My first curbside order with this store and I ended up picking the order myself. I called and asked how long it would be if I placed a curbside order and was told 1 hour to an hour and a half. I drove an hour and received a text saying my order was being processed. 2 hours after I placed my order I was told it would be a little over an hour more. Since no one was picking my order yet. So the text was lie as my order was not being processed. So my husband and I picked our order and customer service put it through for us. After 2 hours in the store I noticed many employees wondering but very few doing. I will say they were friendly.

We sat with a Cabinet Specialist for our new kitchen. She was very nice and helped us choose beautiful cabinets and a countertop that will compliment each other well. We're very excited to get these items!

Picked up a dishwasher, got it home and the entire front plastic was broken. Drove an hour back to return it and was asked if I could pay for the new one and the other would be refunded within 48 hours… ahh no. I just paid for the one I got. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience or anything. Last time shopping there.

Very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable. Ordered pellets with curbside pick up. The order was ready in half an hour, and the staff was very prompt and courteous when bringing it out to my vehicle.

Was at the store this week looking for a toolbox/bag for a gift. A wonderful employee, Patty, spent a considerable amount of time showing us what was available. There was no pushy salesmanship, just good, old fashioned customer service, the kind that, when experienced, makes you realize how rare it is.

Lowe's uses a logistic company, which uses subcontractors that will potentially come and do such a negligent job that they will end up destroying your washroom and flood your basement causing thousands of dollars of damages. The worst part is the flooding created an electrical trap that could have killed me or a family member. Naturally no one wants to take responsibility for this. Lowe's passed it off to the logistics company, the logistics company passed it off to the subcontractor who's been harassing my wife trying to get her to shut up for 500$.Be very careful about engaging Lowe's delivery service.Now I have hundreds of dollars' worth of power tools that have been destroyed or damaged. My load bearing floor in my washroom is now molding.Lowe's did not care at all that their contractors destroyed my washroom.

I recently called in to place a paint order and spoke to Meg in the paint department. This employee gave me the best customer service experience I have ever recieved at this location. The interaction was fun and easy. I needed to have the paint picked up by a third party and Meg made it happen no problem and in record time. Thank you Meg, keep up the good work!

I love Lowe's and prefer it over it's largest competitor - Home Depot (HD). It is always clean and organized without a bunch of clutter in the aisles. They carry just about anything you could think of to help with a home project rather it be new construction or making repairs to outdoor yardwork and gardening. Lowe's also has seasonal decorations, everyday cleaning supplies for the home and/or business.It may just be in my head, but I feel like overall their pricing is also lower than HD. The employees have always been helpful and genuine. If you can't find what you're looking for and ask an associate where it is, they will physically bring you to it's location rather than pointing in the general direction.I generally do not like shopping lately, however, I am always more than happy to visit Lowe's and let my imagination take off! Honestly, my husband and I will go there for date night 😁

Customer service has been useless to help me several times now with Lowe's selling damaged items or promising shipping on a certain day and not delivering. Absolutely useless if you can find/fix it yourself

This store is the worst in customer service! We had an employee hit our car, then he moved his car and hid his car, while we shopped! The store manager refused to come out and see the damage and help. If we can’t trust them to be ethical, they will not get our business! Our company will not return to any LOWES IN THE FUTURE! My boss called Lowes at the number given, and they advised they do not give apologies for employee’s behavior and unethical failures! Lowes is the biggest disappointment to our company! We do not recommend period!

I love Lowe's and have built most of the interior of my house from this store, but the person working the return desk on Tuesday the 16th around 630-7pm gave me the worst service.i have ever had in exchanging a damaged vanity in the box for an exact replacement. If this is the level of customer service that is the new style at Lowe's I'll stick to Home Depot.

You can’t find buffing compound there and I was talking to a department supervisor or manager or something he didn’t even know what buffing compound was. Lowes will hire anybody just to fill a spot they don’t have to have any knowledge at all.

