Never a good experience here. Not once. I'm finally at the point where I won't go back. There are so many other, better places to shop for the same items. Expensive prices. One cashier, nearly 10 people in line. Put my stuff back where I got it and left. Lost my business for good this time. Do better Harbor Freight.

I shop at harbor freight so much my garage looks like a mini harbor freight store, complete with shelves and peg boards full of harbor freight tools. May as well hang up a sign out front at this point.

Great prices, but you do get what you pay for, Know what your buying, and compare brands. This can be a great store if you only need to use the tool periodically but if you need a reliable tool that will go through a lot of rough use I’d go with a more reputable brand. But don’t get me wrong we definitely love harbor freight, you just need to find that happy medium on what to but there and what not depending on your usage and needs

Lot's of tools for cheap. Keep in mind these tools are not professional grade, but perfect for homeowners or anyone who isn't getting paid for their work. Deals, sales, and coupons are regular. I suggest signing up the flyer while you're there. The store itself was clean, well stocked, easy to navigate and has friendly staff. If you need cheap tools, this is a great place to look.

They've had better days should have been a bit lower but taking into account covid they should be a high 3 today. Kid at the counter didn't have any idea where anything was actually got me where I was going but there are times when there is a hurry. Fortunately not today . Always a good deal in this place though. Most things are decent quality some aren't but they don't try to trick you they show you a couple of different grades of what your buying. Usual there a 5 but last few times in they've lost a little something

Harbor Freight Tools has a terrific assortment of different tools that they have on hand. If you need something quick and inexpensive, this is the place to go. The tools they sell aren't of the highest caliber however, since I don't do this professionally the tools are adequate for what I need them to do.The store is well-lighted, the merchandise is readily displayed and is easy to get into your cart.You will want to be careful because they will try to up-sell you at the register by asking if you want a one or two or five year warranty on whatever it is that you're buying. They don't ask you if you want it. They simply asked which one do you want. Of course you have the option to not choose any.The store is very easily accessible and is quite visible from the street out front.I have shopped at the store many times and plan to shop here in the future. Went in for a 40v chainsaw and they happened to have one on the referb table for a great price. Everything with it and joined the itc. I wish I could have gotten a warranty on the saw but I get it. The manager was pretty accommodating and friendly

Absolutely love this store. I've bought tons of tools and accessories here. Customer service is awesome, I've bought a couple of products that were faulty and they made exchanges incredibly easy. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I will continue to shop here all the time.

I always buy my tools here. Excellent selection of good tools. If something break's they warranty it. But out of 100+ purchases I have only had to return/ exchange 2 or 3 things. Employees are nice. Awesome coupons contantly coming in the mail and email.

So happy to finally have a store here locally. I have shopped with them on line for years. The store is always clean and well kept.On the one occasion I had to bring back an item the return was really smooth.For the one person complaining about them being closed on Easter Sunday that is State law because of the square footage of the store. Your coupon had probably expired.

You get what you pay for, low quality Chinese junk. Even something simple like nylon wireties are junk and snap when you tighten them. The power tools are scary, good luck attempting to do anything with any sort of precision as nothing is square, straight, level, etc. made with plastic gears and parts, bad welds, - I could go on and on. But it is cheap! There are a few good buys here but you have to be very careful and very selective. Many things like hand tools are okay quality, but cheap enough that if they break you just buy more and it still costs less than the quality tools elsewhere.The checkout counters are - well, very very inefficient. Just slow. I don't know if it's crappy software, procedures, or poor training, but checking out is a painful process.

I'd live here. This place is my favorite. I can't afford Milwakee, and Rigid. My wife hates it and goes to Ikea. Ikea is 4 hrs away. Happy time.

I will never walk into the Auburn, Maine store Again!!! Unbelievably rude cashier! Never had a cashier take the person behind me after she had scanned all of my items and the store didn't have the item I wanted instock (only a floor model). I had to make a quick choice of picking another item. She decides to take two customers behind me as I stood at the register.Never in my Life!!!
