Just strange . That's all I have to say . I needed a coffee big time before my daughters doctors appointment . She got a strawberry colata . We sat down and hers was so sour . Not knowing what it was suppose to taste like we tried putting sugar packets in it . After 8 sugar packets and it was still so sour we decided that it wasn't going to be any better we decided to launch a complaint and she was going to get a frozen hot chocolate instead . The girl at the register says "oh it should have been sweet , maybe the sugar thing wasn't working" and I walked away . She charged me for the hot chocolate and scooted us over to the pick up area . No talk of a refund for the mistake or offer for a remake or anything . Just a throw away $5 drink . It was just strange the way she acted . It was bizarre . For a 11 year old to look at me and say "what the heck was that ? The coustmer service here sucks " 😳

This is one of the best Dunkin's in the Bangor area. The people are friendly and take the time to learn your name if you come in regularly. My order is almost always made perfectly, on the rare occasion something isn't right, they are always happy to fix it without question or attitude.Parking: There aren't many spots for parking, maybe 8 or 10 out front and slightly more out back. However, this dunkin is fast so spots open up all the time.

I've ordered the same coffee here for over 2 weeks straight and not one time have they got it right and I day yes please thankyou and give respect regardless each and every time yet still disappointed honestly ! Ex hazelnut extra extra turbo shot with ice to cool it off and still burn my tongue every single morning or they forget the turbo shot ! Witch is paid for daily !

Arrived to find a group of people at the counter chatting loudly / shouting to a member of staff who they obviously knew. They were crowded across the entire counter blocking access for all of the other customers. They eventually left and a young guy asked if I was being served so I confirmed I'd placed my order at the kiosk. The fgirl who'd been entertaining her friends called my name, with only 1 of 3 items for the order. Fortunately the young guy stepped in to get the other items, and then had to get my receipt off the floor. The young guy was a total star, the girl was useless.

First time having Dunkin Donuts as I live on the West coast. The donut was good but the coffee tasted so burnt. Even after dumping some out and adding more milk, it was gross so I threw it away. 👎

We have been here the last two days both time were busy and both time the service was outstanding and the donuts BISMARCKS were delicious and the atmosphere clean modern and very well maintained. The staff was 5 stars all the way. This is a staffing that should be training as they really understand customer service. Thank you for the great experience. It’s been a long time. We will return here next time we are back in Maine.

Whoever made my coffee today did a bangin' amazing job it was so creamy and delicious. Medium hot 6 cream 3 sugar 2 Caramel swirl 2 french vanilla swirl. After a really stressful day that coffee was like a hug in a cup. Great service and friendly too!!! Thank you guys! ❤️

I just love the staff at this dunkin donuts. The woman in the drive threw is the best. She is an older woman and she is the best to have at the drive threw. Always a smile and a pleasant personality. As for the coffee, what can I say, been coming there for 12 years, oh and they were the ones that told me about the senior citizen discount, so loved that. I always find there donuts so soft and fresh, first thing in the morning.Thanks Dunkin, I appreciate what you offer. Mighty tasty and always hot delicious coffee.Kid-friendliness: The friendliest crew always caring and polite.

Maybe instead of the staff standing behind the counter gossiping and bad talking other employees, they could be more attentive to the mess in the lobby that I graciously cleaned up. If I were getting paid $15+ and hour to work, I’d be a tad more professional and oriented. There were literally a group of three girls standing there gossiping while this sweet girl made my coffee (which is perfect) and a single gentleman running the drive thru while one of the girls was barking orders at him.

This is one of the best locations in Bangor. They do everything to standard. Good food and drink. Thank you! Also, they have BAGEL TWIST. My favorite. Not a whole lot of Dunkin locations have them.Parking: Eh...could be better. But it is out of their control. Still have no issues finding parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance. Wheelchair parking. Wheelchair bathroom. Wheelchair seating. Wheelchair friendly kiosk.

I had a lovely experience here. The store is large and appeared very clean. The highlight was the Dunkin Dog toy. 🐕 How cute. I think the price could be a little less, like maybe $9.99 but I happily went on my way after great service

Just got coffee, which was good, but the lids on the ice coffee did not fit the cup properly, dripping all over. The person at the window said they had gotten a bad shipment of lids. Prices went up again too.

Food and donuts are pretty good and though a little inattentive, the staff has been polite and friendly. Unfortunately the coffee is hit or miss. It tastes burnt much of the time...and when you're a coffee joint, having good coffee is kinda key.

Overall this Dunkin Donuts is fantastic!! The workers are always nice, kind, funny, and welcoming. They are speedy with what they do and are accurate with all orders more often than not. The only complaint I have sometimes is that they don’t fill some drinks all the way to the top. Not a huge deal though :-)
