Massive selection with hundreds of bikes, quads, side by sides, and snowmobiles. I might even drive up there to make a purchase. Great people

I was really impressed with Van and Chris who also helped with the sale. I recently purchased a CF Moto C-Force 500, both Chris and Van were very helpful along the way. They took time to listen to me and they treated me as if I were the most important person. They wanted to make sure that I got the machine that I would be happy with and that would do everything I wanted to do. They weren't just interested in making money, they were interested in making a friendship and from this point forward I will go to North Country Harley. Earlier that morning I had gone to Paul blouin looking for an ATV, the salesman there didn't seem interested in helping me much but again van and Chris were extremely helpful and I look forward to a long relationship with North Country Harley.

We were traveling through Augusta and had a break down about 3 miles from North Country Harley Davidson. We were able to make it back to the Harley dealership. They had the part and were willing to make time to put it on even though they were busy and had a full schedule of repairs. We spent several hours at the dealership waiting on the water pump to be replaced. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice. Chris gave us traveling suggestions and showed us a map of rides to take. They even made fresh popcorn just for me. When we were getting ready to leave, we were heading to the post office to ship a package home. Chris volunteered to ship the package home for us so we didn't have to go to the post office. I am so thankful we broke down where we did.

Just bought what is probably the least expensive thing with an engine in the store (a Honda navi) and you would think I had purchased at $30k harley. I called ahead and told them what I wanted. When I arrived 40 minutes later it was already in the shop getting prepped, and the paperwork was just about ready to sign. It went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. Then while I was waiting for the machine one of the girls on staff helped me pick out a free shirt as a surprise thank you for my purchase! These people are top notch.

Don't return emails or inquiries on parts they don't return phone calls they don't bother with caring about the customers like me they cater to people that can afford the high end models Don't seem to care about us riders who do everything to save to buy parts and like myself a new bike! So instead of them helping me get onto a new bike they did nothing and I wish I liked the looks of Indian Motorcycles cause I'd never ride a Harley Davidson again after how I've been treated like I said unless you're in there looking to buy a CVO or other high end models your insignificant to them at NORTH COUNTRY HARLEY DAVIDSON if you're in the market go see Central Maine Harley Davidson in Hermon great service and a family run business that's always been there to help!!

Absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life! Just had acl reconstruction and went to check out some new side by sides and Mr Christopher the big owner made me feel like nobody cared i walked well i mean crutching around while the handicap parking was unavailable due to motorcycles being parked in those spots the sales man jarred is completely unprofessional made me follow him what felt like miles to get nothing in the end because i was lied t.

Would not recommend if you want to have a nice dealership experience. Felt like I had to twist their arm just to look at the bikes and potentially purchase one. Do not come here. The service was horrible. Make the trip to LA Harley-Davidson.

It bad how They treat you if you’re not looking for a Harley Davison and Just looking for parts this is definitely not the place to go. They’ll treat you they don’t know they don’t know what they doing. They don’t even know what parts are poor service poor management, and lots more than always used to be that way been going there for 20 some odd years and now no longer. I know it’s hard to find good help, but that’s ridiculous. The way they treat you at the Parts Department wow that’s crazy and Ridiculous And I guess I’ll go Somewheres else to buy a Harley Davidson. I went recommend any business at this facility at this time.

Don’t expect them to have the parts you need in stock. And expect to wait weeks and lose all that riding time for the simplest of things. Don’t even stock wheel bearings or a horn switch. This place is a joke.

Bought a $5,000 used Harley from here 3 months ago at the same time spent $300 on clothing and a wallet some of the items were the wrong size, because I took the tag off to try them on at home they wouldn’t let me exchange them that is terrible customer service to a loyal customer I'm sure the manager could have done something about it he even stated that he could tell they weren’t worn but refused to help. I was also going to buy a new bike from them in a few years now I will absolutely be taking my money somewhere that cares about making there customers happy. Staff was nice besides this incident.

Great place to shop for a Harley. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair deals to be had by everyone. If you're having a problem with your bike, the maintenance and parts department folks are more than willing to help you. Ron, their service manager, has recently been very helpful in providing advice and recommendations. All the people there are great.
