Tanner was shedding like craaazy!! Cassidy did a GREAT job taking care of that. She is very gentle and kind to tanner. She worked a little extra on Tanner to help with the shedding. I think she is wonderful!!!

Abby did a wonderful job on Buddy, and he really needed it! She was very accommodating to add extra services to those I had booked online, even though his appointment was later in the day. I was very comfortable leaving him with her. All-in-all, it was a great experience.Update: Abby was once again super accommodating to change our appointment at the last minute to better suit our schedule. She was also awesome in not doing more than was necessary at this visit, although I gave her free rein to do whatever she thought Buddy needed. It saved us money this trip, and just once more confirms our trust in her is well placed.Update: Abby is no longer with Petco in Bangor, but Desiree, who is now taking care of Buddy at his appointments, is absolutely wonderful with him!

Jessica J. did a wonderful job. The system was down in the building but she took the time to write out what I needed. My Golden Retriever looked very nice when she was done. My son said she smelled like a blueberry! Overall very happy with our experience.

I've been having Ivy's nails clipped at Petco basically since I got her 2 1/2 years ago. I can't get her to stay still or be comfortable with it at home, but they always do a great job at Petco! Everyone is always very sweet and accommodating and often even know her when I bring her in. Love you guys at Bangor Petco Grooming!

Groomer was very good with communicating the cut needed after evaluating our doodle. I was very specific about not wanting eyelashes and tail hair cut (and it wasn't). I was also concerned that he would be bald because of mats close to his skin but she did a great job and he looks fantastic.

My Old English Sheepdog was badly matted. The groomer did an outstanding job and treated my pup very well. She spoke to me extensively about his experience and follow up care. I plan continue bringing my dog to this groomer.

Had a scheduled time for 1600, wife dropped the dog off, showed up early, couldn't get help right away and had to knock on the glass to get assistance, employee didn't know how to pull up dogs app. and entered a new list of products to use that I didn't request and wife just agreed to what they were saying even though everything was scheduled prior. So we paid more then usual. The grooming of a large dog was told it would take an 1 hr and half but infact took 2 hrs 30 min. I showed up at 1730 to pick him up but no one came to the desk to see who I was but just stared at me behind the glass. Decided to leave since they were still working on my dog. Not a first time customer there. My dog was also still wet/damp when we picked him up. Picked him up by 1900.

I tried this spot 2 times ( thought the first time was maybe someone having a bad day so I went again) ... and each time they butchered my pups hair and didn't get her fully clean. They didn't trim her nails, or get in between her pads. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The reason why I gave the score of tens is that the girls in Bangor Petco excellent groomers and know how to take care of animals I've been going there for a while and haven't had no trouble at all I would recommend it to anybody those girls know how to do their job
