It would be courteous to have a wastebasket at the entrance with hand sanitizer available. The store could be cleaner, & more attractive for people who care about going into a nice upperclass store. This store attracts lower class people as it is now. The prices on the shelves are not the same as what comes up at the register. That is frustrating. It seems the owner of this store doesn't care about its appearance. He doesn't seem to know or care how much merchandise goes out every week either. More merchandise is brought in so the aisles are full of wagons, & the employees have no place to put the merchandise away. It makes the store look messy & unattractive.

This location was rather unorganized compared to others I've been too. Customer service was nice. The music playing was horrible rock. It's 7 days before Christmas I guess I expected holiday music. Wish they had better tagging for prices had to ask how much things were several times.Over all good experience.

I have always liked this store, however I have to say I was disappointed to see not one, customers or staff wearing a mask. No sanitizer provided by the store upon entry. I know most places won't ask anyone to follow the guidelines do maybe this is more about the public than your store...except the store can refuse to serve people not wearing a mask . I find it hard to believe every one on the store had a health issue. Very dissapointed in the lack of social conscious. Don't think I will be shopping there again for a long while which also saddens me. Having said that I hope all businesses can recover from this pandemic.

The cashier was very helpful in helping me locate the item I needed. He also cashed me out with a very pleasant attitude. Very nice to have a pleasant visit to the store.

Very convenient location for me. Most of the employees are friendly and I save money compared to another local retail "wellness" chain that I use to have to go to when in a bind and didn't want to travel far.

I saw employee Paige (who is always so cheerful and helpful) help a gentleman today load his phone card to his phone.....a really nice above and beyond gesture of really great customer service.

The cashier working tonight was as rude as they get! I have never been treated so rudely before! I will be calling the manager to file a complaint! This was at the Minot Ave one in Auburn Maine
