This chain is pretty great, however, they are absolutely still just a dollar store (they think they aren't). Each and every section was unorganized. Pallets of product on the floor to maneuver around and in some cases blocking product. Three associates in the building and they were all up front cashing people out, leaving the rest of the store to become a Marden's circa 1997 type store. This is three stars because they did hire a wonderful employee who was fantastic and talked to the kids and made it fun for them.

I absolutely love this store it has a little bit of everything for everybody and not only are there products an array from earbuds to incense to T-shirt keychains tons of toys home decor beauty section is pretty awesome as well. The storm might be a bit disheveled and not always the cleanest but for the amount of people that are in there every time I go in it's pretty good the employees are always busy and very friendly

My favorite store in the marketplace. It has a huge variety of items for great prices. I am always impressed everytime I shop there. This store always has new and exciting items coming in. I love their wonderful employees as well, they are always so kind and welcoming.

This was my first visit to this store even though I had planned to check it out sooner. I was pleasantly surprised by the low prices and wide variety of items available. I found rubber sandals which work just great for me in my vegetable garden. My husband found a power cord for his smart phone which is just the right length for use at the dining room table. We found sever other useful items as well which we picked up while there, and others which mean... we will definitely be going back.

I had the absolute worst customer experience at five below today. I am a regular customer and today I went in and grabbed the things I wanted then went to pay. As the cashier was ringing things up for me she was eating. I asked her to please put her food away. (Not only is this unacceptable it's gross ... She's touching money then eating). (I mean don't the employees get breaks??) She then begins to scream profanities at me.... In front of very small children. I asked to speak to the manager she refused. So I asked another employee to get the manager. I asked for the girls name she refused to give it to me. Finally the manager comes over and sends the employee to the back. I find out her name was Yvonne. Customers started leaving the store while this was happening. I had my client with me who has a developmental disability and she literally scared my client. If this is acceptable behavior from the employees then I surely will not be returning. Yvonne definitely deserves to be fired for her behavior. Don't people realize customers are the ones that give the employees their paychecks? Without customers there would be no Five Below.

Interesting store I found a lot of good deals on certain things and everything is under 5 or 5 dollars. Great place to stock up on things when you can find them. They were a lil anxious to close when I was there or I might have considered giving them a 5. I like to have a number of visits before I review but this place is pretty cut and dried. Sometimes the help can make the difference between a 4 and a 5

Cute little store! Definitely maintained better than the one in portland. Very clean and organized. Everything was easy to find and I found more than what I wanted! Good overall selection of shirts, art supplies, charging cords, toys and more! Great deals for a steal👍😊

This store is great. Defiantly think I will get stocking stuffers here this year. Items are priced right and all kinds of different items you just can't get else where. I hope that they put more of these stores in Maine. You never know what your going to find in here. It also a great place to find that quick gift for a kid or adult.

Go in during the day if you want friendly normal retail experience. Visit at night if you want to meet a monster who manages then.Create a location specific inventory on website so that your curbside pickup advertised is remotely real.

Always really bright and colorful some really cute stuff in there! I've noticed nice Halloween decorations around that time of year. They have lots of toys and candy, some beauty supplies, phone accessories and even some home decorations and clothes.

Shopped on December 22nd, very busy time and the line to check out was LONG, 25+ people and only 3 registers open. I was surprised and very impressed with how quickly the line moved. When I got to the register, the cashier was pleasant and efficient. There was no sales pitch for a credit card account or rewards program, which made checking out quick and painless. I love this place, will return very soon!

Most things are $5 😏, and generally, you get what you pay for. My friend brought an 8 yo and 20 mo old and the older one bought a spy kit which at least was interactive and educational. The baby bought a cheap, cheap, awful-sounding ukelele. Lol. Everything felt very crowded and within grasp of kids. It was clean and the cashier was friendly to the older one, who paid for his kit himself.😁

A great store , out first time in . My 5 year old did get overwhelmed ( not necessarily a bad thing). But our cashier was overly helpful and gave us good tips when to come back when the store wouldn't be so crowded !

This could be terrible for my wallet! Omg $150 in 30 minutes or less.... But stocking stuffers are DONE! And then some. I love finding quirky wierd gifts for my family, they had lots! I was not disappointed!

Oh my gosh love this store for make-up! I got a book of eyeshadow (16 colors!) And eye liner for $5 they also have kids games for $5 and t-shirts ranging in price from 1-5 they also have electronic type stuff (headphones, selfie sticks.) They also have candy yo quench your sweat-tooth. Soo much stuff!
