I drove 45 minutes from my house to buy party supplies for my two-year-old birthday. I was greeted by the cashier when I first arrived. I walked around the store, a bit, trying to find what I needed with my almost 2 year old when I went into the same aisle as an employee who is stocking the shelves she wasn’t in my way at all as I was just looking for what I needed, she started to throw the merchandise that she was stocking into the shopping cart aggressively. I watched her walk away out of the aisle, shaking her head like she was so mad that I was in the same aisle as her. She proceeded to go down the next aisle, headed to the back room, but before she went into the back room, Gave me the dirtiest look I was so appalled by my interaction that I brought my shopping cart to the front of the store. I told him I’m sorry I don’t want this anymore due to the rude interaction I had with the other employee. This was honestly my first ever trip to a party city and most likely will be my last, at least in this location. Horrible customer service.

Overall the store is nice and they are open pretty late so that's convenient. Only issue I saw was the prices were pretty steep compared to other places. Nice setup, clean and organized though!

LOTS OF FUN STUFF GREAT FOR GRADUATIONS!! BUT HAD A BIT OF TROUBLE GETTING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FIRST THEN A COUPLE OF THE BIG BALLONS THEY HAD PUT IN BIG BAGS FOR ME I BOUGHT WEAR TORN SOMEHOW BY THE TIME I GOT HOME WHICH REALLY BUMMED ME OUT FOR A COUPLE REASONS 1 FOR OBVIOUS LOL 2 BECAUSE THEY COST ME ABOUT $30.00 UGGH NOT LIKE I HAD TIME TO BRING THEM BACK TO GET NEW ONES

I live in another state and wanted to send balloons to my granddaughter for her third birthday. I looked up Party City and saw they handled this kind of service... ordering was extremely easy on their websiteWhen I called to talk to someone in the store to make sure they received the order and confirm delivery time they were so kind and professional... they were spot on with their delivery time today... Thank you so much to the staff at Party City for making my granddaughter very happy on her birthday! Will definitely use you again.

Love Party City. I do a lot of my birthday decor shopping here. I just moved back to ME from AZ. I went in to get some birthday balloons yesterday. I was told they were out of helium and couldn't make any for me! I couldn't believe it. I've never had that happen in all the years I've been shopping at Party City. The employees were nice, but I did wait a while to be acknowledged at the counter. They were busy, so I'm assuming that's why. Still... Just a quick "someone will be with you soon" would've been nice.I was able to grab some balloons that had already been blown up, thankfully, just not the ones I had in mind.

I went to Party City to get supplies for my brothers birthday and the staff members were very nice and helpful. However, one thing I noticed was the when the manager was out on the floor, the staff became really stressed and it seemed like they couldn't do their job without the manager looking over their shoulder. Before coming into the store, I have heard that the manager made the environment super toxic and that she was very awful to her staff. For that reason, I am giving the store one star.

About 5 or more employees in there today stocking shelves. As usual, I feel like no matter what direction we took "we were in the way" of the employees. Me and my family are in there looking at the wall of costumes. We knew what we wanted very quickly but didn't know how to purchase it (as it was just a wall of pictures). I spoke loudly to my husband hoping one of the employees, who were very close to us, might offer to step in and help. But no one said anything. My husband then walked up to the front of the store to the cashier. There was two people standing there and one of them immediately walked off after seeing him approach. My husband asked if someone could help us. The other person stated that they'd be with him as soon as they finished whatever they were doing. It's frustrating that good customer service isn't a requirement any more. When you feel like no one wants you there and no one wants to help, it makes you want to stay away and order online only.

I worked here for about three months and that’s all I could take. Some of the managers are fine but one of them is absolutely awful and no one enjoys working with them. They act like a high school principle, I had already graduated and I really did not appreciate the attitude/being treated as a child. The same manger is very transphobic and has openly expressed political views while on the floor to a customer. Another review mentioned that the employees were super friendly and happy until a manager came onto the floor, which is true. The employees are paid minimum wage and expected to do things above that wage. A manager gossiped and told one of my coworkers personal information about me for no reason other than nosiness.Hopefully things have changed since I left 8 months ago. It is a very unprofessional environment, shop elsewhere.

My delivery to a caner treatment facility was scheduled between 12 and 2, which was perfect till my sister who was on her last day of treatment changed to be done at 1100, instead of 2:30 these guys delivered my balloons within 30 minutes, excellent service.

I was on a huge time crunch and I called to place an order from the Bangor, Maine location. They did not have my original order but an employee there, Luz, took the time to help me design a new balloon theme. She was so patient and kind. 5 stars for customer service!! Thank you Luz, you made my day!

Life savers!I drove up from New Hampshire to Maine and forgot my Niece's halloween costume in NH! She was going to be snow white. My sister and I drove around searching and calling to see if we could find one...we couldn't.Almost giving we called Party City and asked if they had a 6-12 months they said no. However, an employee went out of their way and searched for it and found it hidden! LAST ONE. Online is said they were sold out.They then proceeded to call us back and let us know they will hold it for us to pick up :DThat employee could've just went by what their inventory said but instead went out of their way.From an Aunt who felt terrible and thought she ruined Halloween, I am SO THANKFUL for whatever employee did this.

Not much interesting for 4t Halloween costumes but have good selection for baby kids and adults. Did walk away with 70.00 in baby shark birthday stuff which was helpful

It is the only game in town. They have most of what one would need for a party but the helpfulness of the employees is hit or miss. One particular employee Polly, refused to wait on me and took the lady behind me even after the other customer refused and Polly insisted again. I finally told the other customer to go ahead so we could all get moving. Polly still refused to wait on me and called another staff member up from the back. When I complained about this I was told that Polly denied her actions and there is nothing they can do about it because it was my word against hers. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my entire life in any retail establishment!

Overpriced but it's one of the only places to find some decent squirtguns so it may be worth checking out. Has a wide variety of miscellaneous party things as well so I'm sure if you're having a party or attending one you could find what you need here.

All and all pretty good, the party wasn't too loud, they had plenty of snacks, the costumes made for an excellent maskerade. But with a party clanking to be as big as a city..... I would say it was more of a small village.
