This is only a review for the food court. Got a pretzel, which was a little oily and lightly salted, and nacho cheese cup. 4 star.Also got a pepperoni pizza. Great 16inch pizza for $9. 5 star. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner after shopping

This 5 star review is ONLY for the customer service I received from a man named Derek. I believe that was his name. He was wearing a Viking ring. He was absolutely AMAZING!!! No joke from start to finish he was friendly and helpful! I have a fractured vertebrae and always have to lift stuff at Sam's myself because they never have anyone. NOT the other day. The man I believe named Derek literally put all my heavy items in my cart. He even went back for my case of water I forgot. He also loaded everything in my car for me. I tried to give him a tip and he refused it. He was so friendly and helpful. I wish more customer service was like this. Thank you man named Derek!! I believe 😂

Grocery shopping and then food court!This will be about the Cafe, which in my opinion makes Sam’s club stand out above other places.All their pizza is very good. They are frozen, but you wouldn’t know it! Everything is approximately cooked and is the perfect temp when given to you. I am a big fan of their Meat lovers, their Everything pizza is also very good.Their hot dogs are their in-house brand. Much larger than a standard hot dog, and very delicious! They have ketchup, mustard, relish for toppings.Pepsi products for drinksThe churro was very good, “wonderfully dense” as my wife put it.I fed 3 kids and 2 adults for $13! And that included the 3 icees!It’s a fantastic option to reward your kids with lunch or dinner for being well behaved while you shopped.

I shop at Augusta Maine Sam’s often and lately they are low or out of stock for a lot of items. No fresh spinach today and haven’t had blue corn chips in a while. I scan my own items to cash out. When I signed up I was advised when I purchased alcohol I’d have to show my Id with proof of age one time. It was very convenient. Now I have to show my license every time. When I told the door clerk She said “you’ve always had to show your ID”. I politely told her I hadn’t before and she argued with me that I had to of 🤬 customer service hasn’t been so good today either

Fantastic Sam's Club. It's humongous, super clean. Food Court is super fresh with tons of tasty food options! (PRETZELS! PIZZA!!!) Employees are all super nice, helpful, and friendly! Always fully stocked and very organized! Love this club location so much, and Sam's Club in general ♥️♥️♥️ also, love instant savings!!!! There's always so many on all the best things! such great value for my money. I will always keep a Sam's Club membership. They know what real customer service is like!

Their products are in stock 90% of the time. It is usually a decent experience shopping at this location other than that annoying robot constantly beeping and getting in everyone’s way. For years I only purchased the basic Sam’s Club Membership until a coworker encouraged me to upgrade to their Sam’s Plus membership. I wish I upgraded a long time ago. The early bird shopping hours are very convenient for my schedule without all the hassle of the crowds. That by itself is definitely worth the upgrade!

Yes, you can find some good deals. But when it comes to produce, fresh foods, dairy, and eggs not so much. Local stores have better prices, especially when they're having a sale. Find Hannaford most reasonable. But I think they're quite competitive when it comes to frozen foods. You don't need a membership to visit, just need one to shop. If you do decide to get their membership, find a coupon online or discounted one online.

Horrible tire center experience. Took over two and a half hours to install four tires. I would not recommend going to this place if you intend on staying at the store for half of the day. When asked why it was taking so long I didn’t get any answers as to why, Just that they are working on it. I understand it is hard finding help during these times, but it shouldn’t take almost three hours when I have an appointment to put on four tires.

Always clean, fast getting in normally. Getting out of the store, you're normally in line waiting to show proof of purchase. Workers are polite, and the seasonal aisles are always stocked. Prices are average, we go to see the fun stuff they have in stock.

Used the curbside service for the first time and was very impressed. It took a fraction of the time and my groceries were packed so well and even organized by type like I would do on one of those" got my act together" days!I would definitely recommend this store and service to anyone!

Almost everything I needed today was on sale! Sam's Club is always neat and clean. I save money when I stick to a list but once in awhile I go a little crazy and splurge! Sam's Club is my favorite place to stock up.

We have been members of sams club for 20 years now. We use it all the time. Guess it is not for everyone, but we use the store a lot and have things shipped as well. Great prices and a good selection, but most items are in bulk. Still loving it.Snack bar app is the way to go. Crazybquick and simple and your food is ready before the person at the counter is done ordering. It pops up on a screen and they make it. Very nice. You can also scan and pay for items in the deli in the deli app. Find it right under your scan and go in the sams club app.

