After promising us that the purchase and installation of our carpet for our home office would take 4-6 weeks; here we are 9 weeks later and still no carpet. Just a rude phone call from a staff member while they sit on our $1100 . Telling us that they are not going to refund us without a 35% restocking fee. Telling me that the reason they have not stayed true to their commitment to our order is because they chose to do commercial orders before ours. We thought we would pay that little bit more to a smaller company to show our support and now we really regret trusting them and paying our money. Update they now say that they will refund us in full.

My husband and I went to Carpet One and asked if they stretched carpeting and they said they did. However, they didn't get back to us so I called them. The man said he would check the reason out and get back to me. All I wanted was the job done. The first person told me it would cost between 3 and 4 hundred dollars. We didn't care, we wanted it fixed. But they didn't get back to us either! They have a great place but they evidently only do jobs that don't require much work. They could have at least said they didn't have time instead of just ignoring us!

We bought some carpeting here several years ago. The staff was very helpful and were prompt to do our installation. The carpet is lovely!

This is a great place if you're looking for any type of flooring. They have so many selections, pet proof flooring, healthy flooring options for kids, and so many different styles. Customer service is great and they explain everything you need to know about installation. I highly recommend coming here
