Our go-to pet store for our cat when traveling. Nice store, clean aisle, and the staff quickly helped us locate the kind of cat food that we were looking for.There is plenty of parking in this very large strip mall area. It's kind of a convoluted way of getting into this place. If you are a local, I'm sure once you figure it out, you are fine, but for an out of towner like us, it was a little complicated.

Multiple of the betta fish were dead, one even had yellow water from a possible infection. They need to do a better job at taking care of the fish here, there is no reason that many fish should be dead.

Placed an online order that was delivered that day. Very fast. Just a mention, though, they use Doordash to deliver for them. It doesn't say so online. So when you tip your delivery driver, remember it's a person and not just PetSmart making the delivery so tip accordingly.

No issues or complaints so far, but my son just bought a bearded dragon from them 8 days ago (3/21/24), and it died! We got a refund, but my son would like another dragon.

Had a defective fish tank, took back to return, no hassles! Great customer service! Prices are high... that's why i gave it a 4. Unless on sale, i stick to my other pet store!!Check out the Glofish Betta and tanks!! Kids love it, abs is beautiful too look at. Love maintenance and easy to care for!!

I had bought a few live plants from a tank and some bettas here and shortly after all of my fish (ive had for years now) start dying off from ick even though i treated them when i noticed symptoms. Went from 20 fish in total to 8. I cleaned the plants before hand but somehow the parasite got in my tank and i have not added anything new recently but what i got from your store. Not very girly slay :( i miss my children

I mean it’s Petsmart. Do you know what you’re gonna get. I got three crabs here and they died within two weeks but that’s because they’re selling brackish water, crabs and telling you you can put them in a freshwater tank but that’s what you get a pet store

I was apprehensive about bringing our dog in for a nail trim as his behavior while having this done at home and at the vet’s office had become very bad. He even required a muzzle at the vet’s office. Taylor was very reassuring and put me at ease. She was calling us back to the grooming center in no longer than five minutes. Our dog’s nails were nails were trimmed and he was very happy. The whole staff was polite and professional. Thank you also to Heather for suggesting your grooming service when I was in the store at an earlier date looking for supplies to try and do the job myself at home again. It’s great to find people that do a great job and are so pleasant as well.

Went here to adopt a buddy for my female parakeet. The staff was very nice and helpful and the girl in the bird/fish center made sure I knew how to care for my bird and had everything I needed before taking him home. He is an absolute sweetheart and is already dowel trained. Working on finger step up next! :) All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Had our golden doodle groomed today at the PetSmart salon on Stillwater in Bangor. Madi did a great job - our elderly dog was perfectly groomed and it was obvious that she had been very careful and gentle with him. I was very happy with her work.

Staff helpful, found what we needed for the new 🐇s in our lives. Pricing fair to good 👍, could be more in the way of small pet foods and chews seems to be slimmed to more of the accessories and living habitats. Still hard to find alot of choices for rabbits and gerbils for very small selection in a store I like to shop from.

I took my Boxer in last night to have her nails trimmed. I am nervous to cut her nails myself because they are black and I can't see what I'm doing. My nervousness gets my dog nervous too. We walked in with no appointment and within a few minutes the whole process was over. I am grateful for the help and we will be back! My girl is much more comfortable now. THANK YOU

If I was the CEO of this company and watched how much money I was wasting at the shot clinic I’d be very upset. One person doing check ins while 4 staff standing there waiting to do shots. The check in person would check one person in which took 3 minutes minimum. The lady in front of me had so many questions she took over 15 minutes. Then he would call by cell phone the next Person to come inside. It would take less than a minute for shots, so after the sots were given the staff doing shots would stand there and do nothing again for however many minutes it took the next person to check in. There should be two people checking in to move the line along. Plus money was lost because people had to leave or some like myself will never go back. I was there from a little before 9 until 11:50 for a rabies shot. When the lady called me to prepay I was driving so she told me to pay online, which I couldn’t because I wasn’t buying a package(ridiculous I should have been able to hit rabies shot and pay online). Just terribly run and poor customer services. That clinic should have been completed at least an hour earlier than it was.