Ahhhh....Sam's Club. Can't leave this place without dropping at least $100. Nothing bad to say. Store is always clean, staff always helpful, and can feed at the food court for cheap. Ordering online and curbside pickup is a hermits best life. the Plus membership gets you free shipping. 10/10 would recommend

Had an early appointment in Augusta. Decided to stop into Sam’s Club to pick up a few items (8:30am)Showed the girl at the door my card, she said your welcome to shop but you can’t get cashed out until 10:00pm unless you’re a plus member.I explained, sorry I don’t live in the area and just got out of an appointment, is there any exceptions?She said, se customer serviceCustomer service says I can upgrade to plus to shop now for $42.I said it would likely be the only time I’d be here before 10am, is there no way I can just shop now and cash out without paying $42?She said no, sorry.She gestures to hand me back my membership card I gave her when I got to customer service.I politely objected and let her know she can keep it, I’ll no longer be coming back after 10am or anytime in the future.

Know your prices. Not everything is a bargain just because it's a bigger size. Clothing is usually a great deal but you never know what they'll have. Be open to "finds"!

So yesterday around dinner time and ordered two pizzas and the lady said she couldn’t make me the pizza because of a forty pizza order so I asked to buy 12 slice’s because they had it in the display case . She got pissed and decided to make the pizzas I wanted anyways . So the pizzas were dried up and we all got sick I feel like it was done on purpose by the person in charge and I’m not happy because I do most of my shopping at sams

I have been a customer of Sam's club for many years now and my last visit may possibly be my last time in Sam's Club.I recently started using scan and go to make it a little easier and less time consuming to get in and out quickly.My last visit I used this feature and we went through grabbing multiple items on our list.We got to the exit and upon a check by the associates, it showed some grapes that had not been scanned.My wife had changed out some green grapes for red ones I had put in the cart and it showed being unpaid.I had paid for the grapes, just the wrong color, but priced identical.I was hurrying and didn't allow the app to send me the receipt in my email and it does not show up right away in the app. The associate at the door did not look in the scanner to see if I had paid for grapes and because I couldn't prove it at that very moment, due to a less than perfect system, I ended up leaving without my grapes but still had to pay for it.Not a happy person at all. If they want you to use an app to speed checkout, they should perfect it first and remember the customer is right!

Got most every thing I needed. Talk to a really nice rep for Verizon. She couldn't get a better deal than I already had. But that's because I have an unbeatable service with Verizon. Then also had a really delicious very berry Sunday. So delicious 😋 I highly recommend them

Prices have gone up enough even at Sam's to make the trip less worth it. I personally will stick closer to my local hannaford and save the gas. Not worth the membership fee unless you get it through groupon. Will continue to come every once in awhile for bulk spices. And hope the prices come back down.

Nice staff. Excellent prices. For those who are disabled they have scooters that are very easy to use. They have very wide aisles so navigating the store is very easy. I was nervous to use one, but it was very easy to pick up. No problem anymore.

TIRES TIRES TIRES!!!! Horrible service department, bought 2 18.5x8.5-8 small tires, told me 1hour to fit them in to mount them. Came back 3 HOURS later and still didn't put them on. Just a bunch of pansy wimpy small brained individuals who's career choice was to mount tires and can't mount GOLF cart tires. For a stressful time please go here

Have been a club member for many years. My least favorite part of shopping there was the long lines checking out. But I recently tried using the Scan n Go feature in their App and love it. It’s so easy and keeps you in control of your spending as you shop. And no more waiting in line at checkout. 😀

I love having the option to buy items in bulk. With a large family and farm we need more than the average store can offer. The only downside is they change brands to often and drop items all together.In my opinion the best advantage is there auto center. They offer numerous free services to members. I shop here almost exclusively for auto tire needs.

I don't recommend this place nor cards. You do not get to go in any earlier than you say because today's world people do not want to work. And because of that they charge your credit card they give you extra money every month 13 1 month 18 1 month $110 this month Purchase made without your card. Stop ripping people off Hillbillies because he's not going to be allowed to pay you I'm not allowing it cuz my money will pay no bill so that he cannot overpay your ridiculous overdraft

Warehouse store with great eclectic selection. Staff are personable and tire department is top notch. I was pleased to learn that this store does hire disabled and disadvantaged workers and works to keep them. This is a place I feel good about supporting !
