Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone. After receiving coupons in the mail, I decided to treat myself on a Friday Evening after work. The door was locked as I approached for dine in. I could see the staff locking the door while I was right outside. I didn't find it a deal breaker as I respect closing times. I decided to get back in my car and wait for the drive through.I placed my order with a bit of difficulty, having to repeat myself a few times. I did confirm my order over the speakerphone before I pulled ahead. When I got to the window, the attendant refused to take my coupon. I was bewildered. Nowhere on the coupon does it say "at participating locations" or "select stores" etc. which really let me down. I didn't even get to see the proof in the blizzard order by seeing it held upside down.I paid for my meal that I ordered instead of leaving it, because it would have been a waste otherwise. However, once home I discovered portions of the order to be incorrect. Despite confirming over the speakerphone and reading my receipt to confirm my order again, it was still wrong.I have not been this dissatisfied in a very long time. I cannot recommend this location to anyone, and will instead tell them to support the Fielders Choice across the street. I know I'll be going there from now on.

My family & I come here almost every night after a long day at work. Normally is always Great, but tonight was absolutely horrible. Ordered thru drive thru & the woman who took our order was extremely rude all cuz I asked for a blizzard (that I get every time I come) & she refused to do it cuz. I explained I get that kind every time & she was horribly rude. I should have gotten my money back but didn't want to disappoint my kiddos. If she doesn't like her job then don't work !

My friend I went to get some ice cream. I was disappointed with mine. I had gotten a banana split. I have not been there for a while, and when I ordered mine and got it, it just did not seem right. I remember having lots of whip cream, nuts, and a cherry on top. There was barely any whip topping. When I got the receipt, we were charged extra for the nuts and whipped cream. It was an ice cream sunday. I would think that there would be nuts and whip cream on it. I am just disappointed with the time I was there.

Ordered 4 chili dogs, chili was so old & thick it tasted burnt.Zero cheesecake flavor in the Red Velvet Blizzard. Sizes have shrunk, again, for same price.Outrageous price for sub-par food.

The food here is really good. I know you may shake your head at this but there hamburgers are some of the best in the area, and I don't just mean fast food joints. Several local restaurants could take some lessons from DQ on how to do a burger.

Good service. Food is excellent. Especially the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. Fries are always hot when we eat here. The store could use a touch up (cleaning) a bit more often. There's usually a few dirty tables just sitting there when we first show up. Most of those instances they were not extremely busy. The bathrooms are clean. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of menu options. Outdoor dining area.Vegetarian options: Not a lot of vegetarian options.Parking: Close to the entrance. Plenty for the amount of business they receive.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with respectful staff.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Decent amount of space inside the store, to maneuver.

Everyone knows their ice cream products (which are great) but, the real gems here are their burgers. You won't get a better fast food burger in this area. Service has always been fast and good. My only meh comment would be that their grilled chicken baskets are a little light for the price but everything is expensive these days. I will continue to make them my destination for lunch when I'm working in that area.Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty much what you'd expect... no automatic doors though

What to say about Dairy Queen? The food is delicious and they have some options that are a nice break from usual fast food offerings. Always loving the ice cream or any treats they have. Good to satisfy those cravings any time of year. Staff is really friendly and efficient. Sometimes the wait at drive thru is a little long but always worth it

They DO NOT accept any deals or coupons from the DQ app.When I asked about a DQ deal I had they just said, "we don't do that here." Would be nice to have a sign someplace saying this, so the customer knows before ordering.Food is typical DQ quality.

I placed my order with one car in front of me. Maybe 3 minutes before I got my ice cream. We got 3 blizzards. When they handed them to me they were already melted. Like not a little bit like I could’ve drank it with a straw. For costing almost 20 dollars definitely not impressed. Definitely not worth the money.

My family and I go here a lot, we get our birthday cakes here every year. However tonight we went through the Drive thru line, we forgot to order our dogs small vanilla ice cream so when we got to the window we asked to add it. Mind you it’s not like we were asking for a meal or a whole other blizzard, just a simple plain vanilla soft serve in a dish. The employee said “Yea sorry no we are to busy”. She said it very rudely, we normally have no problems but I was very disappointed tonight.

We stopped at Dairy Queen today. I got the Alaskan polick sandwich, my husband had chicken finger basket both were very delicious. Hot, very crispy fries and we had blizzards, yum carmel drumstick and M & M. The woman behind the counter was training a nice young woman and was so upbeat and pleasant. The place was clean. We sat outside at a table with a nice umbrella. Very nice experience.Parking: Plenty of parking in a nice lot.

Usually we love it here. Yesterday we had the rudest window girl ever. We misunderstood a menu item combo and tried explaining it on our end and she was super rude and condescending. No need of it, we aren't children. It was a misunderstanding. FYI there is no ice cream with the cheeseburger special. we were getting the 6 dollar combo thing all summer but we must have missed the memo that there are 2 different ones? Anyway the girl needs a new job if she's going to be so rude to customers.

Today's visit was not very good. The food istelf was great, but we paid about 8 dollars more for our order than we should have. The person who took our order told us that we couldn't substitute a drink for a blizzard in a meal for a dollar more when you order a combo (though that is one of their deals). So she charged us for the entree and blizzards separately. However, the next person to order was given that deal from another person taking orders. The blizzards were already melting when we got them. And our tray was tossed on the table when our order was taken to us.

The food at this place hits well above it's weight class. It is a hidden treasure that more consumers should consider if they want fresh, delicious AND affordable dinner options. Don't forget the brownie batter blizzard, this treat is amazing.

Only DQ in the area, but it has great food. Blizzard's are awesome and burgers aren't too bad either. Service is good and they are friendly. Small seating area but fine if you go during off times. Convenient easy to access location.
