Very helpful and friendly staff. Building needs improvement, lots of roof leaks during a heavy rain during my visit but that’s not to detract from shopping experience. Had some cellular shades cut down - quickly, efficiently and by willing/knowledgeable staff.

I was at the Auburn store and Caleb and Mark helped me in the lumber department and Caleb was very good at showing Mark how to safely use the Saw to cut lumber, Mark was very attentive, think is a great store.

Brenda in paint was extremely helpful. Tried to fill out survey from QR code but it didn’t work, so leaving a review here instead. Lowe’s itself gets 4 stars but Brenda gets 6!

They had display models of the two dishwashers we were looking at which helped us decide. They rang it up and helped load the box in our car. Very polite and helpful staff.

After 1 year and 1 month the Fridge that we had purchased from Lowes failed us...it didn't keep our food cold/or at the correct temperature. Our fault for not purchasing the extended warranty.(although one would think it would of last longer!!!)So we went for another fridge yesterday. We purchased another brand with the extended warranty this time. The 5 star rating is for the employee Alex who helped us, he was very sociable and friendly and he went out of his way to help us! Thank you Alex!!!

Pretty good store. No price on my item in the aisle. Took it to a cashier who told me it was $350. Too much, so I then took it back to the aisle. Bought a Mountain Dew and a candy bar.

I called the store in auburn for a manager. On hold 25:14 before I hung up. Tried multiple times before I got a person. I purchased a new dishwasher and had Labor Day special for free delivery and install. My dishwasher was dropped off by three men who reeked of weed. And they then abruptly left. The manager I spoke with stated the associate that sold me the appliance wasn’t aware of the promotion. The Labor Day special required payment for delivery and set up and then you will get a rebate! Was never told that when the contract was signed. Terrible customer service. Rude woman named Sheryl hung up on me and apparently 3 other customers who bought appliances Labor Day weekend returned them as did I.. do not recommend this store.

Not real happy with Lowes in Auburn right now. Did my lumber order a day prior to wanting to work on my deck project. Over 24 hours later, no lumber ready for pick up. A whole day wasted waiting for an e mail. Even called the store, and not much happened there either. The second time I have had a bad online order from this store. I ordered a lawn tractor this spring and I had to go to the Brunswick store to pick it up, as they messed up that one too. It was supposed to be delivered, but I had to pick it up. Not impressed at all.

Yesterday my new washing machine was delivered. I don't know where Lowe's hires their delivery people from but I had an awful experience. The two men were rude and disrespectful. These men demanded I wash my old washing machine before they would remove it. Demanded to see that I paid Lowe's for them to remove. They spoke to each other but would not answer any of my questions. I told them we would need to be careful my cats did not get out. They walked out left the door open.

Usually have what I need. Lowes tends to be my first stop of the big box hardware stores, and I am glad they cary the EGO line of battery-operated yard care products. I wish they had they individual attachments for the power+ multi system In store

Excellent customer service when I go here. The flooring dept. has been especially helpful. The specialists are very professional and knowledgeable. They are good to get back to you with information. They typically have specials on free details. Nolan is super!!

5 years ago, I believed this was one of the worst retail stores in the country. Out of total necessity and convenience, I've returned numerous times for unavoidable reasons. It has become an average store, which almost makes it's worth 5 stars. It seems management has changed, and/or the store has cleaned up a lot. We'll done!(Posted in 2018)I've been a lowes customer since graduate school, 15+ years. Over that course of time, I've renovated 3 homes. I initially went to lowes because it was convenient. Eventually, I picked up a store card, which gave 5% off. I've loved the program but have finally become fed up with the company - this store has exceptionally bad service.One occasion, I walked out with a loaded cart full of stuff. When I placed the stuff in my vehicle, I noticed I was missing two large boxes of screws. I told the cashier who no doubt gave them to the next customer. 40 minutes later, with customer service, I was told they had me on video placing them in my truck. I drive a BMW.Most recently, I received $20 off coupon. They said it had already been redeemed. It had not been used. Also- the coupon clearly stated "one coupon per transaction."The people here are rude, and management seems to hide behind the phone. I've been put off lately by Lowe's in general. New stringent policies and/or corporate changes are obviously affecting the staff. I've canceled my store card and have decided that the slightly higher costs at Home Depot are worth the service + selection.

