I had their products from another vendor and loved them. I came by to try it from the source & oh my god it was so bad I wish I could get my money & time spent driving back. The flower was dry and tasteless and came in plastic containers about as airtight as a cheesecloth. I don’t understand how flower from the grower could be worse than secondhand, but all I can say is I will never be back. Take the hour drive to Augusta and get something worth your money.

This place was an absolute treasure of a find. The place may look small on the outside, but like the inside of the wardrobe to Narnia, it was bigger inside. The Lady Proprietor of the establishment was very friendly and personable. She took time to explain about the different products that they offered. I really liked how the jar tops were see through and had a small lens for magnification allowing closer inspection without any contact. Each container was fragrant without being over repugnant with uncommonly found strains. The taste is very smooth and very mellow and the prices are most definitely reasonable. I will gladly recommend this place to other medical holders, and I am looking forward to my next visit there!

My favorite shop. I come every week. The attitude I just received for the girls own mistake was so unprofessional I had to leave this review. I apologized for any confusion and she pushed the product at me like “get out.” Wow.

Love going to this store and the care I receive when purchasing my product. The lady's I deal with are always super informative and kind and I never feel rushed even when there's other customers. Almost makes me want to quit quitting smoking lol

Excellent products, but think maybe the owners smoke more than weed before pricing. They're out of their minds on prices! Fore River drinks went from $12.50 to $20 - nothing changed except the price. They said the company (FR) went up on their prices, but I can drive to Green Island Herb or Amber Horizons for the original $12.50. It's awful to have to drive that far for reasonable prices, but we do because you don't thank loyal customers by doubling your prices once you realize they're loyal. We stopped coming here unless Amber Horizons (Waterville), Green Island Herb (Verona Island), and New World Organics (Belfast - best recipe and BEST price) are out of their drinks. Very disappointed in them, because their staff is AMAZING and friendly and super cheerful and their store is beautiful. But no dispensary should be priced like this. It wasn't this expensive when it was illegal and dealers were taking a lot of risk. Do better ECC. You owe it to your loyal customers already spending hundreds of dollars a week there to keep things stocked better and reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff with very high quality products but they seem too over priced for medical and priced more for a recreational market there for i can not rate higher. If you are not on a budget and do not care about spending a little extra than you may like their selection but i found same quality if not better for still 10$ less a 1/8, that is why i marked so low with still having a quality product.

This is one of my favorite dispos. When I want some stuff that’ll blow my socks off I reach for their upper shelf more expensive strains, but when the pockets are thin their $25 eighth deals are incredible. Also please let your employee bring their dog back. I loved seeing Winston when I came in, and I know what it’s like to have a puppy. Please everyone loved seeing him.

I took the advice of the staff pick of “Blue Cookies” HTFSE half gram cartridge. I’m happy to report that this is one of the best tasting and feeling cartridges I’ve ever smoked and I’ve smoked a lot of them. I felt calm, euphoric and focused after a smoke session. This indica dominant hybrid is hands down the best tasting product I’ve had in a long time. I was worried because of the price and size.At $30 for a half gram cartridge, I can get a full gram cartridge at near by places for the same price. But hands down this cart is better tasting and harder hitting than any Select cartridge I’ve smoked. The staff explained the HTFSE extraction process and how the quality of product is what will surprise you. The hardware of the actual cartridge itself is top notch and never leaked even down to the last few sessions. As a small start up such as ECC, I understand the value in generating as much profit as possible without sacrificing quality and experience. Just know the product quality from ECC is worth the extra money spent.This quality is what helps separate you from the others. World class customer experience steams from a happy and intelligent staff. A quality of product above the rest steams from the belief in the difference in your product. Lastly a welcoming clean environment. These pillars are what help East Coast Cure stand out from the rest. Strains that are tested above 24% on most of these, strongly suggest if you go in this shop. Buy East Coast Cure, Hierarchy Gardens or try the Organics line. The E.C.C. Organics is some of my favorite, loud, flavorful, an cheap.Highly suggest you represent the Cure.

Great place with a very knowledgeable staff. Got 2 ECC 1/8's and 2 upstate garden 1/8's. Both kinds from ECC were great. However sfv and Durban yogi from upstate garden has seeds and we didn't care for at all
