The customer service is fantastic! I didn't realize that this location doesn't offer curbside pickup when I placed my order. When I arrived to pickup my order, I had a baby sleeping in the car and didn't want to wake him up. When I called to explain my mistake and ask for help, an employee ran my item out to me and I was able to drive away with a still sleeping baby! Thanks Kohl's for helping out this busy Mama!!

Other than the store being in a mess and the associates being very busy my experience is that.. I do love this store! When I finally found an associate that was able to help me, it was great. Being the holidays, I understood why they were so busy. 1

Marianne was amazing, very professional and has the best customer service skills. She smiled all through while she talked to me about applying for a credit card which I was approved for. She is wonderful and I hope this gets to her.

The customer service was beyond what I expected. The cashiers I encountered had smiles. Lisa was amazing and guided me to super savings and the manager Chris even helped me on my savings expedition! I liked shopping at Kohls before but knowing the employees have my best interest at heart too...5 stars from me!!!

Cashier put my clothes purchase in a bag that was too small and when I went outside the bag ripped and my new clothes fell all over the parking lot in the mud puddles! Not happy

I would’ve given five stars, but they closed a register area that was by one door and moved it down to the other side of the building… They also don’t have a lot of carts at that entrance.

My problem was at the checkout. I waited 15 minutes to pay because the cashier convinced the customer to apply for a credit card for extra savings. This was a very inconsiderate policy for others waiting to pay. I almost missed my appointment because of this delay. My total wait time was about 25 minutes. I left the store as an unhappy customer. 🙁

Had staff follow me while 'whispering' into a walkie talkie describing what I looked like and was wearing and what department I was approaching as though I was acting suspiciously or tampering with merchandise while shopping with a friend. I had a $32 pair of sandals I was planning to buy hanging around my hand by the cord holding them together and dropped them to the ground and turned around and walked out. I'll never spend a dollar in this store again, the staffs absolute disregard for customers and blatant stereotyping and shameful judging based on ones appearance is low even for a chain like this. I watched two girls lay thousands of dollars worth of clothes in jackets over their arms and walk right out the door setting the alarms off while the theft prevention team followed me around for no reason other than my appearance. It was seriously the most ridiculous situation and I couldn't help but get some satisfaction watching the walkie talkie woman's face drop when she realized what had just happened.

Hate how I'm treated when I go to Sephora here! I will update a situation that happened here for the 2nd time! Besides that Kohls is great nice and clean and pleasant. Then there's Sephora. Which I'm too upset to even comment about at the moment but I'm contacting corporate because it's so wrong and mean and very hurtful!

I have always loved shopping at Kohls because of the atmosphere and the sales. I recently visited the Auburn,Maine store and I won't go back. The place looks like a yard sale, clothes thrown everywhere and all over the floor. The shoe department was empty, nothing to shop! Looks like they're going out of business. If I wanted to shop from a messy store I'd go to Wal-Mart.

My grandma bought me this beautiful 6 dollar hoodie with her kohls cash. My brother said it brought out my blue eyes. Everything was great until March 12, 2023. Tradgity struck. I had just got home from church thinking it was going to be a regular afternoon, but then everything changed. I looked down, my heart sunk. My thoughts were racing through my head. How was I going to explain this to my grandma. The zipper had busted, complete BLOWOUT. Even my mom couldn’t fix it. My world had turned upside down. I wondered, what in Jesus’ name did I do to deserve such a thing. Anyway, long story short. Brought it back and got an exchange. Five stars all day.

I purchased a gift for my granddaughter's bridal shower. I went to the front of the store and the lines were long. So I decided to go to the restroom before standing in the long line. On my way back I stopped by the service desk to ask about an item I was looking for earlier. Alison waited in me. She was wonderful and extremely helpful. Not only did she tell me where the item was located, she told me I could cash out back at the service desk where there were no lines. I was very happy to get that special item my granddaughter had her heart set on. Alison has helped me before, she was very kind and thoughtful then too. She always explains things in great detail which I find very help. Even reminded me about my current coupons. Thank you, Alison!

Kohls used to be a place to go where I could find my size, go try it on and come out with what I came in for within minutes. The sales were great and I knew from their little computer which one was the sale item.A couple of Saturday’s ago I went to buy blouses. I was so disappointed! The store looked more like a flea market. Not only did it look like a used clothing store the sizes were everywhere. I even heard a lady tell her friend, “this looks like a flea market!”It was worse than a flea market because there was not any organization on the racks,slacks, blouses, sizes all mixed together.I will say the clerks were upbeat and friendly, but the feeling of being in an upscale retail establishment was gone.The prices say quality, but the clothing I bought have not held their shape.What happened to the beautiful atmosphere that Kohls used to have? The quality? The organization?I was very disappointed!Is it a management problem or has Kohls nationwide decided this look!Shouldn’t we expect better from Kohls than big box store quality?

This place is an absolute mess! We spent 10 minutes just sitting through an unfolded pile of khakis before just giving up and going to JC Penny’s.Maybe instead of having 4 people joking around at the registers (no customers in line), you have them fold some things and clean up!

First time in remodeled store, which meant a lot of hunting. Will need to get used to where things are. I am not a makeup gal so was disappointed to lose the large jewelry and purse area. I could find only a few costume jewelry displays scattered among the women's clothing and not many purses. I'm guessing they are low on workers because the store is pretty messy and they can't keep up with reracking. But, without Kohl's, I wouldn't try things from Amazon, and returning Amazon stuff does bring me into the store, and promotional offers on the Amazon return receipt do make me browse when I otherwise wouldn't. But overall, I miss the old store in the olden days when shelves were brimming with product.

Really good compared to other stores. We got help in 2 depts just from the employees hearing our questions. We found lots of summer clothes (men and women) even though we had been to another Khols two weeks ago. It was clean and organized. The cashier was great and helped me understand my K-cash and my discount cards to get the best price. 100% great visit, AND my husband was even there lol.
