I went in for a specific item.I was immediately asked if I needed help as I entered the building. As I was making my way to the aisle it was in, again someone asked if I needed help. I believe it came from the managers office.I found the part I needed in record time, paid cash and on my way!I love customer service like this!Time is something we all wish we had more of.Thanks to the crew present today.You’ve got my business!

This store has changed drastically since last year! Last year the clerk couldn’t be more helpful. This year I came in to have a battery changed in my car fob and was told that you don’t do that anymore. I also asked about a smoke alarm because I had questions. Before I could explain I was told all alarms were on aisle 13. So much for friendly service. I left the store with neither.

The Augusta store is always extremely helpful, courteous and well stocked. I try to make it a point to stop there before a trip to a big-box retailer. As with all business right now, staffing can be light. If you can be patient with them it is well worth it. It’s nice to go somewhere and get a “hey Chris”. From the simple to the complex, they have expertise and are always very attentive and helpful.This trip was just to have keys made. I was immediately greeted with a helpful staff member who made the keys for me without delay. I was in and out of the store in just a few minutes. The keys, of course, work perfectly.

After order on line, I drive to this location.As I entered the store, an associate promptly offered assistance after greeting me with a friendly hello. My items were already as I hoped for. Two associates who were both smiling offered to carry the order to my vehicle. I noticed the items I ordered were of good quality. Today, I had an great experience!

Prices are fair and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. Went to get an extendable paint roller, and a staff member ensured I got the one that worked best for my situation, as opposed to the one I'd originally grabbed, which would have made the job several times harder. Highly reccomended.

I really hope small hardware stores like they stay in business because when you really need help finding a certain item, it’s horrible getting good help at Home Depot or Lowe’s. These guys really do give individualized attention and hope you find what you need. Plus it’s a lot quicker than Walmart Home Depot or Lowe’s will ever be

I am perplexed by the high rated stars for this place. I have not experienced any of this in the close to 20 years in the area. Selection is minimal. The "experts" are scary, since they advice they give seems off the wall to me. If I come in for a specific water shut off, for instance, they will insist that the one they have with an adapter or you need to re-plumb your house is what they'll say, rather than admit they don't have it. Plus, I don't ask for this advice, I simply want to know where "x" is and if they show me a 1/2 inch valve when I'm looking for 3/4 inch.. this is where I get "let me explain this to you, simpleton" advice. If I'm in a pinch and need to get something and not travel, I'll try them.. otherwise I know I'm much more satisfied just about anywhere else.
