush my dog into a situation she would not like. My dog often doesn’t make it past the front desk because she’s nervous so the professionals come out to her and trim her nails. The staff is very accommodating when it comes to my dogs nervousness and I am thankful for that. I am not sure how they keep their records, but they always know that my dog likes her nails trimmed a certain way and that she doesn’t go much past the front desk - so, great documentation on their part! My dog leaves happy and well taken care of every time! I highly recommend Pleasantly Pampered because of the quality and care they provide each and every time me and my dog visit.

Very caring staff that take the time to work with my lab who has separation anxiety. They always try to work around my busy schedule when making appointments. It’s always comforting when my dog willingly goes in and walks with one of the groomers, allowing me to leave.

Love love love! My mini golden doodle Daisy can be quite anxious at times. She’s 11 years old and we only started bringing her to Pleasantly Pampered this year. Thank goodness we found them! I have absolutely zero concerns when dropping her off here and she’s always such a happy girl when I come to pick her up. They take such good care of her! I also love that they use text messaging for scheduling and such - it’s super convenient and low stress <3

My dog loved going to Pleasantly Pampered. When I returned to pick him up, he hung out in the office while the staff played with him. This was our first time here, so naturally I expected some anxiety from my dog since this was a new groomer, but he was really comfortable and came home with no bad feelings. You can tell the staff cares about the animals and I would love to come here again.
