I’ve seen better but surely seen worse Hannafords. My only complaint is that they’re in the process of re-arranging their store constantly! I am forever roaming the isles trying to find where things are. Maybe it’s just me, but it doesn’t feel like the isles are laid out in the most logical fashion, but don’t ask me what the most logical fashion is lol. It always just seems off.The workers are always friendly, busy, and the store is always clean.Mornings offer a less crowded shopping experience.

Love this grocery store chain. Even though we are only passing through Maine, we made it a point to get sign up for their reward club. Very clean store. The produce is varied and fresh. The staff is off the chart friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this store. It is the ONE grocery store we shop at when we are in this area.

Hannaford is over charging people with their monopoly on grocery stores. They're charging $10 per lb. for chicken wings. Chicken wings are mostly bone and cartilage. Hannaford is now charging what you would pay to eat in a restaurant and have your food brought to you. Of course, blue cheese usually comes with the meal so it's actually cheaper to eat in the restaurant. Is there no end to corporate greed?

Always find what I am looking for and if I cannot then someone is right there helping. I did not give it 5 stars because the self serve registers have nowhere to place your bag to put your groceries. Target, Walmart and Shaw's all have a frame to hang your bag for easy bagging. I go through the register with a person even if I only have 10 items but that is very inconvenient at times because the lines are so long. Please put the wire frames so you can bag your own groceries with ease.

The customer service here is outstanding.i went there and couldn't find what I was looking for and I ask for help and the worker walked right over to the product and showed me where it was.

Food is always good, I've never had problems, and they have a great selection available. Worth going if you need groceries or want something a little different.

I bought 3 boxes of blackberries, which were moldy when I got home. So much for a special desert! 😟 🙁 Not enough regular registers opened! I refuse to use self check! I'm not going to take someone's job away from they!! That's what all those self checks are for!! Taking jobs away from people! Then, the stores don't have to pay wages, insurance, vacations, holiday pay, or overtime. Nor do they have to pay for bagers either, or pay for damaged food as you packed them! Do they give you a discount for doing your own groceries? So the next time you go to a self check register, think about someone not having a job!!!

Staff is always rude in my experience, but it is a convenient location so I kept going. However last time I forgot my card so asked a cashier if it was okay to park my cart there and come right back, I had to go get my card.The other worker helping her (she seemed to have been a supervisor ) gave me a dirty look, scoffed and said “take him with you”, pointing at my toddler. Really? No kidding. The tone, scoffing, and instruction on not leaving my child in a store unattended was all grossly offensive and unnecessary.Such an inappropriate and frankly stupid way to talk to a customer. I am all set with this store. I won’t even go there now.

This Hannaford is amazing! The deli department went out of their way and made me a salad, she is so amazing at her customer service, I haven’t been treated this way in a Hannaford in a very long time! Thank you sooooo much and making my day! Melissa, deserves a raise and a promotion!

Store very clean but the produce was terrible hardly any lettuce no iceberg at all the cucumbers were sad alot of them had go by. The meat department was also very sad we got two rib eyes that turned out to be like eating stew beef not rib eye. May have been better to stop an cut up road kill. The prices for the meat they are selling is terrible.

My wife used to work here. Haven't really been here that often, but they seem to have improved the store. Friendly staff. Easy to find what you are looking for and prices were pretty fair/ok for the area.

Very nice grocery store! Lots of selection and I really like the layout. Kinda feels like a farmer's market and a grocery store combined. I was very pleased to find some recently difficult to find back home, Fox Family Chips, but sad to not find the salad dressing I was hunting for. Oh well, still a good trip and I'm sure they'll have it next time.

A lot of frost buildup in the freezer cases, almost appeared like a loss of power with some defrosting. Several shelves were nearly empty which unfortunately is quite common today. Store was bright and clean inside, staff was friendly and courteous.

Always easy to find what you need and if you can't the staff are genuinely happy to help.The bakery, deli, and seafood section have fantastic food and service.I love coming here for something quick for lunch because the self checkout is fast and simple.It seems odd to point out but this is the only big grocery store I've been to that doesn't have carts in the parking spaces.All in all a great place to shop with wonderful staff!
