This was my first towing ever and I can say I had an amazing experience. Bryan handled the towing and given the fact that he showed up to the scene faster than 35 minutes at 1am shows his dedication and his passion for his clients. He made a 40 minute drive home feel like it was only 5 minutes. He shows his understanding and sympathy towards his clients during his conversations. Definitely will call Don’s if I need any towing!

Had a great experience with dons! I showed up and he helped me fix my tail lights and looked over the rest of my van. Was very professional and respectful and got everything done in a timely manner, and he also noticed an issue that none of my past mechanics have! Very prompt and good service. I broke down with my work truck and trailer and luckily he was able to get off of the turnpike, I was referred to Bryan, owner of Don's towing. I was lucky I was because he had the setup to be able to move my work truck, my trailer, and me and my dogs all at one move. Very safe and very good and clean equipment. Very responsive to other customers, the guy is never off the clock. I would recommend for anyone that's in a bind with a need of on-road service or even just auto calls or moving items from point A to point B. Nice to see your family business staying alive after several decades and staying in the family.

Had an issue with my car’s battery/alternator took it to Pep boys twice was told it was the battery each time and charged me the full labor for a battery install each time around 350$ my car kept dying each time Pep boys then quoted me 1200$ for a new alternator. I decided I’d get my car repaired here because the tow guys have been incredibly friendly with me each time these guys only charged me a 3rd of what pep boys was going to charge me and they did a great job. I will be taking my car for repairs and maintenance to this place and only this place in the future and so will my girlfriend. These are honest repair people who do a great job that’s rare to find these days. If you are reading this review and are undecided of where to go these guys won’t let you down. I would’ve saved a lot of money if I had just brought my car to them the first time and you will too.

Needed my car towed 20 miles on a Sunday to the dealership after the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and forced the car to stop while driving. Don’s was prompt and courteous, and got my car to the shop and the keys left in the key drop as promised. Simple, efficient and timely. Hopefully won’t need a tow service again, but would definitely use Don’s again if needed.

My son had an accident on Thanksgiving day. Don's towing came out quickly. Tow operator was very capable and courteous. Don's went above and beyond to help get the jeep repaired. Owner as well as staff were great to deal with. Much thanks to all of them for getting us through a horrible situation. Make them your first call!!

Don's Towing is terrific. I needed a tow after going off the road and through a snow bank. AAA sent Don's. Not only was the driver prompt, friendly, and professional, my car was back on the road within minutes. He skillfully removed my car from the ditch and avoided several surrounding trees and brush. I would highly recommend Don's to any one in need of a tow.

These guys helped me out of a huge jam. When my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Brian picked my truck and myself up, drove me to a hotel and then the following day fixed my vehicle and then was so kind to pick me up again and drop me off at the vehicle. even warmed it up prior to me getting into. As it was nine degrees out. These guys are absolutely professionals.

Don's No Preference towing saved the day for my family and I today and in Southern Maine. If you ever get stuck this kind man helped us out at Pineland Farms. He got us out of the mud driveway. We had an infant and a small child at the end of the day in our RV and it got stuck in the mud as the gates were locked for the night on one side already closed. We recommend if you ever need towing in Maine! He pulled the whole RV right out!

I live an hour away, and when my car broke down, and I was stuck, Dons Towing came to pick me up. I explained how I couldn’t find anyone to work on my car and that the only shop that could get me in wouldn’t even look at it until the next day. I had planned to have my vehicle towed to this shop and figure out how I’d get home and back to get my car (no rentals in a 100m radius!). Bryan was the tow driver that day, and he asked a few probing car questions, then quickly determined the cause and showed me. He said he could fix it for me in two hours. I emphatically agreed and sent him off with my car. I went out, had a nice appetizer and margarita, and as I was finishing, I got a call that my car was done. Not only did he save me multiple days of stress and being stranded, but he also did it at an outstanding rate for work/parts and gave me a recommendation on other items I will want to have looked at in the next few months. No pressure, no worries, and a complete hero! I couldn’t be more enthusiastic that these guys are the best. They were all very kind at the shop- AND they have a dog who hangs out at the shop and gifts you empty water bottles (quite a few). I 10/10 recommend this place!

My experience with Don's was kind of "meh". The guy they sent out to tow me was personable and helpful and what I say is in no way a reflection of my interaction with him.I requested a tow a day before, at a specific time, and prepaid. After 15-or-so-minutes past the agreed-upon time, I called the number listed here, on Google, to get an update. The person that picked up said they were busy and that they'd send someone out when they could and that I'd get a call from someone in their office when they had someone on the way... I never did. After about 1-1 & 1/2 hours past when I asked for the tow, someone did show up.The price was fine and like I said I think the people out in the field are nice, but management/admin/dispatch needs to have better communication with them. Even if they were busy, my money was accepted with the condition that I would get a tow at a specific time and that condition was not upheld.Service: Car towing

6 stars !!! Brian came out to tow a car not authorized to parked in my driveway. Just before Don’s Towing arrived the vehicle took off, but I didn’t receive a charge. Don’s Towing is now my first call for any towing needs. Looking forward to getting a new “No Parking” sign with their number posted on it!
