This store was super neat, we loved the assortment of books and games, and how each one had a genre station. There was a cute coffee shop,and we loved how it was 2 levels for over looking the 1st floor. It made you feel somewhere super important.

Met up with family. It's always a warm and pleasant experience.Learned more about them moving locations as a wonderful staff took the time to talk while stocking shelves. The layout is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I love walking in every time!I do hope they keep up the new parking lot as this one had gotten atrocious to navigate.

I have to say, as a book worm, this is one of the best places to go in bangor. Vast selection of books, toys, board games, gifts. The cafe is great, I've only been there twice, but definitely a great little cafe. The membership is so worth it, I would definitely invest in it if I were you

Nice bookstore, they have lots of books yo enjoy in numerous genre's. Also have great magazines and puzzle books. You can also find a small variety of sports cards along with game cards like pokemon etc..The staff has always been very friendly each time I've been to browse. Lots of the latest and greatest books by award winning authors.

The amount of different options for books, knick knacks, and the fact that i5 is such an inviting store atmosphere, I highly recommend! The prices weren't too offputting either - decently affordable!

Much like a Barnes and Noble often found on the West Coast. Big selection of books, toys, and gifts! Good deals such as buy 2 books and get the 3rd free! Be sure to check out bargain books also. 4 stars because it was very warm inside during summer and a few big comfy chairs around the bookstore would be nice!

This is such a great place to get books, novelty items and games. So many options, every genre, including toys and merch from different movies, music, shows, book fandoms. Nice little cafe on premise with a variety of coffee items as well as tea and juices. great spot to spend an afternoon in browsing.

It's called BAM because you go in for a book and BAM your child's college fund is suddenly adult coloring books, self-help books you'll never read and coffee cups that will definitely get used, you just didn't need them next to the 40 others you have collected during prior trips. They also have a little cafe inside so you never truly have a reason to leave...ever.

Not a bad stop. Good reads, fairly up to date and classics recommended regularly. Staff is nice, but distant and disinterested in helping or so it felt to me. Good coffee at the shop, comfortable chairs and a generally easy atmosphere.

Good selection. Prices seem fair. I do appreciate having a membership and getting a slight discount. They have an awesome Harry Potter selection and upstairs has so much to offer. I do wish that members didn't have to pay for a shopping bag or that if more than 3 books are purchased at one time, it isn't thrown in at no charge.

I called three times to confirm what types of used books this company buys because I live one hour away. I loaded my car up with the appropriate books and the guy looked at half of what I brought and said, "we are not interested". Waste of gas and time. Not to mention the tiny cart they allowed me to use to bring the books back out to my car had the tire get stuck on their uneven cracked walkway. The cart tipped and all of my books fell off into the snow and water. Super frustrating and now all of my books are ruined.

My favorite store to buy a shopping spree of manga:) they have a small shelf for the discounted manga for "bargain books" which are brand new, however i wish they had a wider selection and the first manga in their series (usually they just have books 2 and 3 or 2-8)They have a wide selection of manga on 2nd floor for full price and have a variety of manga merchandise and large selection of manga with 12 whole shelves full! If you are looking for manga they likely have what you're looking for. They also have a variety of book sets and more, there is also many other books like novels or comic books for young children I'm sure if you visit theres a book for everyone. They have a big variety of bibles as well for religious readers. They also have a savings card that costs $25 a year and it gives you a $5 gift card to start off i believe and you get a bunch of coupons sent to your email for different discount options depending on how much you're spending (if you spend $100 theres a discount for $25) I couldnt believe the money you can save with it. They also have dvds I believe and they have a lot I havent explored yet. TLDR: Great place with a book or cd for everyone with decent discounts, a must stop while visiting bangor:)

It's always a great experience when we come here. We travel to Bangor pretty frequently for my child's medical appointments, and she asks to stop at BAM everytime, the customer service is always great, and the store truly does have something for everyone. It is a bit pricey, but worth it, plus we save a lot with the membership.

This place has soooo many books, and it is a fun place to visit. The prices are really good. There is a coffee shop inside of it as well, and the drinks are amazing. I got a Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Mocha, and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had.

I love this store! It is huge and the staff is soo friendly and helpful! I love getting book recommendations and finding out about events and FB book groups!
