So many types of fresh water fish to choose from!! They had so many items on the shelves I never see at other stores which was awesome! Prices were also much cheaper than petco!! Thought this place was pretty awesome!! Only down fall is that they don't carry many animals

Great place! Very informative for what we were looking for and received. Bought a baby guinea pig (now named Bella). She is now bonded with our 10 month old piggy Darla. Very happy!

We took our dogs to be groomed and the service was great. They did a great job with my big boy Mishka. He had a lot of matted fur from his previous owner. He is 12 years old and needed a lot of breaks because of his joints and the girls were extremely patient. Before (laying down) and after (on the leash) pictures

Friendly, helpful staff and a well stocked store. Wide variety of items for most types of house pets. Store is well lit, organized well with w nice flow that makes it easy to quickly spot what you came in for.

Good place for generalized animal stuff, not much specialized but it is a generalized pet store lol. We shop here for most of out pets and have had no trouble. Staff is nice, knowledgeable, and will help as best they can. We also got out Budgie there and he’s super healthy and crazy. Not hand tame tho but definitely handleable and he’s getting there

I absolutely love this pet store! There's literally everything you could possibly need for any of your fur babies from little reptiles, rodants, dogs and even my personal favorite, my feline fur baby! You're allowed to bring your fur baby with you in the store! You can get almost all the medicine your pet might need. They have a huge, possibly the largest food selection I've seen. The store is always clean and the shelves are always stocked. The customer service was top notch, I was able to ask questions and good advice. Plus don't forget the rewards program, for frequent flyers such as myself! PetSmart is and will always be, my go to for all my fur babies needs!!

I only stop here for fish stuff, I walked past these glofish they looked pathetic, the water is so cloudy, I was really shocked to see how they looked not toMention they are charging $20 a piece for this poor things, I only wanted to buy them all because I felt so bad leaving them there! Shame on you pet smart! Do better. Do right but the pets in your care.

I prefer this store over Petco, but when I take my dogs there for grooming they seem to often not do everything I have paid for. It's hard to know for sure unless it's obvious of course, but everyone should be able to trust that they get what they pay for.Edited (1/16/24) to add that Tabby is the BEST! I was never going to go back here because I was sick of not getting everything I was paying for, but she stepped in and now will be the only one who cleans my dogs. She is friendly, and she does her job very well! PetSmart should be giving her a raise!

Picked up supplies for the new puppy we are getting. Found the perfect collar, chew toy and puppy food. We knew we could find everything right here. Now we just need to pick her up. We are so excited! We now have Goldie and training time is upon us. We can count on PetSmart for that as well.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They decided my puppy was to much for them and sent her home in this condition. I gave them a beautiful labradoodle and got back a skinned clown

Selection and variety guaranteed here. I’m really digging my newly adopted pooch’s camouflage collar and leash. She also loves the all natural Nature’s Chews hides for heavy chewers. And of course, pet friendly which is great for trying on harnesses.

I paid $10 for this aquatic plant for my aquarium and when I open it up it was slimy and smelly, and fell apart. No good for my fish.
