I haven’t been here for a few years but I’m thinking of starting to more often. My experience with Alex was phenomenal. He’s an interesting person, excellent customer service skills and knew what he was doing at his job well. Time well spent as well as money well spent. The store has great prices with excellent quality on products and merch but the customer service makes you feel welcome. I look forward to returning again soon☺️

I purchased a .03 non rechargeable cartridge. Battery died within 3 days. Couldn't use the rest of contents. I called them, they said they are guaranteed for 7 days because of this problem. Replaced it free of charge, and said if I have any more problems to bring it back. It also lost its charge in ONE day. I went back to store to make a purchase and return the pen. They wouldn't honor what they said, because I lived out of area and can't make it to Bangor every day🙄..I was a day late coming in. Ehhh. There's a pot shop on every corner. Stop selling JUNK! Come good for it.. especially when I couldn't use it more than a day. I told them they lost my business.. they simply didn't care..

Buyer beware!!! All the actual knowledgable pot smoker who also cares about their lungs shop elsewhere. This place deserves 0 starsP.s: why does your weed make crackle noises when smoked and break down into dust...?!? it is not only dry but it comes with a throat infection. Must be the PGRs

The Staff here are always pleasant. They're very professional but also Compassionate, focusing on the needs of the Customer. They also give great recommendations when you're unsure of what to get. Very clean environment. Their prices are also very reasonable. I recommend this place to anyone that has a Medical Card!

Worst place to get your medical in the entire state! Dry, old, lawn clippings that taste bad and is very harsh on the throat and lungs. Extremely bad customer service is all you get here. Not to mention if your not visiting them specifically but you park in the lot, your vehicle with be vandalized along with a note saying that if your not there to visit them then you can't park in the free open lot. Not to mention they will close at anytime for 1 person to buy and not let anyone else in. It's funny because none of this ever got a response from the owner who must know they are guilty of all of this. Do not give these jokers business, we need to get these corporate ripoffs out of our state completely, as we have plenty of local growers with way better stuff.

I bought 2 ounces of "shake".'Sunburn' is a coniseuer strain worth growing.'Lemon Berry Candy' taste great and is heady.$85 out the door. I like the product compared to more expensive ounces.I smoke joints and I go through it.It's quality enough to be very effective, even on an old burn out. I am well pleased.-T.S.

They all are amazing at knowing exactly what will work for you if you tell them the reason you’re in there. They all seem to have a vast knowledge of the products. They do need a better system to tell who comes in when.

They don’t stand by their products and they aren’t all that good to begin with. I’ve purchased the Briq I believe 4 times now. Two of the 4 times, the oil “exploded” out of the top, making it so there’s no more oil in the Briq to use anymore. Thankfully this happened with not much oil left before it happened anyway. What finally got me to give the review is that today I inquired about an all-in-one disposable vape I purchased 3 1/2 weeks ago. The battery died while there was still just under 1/2 of the oil left. The mgr said that they only return products within one week. I stated that “I can’t smoke one within a week.” He kind of just said “sorry yeah that’s our policy.” lol sooo I’ve spent around 1k at your store since June and you guys can’t stand by your products to replace it??? Not cool guys. Not cool. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they have a couple of cool people working there.