**BUYER BEWARE** We purchased a fence in January/February of this year (paid in full), and we were told that we would receive a call from the installer regarding the install dates and next steps. No phone call was ever received nor was our property viewed by the installer. An email was sent giving us a date; however, there was a delay with the permit on that date. Our sales representative was on vacation, and we had to Google search the number to call the installer listed on the email. It has been extremely poor communication since this, and now we are looking at October until it can be installed. Meanwhile, our property is no longer enclosed and we have 4 pallets of supplies in our driveway. It's a good deal, but you get what you pay for.

I went on a Saturday morning to buy paint. I didn’t see anyone at the counter to help me and get my paint ready. I walked down a couple of aisles until I found an employee. I said “ hello. I was just wondering if there is someone working at the paint counter? I’m hoping to get some paint mixed.” This employee sighed and said “ yea it’s me.” She seemed annoyed and like I was a bother. She also didn’t seem knowledgeable when I asked for explanations on the different types of paint they had and what she’d recommend using on kitchen cabinets. She just pointed down to a print out. She never smiled and just seemed miserable. Maybe she hadn’t finished her coffee yet … but it wasn’t the best experience…. Otherwise, I do generally like this store

We were able to find everything we needed for a bathroom project. However when we went to pay for through Apple ipad their system does not recognize it. After not getting anything we needed we returned home to figure out what happened we figured out we could do it online. And that store that was 30 minutes away had everything we needed come to find out. Their inventory. Online does not update as frequently as it should so when I went there. We didn't have 2 of the items we needed so our project will have to be postponed. Yet again technology with the epic fail.

Ordered and bought new dishwasher, it was to be delivered and installed, day of delivery 3 men showed up smelling of weed, dropped it off in my kitchen and left. I tried several time to reach them by phone was on hold 25 minutes before I hung up and called back. I was told the installation was not part of it and needed to be paid separately. When I told the man on phone it was part of the Labor Day special he said Oh that was a rebate and you needed to pay for it up front and sign a contract. I ended up telling them to come get it, NIGHTMARE admitted it was their mistake but would rather pick it up then have someone just install it.

Actually had a great experience. I need help locating florescent bulb starter's and I asked a random associate. Normal would not expect much. This guy knew exactly what I was talking about and showed me where they were. He also made sure I had the right ones. Awesome 👍

i was a loyal lowes customer. contractors beware if lowes makes a mistake and charges another account besides yours the will give securitry footage to the customer and then you are labeled a thief. it has happened to me and the customer posted the security footage on facebook and i was labeled a thief. i have been approached on the street by people and called a thief. my customers are no longer comfortable with me. aqnd ;lowes has not so much as given an apology, your loyalty to them means nothing they are loyal to none

Very disappointed almost all their houseplants were dead. Nothing marked down. Pots full of dry dirt and plants falling out of them it's absolutely disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves for not properly caring for ALL the plants not just the ones outside. I was excited to see a Lowes when I came to visit this town but it was an absolute disgrace. If you're looking for house plants go literally anywhere else.

I recently went here to grab a bunch of sheet goods and lumber. I brought my panel carrier, as I expected to do it myself, but I didn't need it! Walker and Tyler were super-helpful and assisted me in moving all that heavy junk. Walker even helped me load it all carefully into my trailer, and I got it home without a scratch on those thin maple veneers! Five stars for the staff!But corporate, you knock a star off. After helping me out for at least half an hour, moving heavy stuff for me, and being patient with my pickiness with lumber, I went to give Walker a tip. He refused and told me that he wasn't allowed to take tips... What?? He went out of his way to do back-breaking work for me, but I can't tip the guy if I want to? What does that even achieve as a company policy!? Dependence? As your wages are posted on Glassdoor, and your starting rates are sometimes advertised in your parking lot, I know for a fact you aren't paying these people a living wage. The literal LEAST you could do is allow them to accept tips!My advice to the employees of Lowe's (and everywhere): Unionize! Higher wages, better benefits, and perhaps even the autonomy to accept tips await you. Don't listen to the union-busting propaganda—the dues are a fraction of what you'll get in return.
