Being someone who's worked in a similar Industry you would think that if a product were to show obvious manufacturer's defects within the first 24-48 hours of a product being purchased, the murchandiser selling that product, should absolutely swap out that product, and if that's not possible at minimum they should offer store credit at what that product was listed for. This company isn't willing to work with their customers on it at all. You would think if you bought pretty colored glass and it starts peeling off after one day of use, they would make it right That wasn't the experience here, and that's extremely disappointing. Do better.

Bought a mini water bong. Went home and used it and went to clean it that night and all the design stuff just started peeling off. I don't know what kind of cheap bong is gonna deteriorate when you go to clean it. I wanted to return it but they wouldn't but after I pressed a bit more and asked them to plz take these off the shelves and plz take pictures of it cause this isn't right, the manager did and took my name and number down in hopes they can do something for me. Depending on how that goes I might give more stars if they actually help me out but I really hope they take these off the shelves. The manager was really niceand it's not her fault but if they are gonna have a no returns policy than they should have better quality on the shelves.

I went into the shop and immediately was greeted with a kindness and warmth that felt welcoming. Miah came to help me, I wanted to get a new pipe. He was patient as I asked to see several pipes (I mean several) and guided me in the right direction after knowing my preference/price range. I honestly recommend smokers haven when buying a new pipe or grabbing other stuff too! Thanks again Miah! I LOVE my new piece !! You made my experience wonderful.

We were looking to set up a new vape system for nicotine salts for my husband. I was asking the representative what the difference was between three different ones, and he flat out, said he didn’t know or he have a wrong guess. He didn’t offer to find out the answers, I had to find them on Google. As a customer, that was very frustrating to ask questions, get answers that I was able to immediately debunked via google. If someone is going to work there, selling these products, they should know the difference between the different ones, and if they’re not sure, somebody should be able to speak About the products. It is not good customer service to just say you don’t know or give false information.

I bought a rolling machine for my girlfriend for Christmas on the 6th of December. Girlfriend opened it on Christmas and it was defective when she opened it. Went back the 27th and they wouldn't replace it. It was under 3 bucks! Lol they lost our business

Guy behind the counter was overly friendly. Felt false being told "I appreciate you man" cringey to be honest. Great gummies though. My friend had some and dribbled for 2 hrs then pissed himself.
