Joe was a great salesman to work with. My 18 yo daughter originally went to the dealership, selected and test drove the car on her own. He made her feel comfortable and did not pressure her at all! That in it's self is huge!! Then he was wonderful when my wife and I joined to conversation the following day. I would recommend going through Joe and Darlings. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, and I have had more then I want to admit.

Wonderful Service department. I had an amazing experience all around. I had went to another dealership to put a hitch on my 2024 Nissan pathfinder. They called me told me it was impossible to do it after it had been there all day. I then called Darlings spoke to the service department. We got the parts ordered and they successfully were able to put the hitch on! They also were able to do my oil change and rotate my tires all in that time. I would definitely recommend them.

We bought a car from Joe Pelletier 8 years ago and had such a positive experience that when it came time to get another one, we knew right where to go. We didn't talk to anyone else, just called him up because we knew he'd take care of us.He "gets us," listens to our needs, and moves heaven and earth to make it happen. As long as Joe's here, we'll be back next time we need a new car.

Long-time Darling's customer, 4 vehicles, 3 of which were new Rogues.The part was ordered, and I was initially told it would arrive in a week. A week passed and it had not arrived, and I got a call that said it was late, but I'd be contacted when it arrived. About 3 more weeks passed and I hadn't heard anything, so I called and was told it had not arrived, and was again told that I'd be contacted when it did. 2 or 3 more weeks passed (lost track of time) and I got a call from Darling's. The lady was very nice and asked if I'd like to schedule an appointment to get my car inspected because it was due the next month. Confused, I asked her if she was referencing my 2021 Rogue, which she was, to which I said I no longer have that vehicle. She apologized for the mixup and asked how I was liking my new Rogue. I let her know what's going on and she asked me to wait a moment. She came back and confirmed that the part was in and asked me if I'd like to schedule an appointment the next week, which I did. I can't decide if I was or was not surprised to hear that the part had come in. I don't know how long it had been there, but had I not been contacted about my previous Rogue's inspection, I don't feel confident I'd have heard back after then.My driver's seat is now much warmer, not as hot as I'd expected (comparing to my last Rogue and my partner's new Mazda), but it's an improvement I can live with. Granted, it's now well into spring and I won't be needing it like I did in January/February/March. My passenger's seat (seat and back, apparently seen as 2 different things even though they're only called heated seats on the Nissan website) also wasn't as hot as I'd expected and they advised if my driver seat is better to reach out and we can see if we can get that one fixed too, but honestly, this has been such a hassle for what, in my mind, seemed to be a simple fix, and it just doesn't seem worth it. I appreciate the time and energy from Eric, Steve, and the Nissan team, but after months of waiting, you can't help but feel that you've been put on the back burner. At the very least, I didn't feel like a priority. I've practiced an abundance of patience and understanding that I'm not their only customer and have tried not to be too demanding, and at the end, I'm just feeling disappointed.

Have a 2019 Honda Civic with 29,000 miles ,2 bad tires, replaced all tires and wheel alignment and paid over $800.00 for this service. Supposedly they have a complimentary service and clean the vehicle. That’s not at all what they do, coupled with the lack of customer service and compassion for my time and effort with my vehicle that I trusted them to be humans. The fact that we deal with this treatment is disgusting and shows a lack of accountability. Lacking competent management of the employees for this type of work. I took the car in on a rainy day for tires on the first scheduled date, my car was clean on the inside because that’s how I keep my vehicles. When I picked it up I had to do it again. So this establishment can charge $150.00/ hour but I can’t after I need to detail the drivers side door and seat. Not an offer from them at all when I was contacted today about services I received an apology. I guess that’s supposed to be enough. I’ve taken the car here for service since it was purchased last year.

My experience with Michael Leonard at Darling's Nissan was excellent, and part of what made me go back to Darling's after visiting several other local dealerships. Mike was informative, but not pushy. He was patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me the time and the opportunity to consider my options without making me feel like he was just pushing for a sale. He genuinely seemed to care more about me getting what I needed in a vehicle, and at a price that I could afford. I would definitely buy from Darling's again, especially if I could work with Mike.

I had a great experience buying a new car at Darling's. I worked with Jason Buckwalter and he is an awesome person. I felt like he really cared about me and my situation. He was patient and real, not my typical sales experience. he also gave me breathing room when I was figuring things out which honestly is why I chose this dealership. Everything felt fair, reasonable, and genuine to me. Also Sam Jones made it happen for me in finance! Jason and Sam found a creative way for me to afford the loan and make this happen. You guys ROCK! And thank you Gary for helping me understand my new car! Mannnn, these cars are getting smart. HAHA!

You are a second class customer with the service department when you wait in house for your vehicle. If one is able to leave the vehicle, appointments are next day. If one is unable to leave the vehicle, appointments are a week away. Isn’t this discrimination against customers without the ability to leave the vehicle??? Hmmmmmm????