I just love their plant section and I always get my plants there. I have gotten ivy plants from them in the past, because of my own neglect, they died. Work life can drain you from the love a plant needs. So I got another Angel Ivy and it is thriving. Remembering that they need just as much attention as we do, I can not wait for their spring sale on house plants, so I have a bigger variety to choose from. And they have a great tool section as well and the staff is always willing to stop and help you find what you need. Their customer service is the best, all you have to do is ask, or they will just come up and ask if you need help finding what you are looking for. If your on time constraints, this is a very great service they give.

The staff at Lowe’s is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! :-) I needed to find some tiles for an emergency repair of the floor in my bathroom, and they had the perfect tile in stock! :-) I was in and out of the store in no time! :-)

I initially gave Lowe’s a 5 star but they now let me down, they gave me a fixed financing rate for a 18,000 dollar construction job, now 6 months later they more than tripled my rate to 26.99 percent. Nobody at the store or customer service is willing to help. I will pay this off and never use them again.

Went shopping here the other day they had a big display by electrical for pre cut wire for 1.90 a foot got up to register and was told that wasn’t suppose to be there it rand up as 3.84 a foot and they would match what the tag said and gave me a hard time told me to leave their store. I do not recommend shopping at the Bangor location

We ordered our Washer & Dryer on Aug. 24th. They didn't have them in stock, until the 25th, so we set up for August 31th delivery. Just to ensure they'd have the set in stock and ready to go.The day before delivery, I called, got Kenny, who had no idea when they'd arrive, told me rudely I'd get a call around 7, with a time frame they'd arrive. Then stated it wasn't set up to be delivered til that Friday! We'd scheduled for the Thursday!! After a long argument, he seen I was right.But, then the issue became, there was no washer in stock. So we got a floor model, but would get a new working dryer in the box.Fast forward to Thursday Aug. 31, Lowes arrived, two men come in, drop off the washer and dryer, neither in boxes, the gentlemen threw parts at me, stating we didn't have a vent, and I had to figure it out. When id asked for a name, i got no name. Then stated after not trying to turn on the water, 'there's no water!' Convinient considering I'd just done dishes, when my husband came home, it worked, JUST FINE. The man laughed at any questions or concerns I had and left. I had a gentle man come in, install a vent. We called lowes, explained what happened. We first got Rodney, who was polite, he sent it to Kenny, who was BEYOND rude to my husband. Yelling and being rude to my husband, so my husband being obviously fed up and annoyed, yelled back. Kenny hung up, we got Allen. Who sent us to Rodney, we were assured a new set of techs would be out in the morning Sept. 1. We got Manny, he was beyond polite and helpful, but even agreed the dryer DID NOT WORK and was DEFECTIVE! So we call, I got Gregory, who was very dismissive, and hung up, my husband and I were FURIOUS!So my husband and I GO to Lowes, we asked for a store manager, we were told he was NOT in, and at lunch. So we got Tim the Assistant Store Manager, my husband expressed his concerns, all of the issues we'd had thus far, and were left to feel as if he did not care. Only information we had was it was a floor model.So my husband and I waited for the Store Manager Ryan. Ryan listened, and really didn't seem to care either, but assured us Tim set aside a dryer, it would be delivered in the morning.We got a call, stating Manny would arrive between 10-2.Saturday morning, my husband gets a call at 6 am, that he'd be there in a half hr, no one was awake, and ultimately left at a loss, AGAIN.So I call Lowes, I ask for a manager I get Kaitlyn, who was of no help. Then we call, and get Rodney, who didn't want to help any longer, and hung up, and we got a call from another gentleman saying, there truck broke down, and they'd be here after 2, but not sure.We called Customer Service, we got Josh, who was more helpful then anyone thus far.They stated they'd pick up Sept 4th, 730-1130am, called around 330 to be put on holdAfter calling, and being hung up on, my husband went back in, and they have picked up the washer and dryer on Sept. 5th. Now we are going to home depot, and have already recieved better service

Horrible service over the phone was trying get information on a hot water heater and kept getting rerouted to the same ignorant cashier or I don't know who he exactly was but I was on the phone for over 15 minutes and kept getting back to the same place!!!
