I called to see if my prescription was ready. The person that answered was rude from the moment they answered. They informed me that my prescription wouldn't be covered by my insurance. I said that's fine. I'll pay for it myself. They came back with, "It's an over the counter medication, so you can go get it off the shelf yourself." I'm sick and rather not spread my germs. So I reiterated to the pharmacist that I would pay for the perscription out of my own pocket. She rudely cut me off while I was talking and then hung up on me. I tried to call back and no one answered the phone. I truly feel like they did not want to do their job and provided terrible customer service. Therefore I had to do their job for them and spread my germs! If you don't like your job and don't want to listen to the customer find a different job! I will be finding a new pharmacy and I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

The pharmacy is terrible. They are constantly late on their orders. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have to call for them to put a rush on an automatic refill that has been in process for a week. Need by tomorrow. They will put a rush on it but why did it show it was in process? Going elsewhere from now on.

I called with just a simple question re: medications and was on hold for 45 mins and no one picked up. I wanted info on how to transfer my Rx. Meds from other pharmacy due to closer store. Glad I saw how calls were handled.....staying where I am. So unacceptable!!!

If I could do no stars I would. A technician named Brenda was horrible to an older man, roughly 85. He was trying to ask her questions about getting his Potassium refilled and she did nothing but talk over him, down talk to him, and treat him like a nuisance. His wife was visibly upset by how was being treated and kept telling him to go back at another time. This is not the first time I have seen her treat people this way and I'm disgusted she works here. She has never been anything but degrading and has no customer service skills at all. No wonder this location has REPEATED low ratings that have to do with communication towards customers. They obviously aren't removing one of the key contributors. Shame on the location for not treating our seniors with the respect and dignity they deserve.

I’ve never had so many bad experiences with a pharmacy/pharmacist(s) in my life until this one, and I was a pharmacy technician! Everyone is completely unwilling to help/resolve any issues. They won’t fill your medication for weeks, won’t answer the phone, don’t know how to use their own computer system, won’t send over PAs, the list goes on and on. On top of that, they are rude and have even hung up on me before while trying to get my birth control - which they said was $700 and wouldn’t communicate with insurance or my doctors office to figure out why. I know how stressful working in a pharmacy can be, I did it in 2020 when the pandemic hit. But we ALWAYS would call doctors/insurance after the customer had tried to resolve the issue on their own. I’m shocked the the pharmacists have a license, and honestly question if one of them even does because she wears no name tag, doesn’t have her license/picture hanging up, and once recently was only wearing a tank top??? Strangest and most frustrating experience(s) ever. Seriously putting peoples lives and health at risk.

Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. Can verify what others have said regarding the horrific treatment from pharmacy staff.Attempted to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy because most had to back order the prescription that was needed. Called original pharmacy and around to others that may have what was needed in store. Eventually got confirmation that this CVS had what was needed. Called original pharmacy and this pharmacy several times to have prescription transferred over. Even received a confirmation call from someone at this location stating that it was all set and would be ready within an hour or so. Drove about an hour one way as it was the only option in the area. Once arrived, was told that the transfer would take about 24 hours to complete by another “blonde” at the drive thru.It went from within an hour, to about 24 hours, to 24-48 hours, to filled within a few minutes.Inconsistent information being relayed from one staff person to another once arrived at the store. Passive aggressive body language and tone, including eye rolling, audible “ughs”, and gaslighting.The two staff people attached are the biggest offenders of this. If you see them, don’t engage.

If I could give a zero I would, I have never met a set of people more rude in my life than I have trying to use this pharmacy. They are extremely rude and unwilling to help you figure out your Medication needs. They are very short and snippy when you ask questions and extremely condescending. And leave you to figure out what’s wrong on your own with pharmacy issues. Every time I call I dread it because I know they will make me feel like I am interrupting them. I fully understand they are extremely busy and it may be overwhelming but it’s not fair to customers to feel this way with people they trust with sensitive needs such as their medications

Worst customer service. Selling expired products. Cashier and the manager didn't know how or if they could exchange or return funds to an HSA card. The "manager" contacted her next level of support through a text message and expected me to wait around for a response. Not a very professional way to resolve the issue. I did not have the time to wait around as I had to get my daughter from daycare or I would have to pay a late fee for not being there before closing. I requested for her to CALL her next level of support. She refused and instead threatened to call the cops on me For loudly expressing that I was upset, in a rush and would not like to have to come back a third time to resolve the same issue. I would give this store zero stars if I could. Kaitlyn needs to learn how to de-escalate an upset customer instead of interrupting them when they are talking.

I picked up a new prescription and the cashier was wonderful. Very polite and friendly. Then go to see the pharmacist for a consultation. It was a young lady dressed very nicely but not very nice. I asked about the side effects as it was a new insulin. Her extremely sarcastic answer was low sugars. She did not explain anything and made a conceited face and walked away. I know I have been on insulin for a long time but this was a new insulin that just came out! If I had a choice of pharmacies through my insurance I would not go there.

