I have been a customer of CVS for many years. We recently moved to Eastbrook but were willing to travel an hour to get my prescriptions at CVS. My prescription was filled wrong and I took the wrong medication. The pharmacist was so rude to me as well as the girl in the front. I tried to talk to her about the mixup she got very defensive and rude. I have transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens.

I'm usually very optimistic when it comes to customer service. But this experience has not been great. My usual pharmacy is unable to fill my prescriptions now due to insurance apparently told me to go to what's behind my new medical cards so I did. My prescription was called in on the 4th I called to confirm to make sure that it was sent to this location. The female who answered the phone was not polite she acted like it was such a bother to even look me up. But at the end she did confirm that she got my my prescriptions one that was due when I was trying to get and the other one that I need cuz I'll be soon to run out. I took okay cool I'll be in later on in the day I came in on the 7th cuz I also work full time and to my surprise they don't even have me in the system. I said well I spoke I called I said that this need to be transferred in gentleman was very polite he looked at the counter oh here's your facts now they're doing it unbelievable unbelievable. I hope I can find another pharmacy because if this is the way the service is here I will not be here I worked in customer service for over 20 years and this is not how we treat patients especially new patients.

They treat Target customers rudely. Very rudely. I transferred all of my prescriptions to Walgreens. They're just plain RUDE.

I would give less these people robbed me out of 30 day supply of my meds I'm supposed to be able to trust the people I'm forced to let fill my meds and then they say oh well you got them when there system shows otherwise they were never picked up or received so I hired a lawyer they will get what is owed to ppl how many people prescriptions have they taken like that and got away with it

What was that? I initially had a script for eye drops that had 3 refills transferred to this pharmacy trying to save money. When I tried to call in the refill they told me that I didn't have anymore and that I needed to contact my provider. When I tried to ask them questions about what had happened they cut me off in the middle of a couple words (Giving me the impression that they do this quite often). I'm sure they are busy, but please remember that I am the customer and if you are rude to me I will just go somewhere else. Oh hey that's just what I did.

They fill some rxs way too early, they call all the time, and are not friendly. We receive daily, sometimes multiple daily, automated phone calls to remind us that rxs are waiting for pickup and asking if we want our rxs automatically refilled. These phone calls are borderline harassment.The location of the physical pharmacy is extremely inconvenient in that it is in Target, is not even close to the store entrance, and there isn't a drive-up window. We cannot even get our rxs mailed to us in the midst of this pandemic.Our health insurance dictates which pharmacies we can use. If Anthem BC/BS considered quality of care from CVS, they should remove them from their "approved" pharmacy list.

Horrible customer service. Their body language says it all when trying present a GoodRX coupon since I pay cash for all of my prescriptions. My doctors office has to send over the same prescription multiple times because they don’t ever receive it. Most importantly it would be nice to have someone that would be willing to work with me when using GoodRX on my prescriptions that I pay cash for. When presented I just get “ugh, yup let me try." Unfortunately Target CVS pharmacy has gone downhill with their customer service.

I've only been here once for a simple prescription that comes in a box. Was told, when transferring my prescription to them, that it would take 20 minutes. It took 30 minutes and they took that long to say it was out of stock. Not impressed. Hopefully things run smoother at my next visit.

The doctors in this office are the best in the area, however the girls at the front desk need an attitude check. I am nothing but polite and kind, but I am treated poorly and rudely by many of the female office workers... it’s a shame such a wonderful office of practitioners would be weighed down by their rude and incompetent office workers who treat me like an inconvenience every time I have to refill my persxription... changing doctors because of it

Called to make sure they had my medication in stock, told them I would be there in an hour or so. I go to pick up two hours later and am told to wait 15 more mins. It’s been 15 mins and I am still waiting. The staff is really nice tho.

I get a million texts to come pick up my prescriptions and when I come - they are no where to be found. This is the second time this has happened to me. No apologies, nothing. Lacking in the customer service department. Wish there was another CVS in bangor.
