The prices are crazy high, but the wonderful staff make up for it! They treat my new pup just like it was their own. They also understand if your pet makes a accident on the floor or your pet my eat a treat or two that may be at their reach. Sadie and I both enjoy visiting Petco

I got a snake and two birds from petco. My sister got a dog. They have all the stuff you'd need to provide and care for any pet and thy have treats and toys and it's easy to get an animal. My ball python was 100 and the parakeets are 50 each where I went.

I understand finding good employees right now is very difficult. However, keeping someone employed like Gabby the women that “helped” me this evening will help you lose business. I have been buying dog food treats, and toys for almost 10 years now. After tonight experience with her, I will be ordering from Chewy. Bye Gabby. Get some customer service skills your attitude wasn’t necessary.

Went and bought a Lion fish from petco and when we came home and acclimated it to the tank it died within a couple of hours brought a test sample of our water to have it tested and took pictures of the lion fish as proof and the water test from there came back perfect and everything was where it should be. We bought a sick fish that was high priced just to bring it home and die when we asked to either have a refund or credit towards another fish we were rudely snubbed off by the manger saying “that’s not our problem”. It is your problem madame that you’re selling sick fish and not taking responsibility by giving a refund atleast for a faulty product that was being offered. Very rude female manager, all the other aquatic staff are very helpful and very nice and always help us never had an issue until this manager decided to be rude and decline to take responsibility of trying to make it work. DO BETTER AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER BY HELPING THEM FIND A SOULTUTION TO A PROBLEM THATS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS A MANAGER.

I brought my in laws dog there for her 2:30 appointment. They searched for us in the system and finally found that someone had put us in for a 2:30 AM grooming!!!!! How can that even happen? How can your system even let you pick times when the store is not open? When i got back to the house, my father in law told me that this was the SECOND TIME that it has happened!!! I told them to give up on this place and go to Petsmart instead.

Went bought a lionfish for the 2nd time each time dieing 2nd day both time come in with water for them to check each time my water is perfect fish dead with in 12 hours each time with noticeable ice been a returning customer for long time and always get refund on the bigger fish over 100 dollars if it's obv they sold me a bad fish now the manager of the day didn't even let me speak nor heir the story before running away great customer skills could tell was a new worker and was very displeased with service (the workers running fish section again as always doing amazing job and helping me out to there fullest thank you)

Everytime I come in to get bearded dragon food or leopard gecko food all the staff ignore you. They will see you and walk right past and help others with fish or dog/cat stuff. We have been coming for 3 years. I figured it was just the time of day we come, but we have changed the day and time. Still the same thing happens.

A little bit pricey, but they will honor internet prices which are a bit lower. Very friendly staff, but cashiers seem to spend too much time engaging in conversation which hold up the check out line.

I went to buy some community fish for my new tank and the fish are doing great and the associate was very patient and helpful. I will be back. The only complaint I have was how long I had to wait in line to pay until someone came and opened another lane it was a 15 to 20 min wait.

I placed an order for a veterinarian prescribed cat food. The order was cancelled by Petco because the vet's receptionist mistakenly said the cat had to be seen by the vet first. She had been seen and that's when it was prescribed. The vet office told me to order it again. Only problem is, Petco is now telling me it is out of stock. Is it? Or have I been blocked by Petco?

Well only thing I have to say about them is I like their program for saving money when you buy pet food and have it delivered and everything with that is a good system ! The only thing that I have to say is that when people order curbside pickup that means they want to stay in their vehicle and you bring them the order hence the curbside pickup Petco needs to understand what that means there are no numbers in the parking lot to call into the store there are no designated spots and when my husband went to pick up our order he had to actually go into the store and find it that to me is not convenient and that to me is not the definition of curbside pickup so that is where they get their rating from from me!

I have been stopping in for the last month or so in search of the many many ferret based items they say they have online in this store. Each time I go in they have very very little and less each time. Tonight we asked who I assume to be the evening manager if they would be getting any new stock in because we have been waiting for some items to come back in stock. He rudely says "we get what we get in when it's in the warehouse if you want something go order it online". Why would I want to order it online when we have a local store that says they have it in stock!? But good to know. I'll definitely order online from now on... at Amazon not petco.

What a nice store! Absolutely the best place for all your pets needs! You also can bring your pets in this store! From pets to pet food and pet supplies, you will find anything you need! Little pricy on some items. But buying online you cant always see what your getting!

Great selection of food for all animals, amazing toy selection especially for dogs, collars, leashes, bowls, beds, etc., and supplies for animal health. The last couple times in the store it seemed like they were low on stock as far as collar, leashes and toys for dogs anyways. I grab food for a friends leopard gecko, and there is always a few dead roaches or crickets in the containers. Not sure how normal that or if they put extras in there to account for that, if not I think they should

All done being a costumer here. Can't even get to the shelves to get what we need because of all the pallets in the way. A lot of shelves are empty and the shelves that are not and have what we want are blocked by pallets so off to pet smart from now on.Update thank u for sending me to PetSmart they had everything I was looking for (same stuff u have) but I was able to get to the shelves to get the stuff much better then Petco

Just was at this store walked around trying find someone to help us withbuying and getting parakeets but there was no one only a cashier who was backed up with a line all the way thru the store no one else could be seen and I even called from Inside the store trying to get help just for someone to answer and hang up on me like things are never in stock when they say they are on the website

My girlfriend and I are traveling with our dog and this is the first time we took her in to get groomed since we adopted her 4 months ago. We called yesterday and made an appointment for later that day. We drove about 50 minutes to get there and when we got inside we were greeted by Abby.So we adopted our Hazel girl when we were living in San Diego. She’s a 3 year old Mexican mut who does not do so well with other dogs. So we were nervous to bring her in and leave her.Abby was amazing. She was super nice and listen to everything about Hazel before she took her back for the grooming.About 20-30 mins went by and Hazel was all clean and looked great! Abby told us that she did wonderful and Hazel didn’t give her any problems.Thank you again Abby for listening and taking good care of our girl for us. She looks and smells great! :)

We have been super happy with the dog grooming services at Petco for our Labradoodle. We found a stylist (Desiree) that our dog really likes and trusts and keep using her every time. The products are always top notch, as are the grooming clippers. Our doodle has sensitive skin and sometimes would get rashes/burns at other places, but not at Petco.
