Honest and reliable. I called at 9am about a critter in our walls and ceiling. They came out within 3 hours, assessed and laid traps & sprayed. When I initially called, the lady also offered a free termite inspection and if an issue, termite control was an option for 1500.00. I never knew Maine had them and when the tech called from the local office about termites he said no you won’t have termites in my area of Maine but Orkins call center main office is in the south so they are common pests there. So instead of selling me an expensive and unnecessary service, he reassured me that what the tech had already done was all we needed. Awesome service and honest employees!

The tech came inside my home started walking around with his flash light. Looked all over the house, crawled under my outside porches and around my sill in the basement. Found flaws in the home construction where the ants were coming in.Told me exactly what what he was going to use to resolve the issue. The ants started coming out from the walls within minutes taking the insecticide back to the nest.AWESOME!!!! After at least three cancellations by Orkin finally got the service that I had signed up for in June. It seems that the company has a backlog or staff issues. My rep Jared did a fantastic job today giving my home a treatment. He is a great guy that explained everything about what and how he would do everything. My issue with calling Orkin is that you have to wait on line for at least 20 min before someone answers the phone. Poor customer service.Service: Ant extermination

I would give this company no stars!!! Have had appointments in place that no one shows up to and leave tons of voice mails no one gets back to me. Been hung up on through the 877 number and when pest guy does show up does not do what was offered to me. Service is horrible!!!

For regular maintenance they are fine but if you have any issue they never have technicians available to support. I was given an appt two weeks out to deal with a current pest issue. To me that is unacceptable for the amount they charge and the service they commit to when taking your business.

Troy was great. I was a little anxious about having someone I don’t know in my home but he made myself and my children feel comfortable, and we discovered we have a mutual love for pugs! We’re just getting the process started, but so far the person I met with was a nice guy, talked about his experience with Rodents, 6+ years. Confident in helping us, told us it takes time but confident he can get the problem taken care of for us, just takes time and patience as we understand! He showed up pretty quickly, appointment time was between 8-10am, he was there around 9, did what he had to do, took about 45 minutes. Was very nice, explained what he would be doing & answered all my questions. Can’t wait to get things moving along so we can be back home! But we have got the first step going! Pleased for the first 4 visits. In September, they were supposed to come on September 22...Nobody showed up or called!! Then the following week, I got a text they would come September 29. AGAIN nobody showed or called!!! I tried to get hold of a person NUMEROUS times but couldn't! Eventually I had to create an account on their website and send a message that way!! Very frustrating that there is little communication with customers when they can't show up! Someone finally called and had a tech show up October 4.Service: Mosquito extermination