I was there on the 9/29/2022 afternoon, I picked a mini lotion from the traveling section, but while I was there the manager passed by me I didn't think of anything at first, so I kept browsing in the store looking for the specific mini lotion I wanted but when I couldn't find it I put the one I had down while I was walking out.But as I get out the manager starts following and he starts yelling" hey hey Ms I need the lotion you took". I was like I didn't take anything, if you want you can check or call the cops. but he kept on insisting that I am thief, I should get out and never come back again. he kept yelling at me and repeating that I am thief(all this time I am standing by the door just shaking because how I was being treated.But then I realize it was because I was a young black woman in the store( I can't possibly buy things duuh I can only steal).after few minutes of him yelling at I decided to walk him to section that I put the lotion back and I handed to him, and walked I just cried in my car for an hour straight, my whole body was shaking.All I want to say is as a black person don't go to this store if it happened to me next time it might be you.it is disgusting that cvs hires these people with rotten minds to serve the community. Let's not mention that he was the General manager so I had no one to report too and he made sure to tell me that.

Pharmacy staff is rude and condescending. I hate engaging with the staff, because they are not helpful at all and make you feel bad for asking follow up questions. Store workers are fine. But absolutely hate this pharmacy.

Was able to secure an appt for a covid test because I was exposed at my job. The pharmacy is a two hour round trip from my house but I went anyway because I felt really sick and didnt want to wait another day. When I got there, I was told that they werent doing anymore of the rapid testing that day, even though I received a reminder text confirming my appt a half hour prior. I told her I drove a long way while not feeling well, and asked if there was anything she could do. She suggested I call corporate. I told her a courtesy call would have been nice and left. Will never go there again.

I am being quite generous in this low review. I am never going to get my prescriptions right at this location. Every 90 days I have to play middle person between the dr office and the pharmacy. It takes about 4 days to get the pills filled which by that time, I am no longer taking any meds for diabetes. Forget it if you wanted test strips. I had t go to different pharmacies and buy out of pocket to get some. Not helpful at all. Please I ask that the pharmacist at least not act like I am a bother when I come in after making several calls. I live 30 min away and keep coming back is not good either. And if you wondered, yes they made me come back several times. After alll there is a 2 week out list I have been told.

The Pharmacy part of this facility has gone down hill tremendously. Today I specifically asked for one medication (after they have repeatedly gotten the wrong prescription filled). They got it wrong. Again. Instead of filling my important medication they went back and filled the medication that I had previously told them after they somehow didn't hear from my doctor about the prescription being canceled, was so. I need my anti-depressants. And yet here we are, with a medication that, if any trained pharmacist looked at properly, would obviously tell is in fact NOT my anti-depressant.The only good thing about this experience is I'm not depressed about it. I'm very *Insert curse words here* Angry. About their screw up yet again.

Waited in line at the drive through for over 40 minutes only moving up when people got frustrated enough to abandon the CVS. I wont come back to this store. I wont send people to this store. I recommend just avoiding CVS in totality because customers come last here. I called the store from the line and all I was told is that this is a normal thing to see here and I should just keep waiting. This isn't normal anywhere. CVS if your staff isn't properly equipped its your fault if they arnt properly trained that falls on the corporate leaders in charge of training policy.

I print pictures at this particular CVS all the time. Usually it is an excellent experience and everyone is so helpful and nice. Today was far different. I go in and print my pictures and get no greeting. No one asked if I needed help like usual. I go to check out and still no greeting, didn’t ask if I had a CVS card, but I gave him it anyway even though I had no coupon. Didn’t look at me the entire transaction and muttered “here” to give me my receipt without looking up at me and he said it very snarky. I’ve never seen this particular employee here, the receipt says his name is Kelvin. He didn’t even look like he worked here. Had on a sweatshirt with no incling of an employee. Very disappointed in my experience today.

They have very rude pharmacy technicians.. When I was told 3 different days that my son's medication would be ready, they then told me they couldn't get it for another 5 days, and he would be out of medication in one day. When I asked her what I could do she cut me off and said "I don't know what you want from us, just like the rest of America we are short staffed , we are 3 weeks behind, there's nothing else I can do". I explained I truly did not know what to do as he needs this medication. She said "There is nothing we can do, this is a nontransferable medication. " I explained that I was confused because I have got this medication every 30 days from them for years but she cut me off midsentence and practically yelled that she did not know what I wanted from her.What I wanted, needed, was someone to calmly explain what my next step should be. I did not need to be hollered at and disrespected. We will be switching our family's Rx care to a different, CARING, pharmacy . Do not go here if you can help it.

Experienced the most unprofessional and nasty attitude by staff at the pharmacy when I came a little bit early for my Covid test. Unforeseen circumstances didn’t allow me to make my appointment time, so came only one hour early. There were no other cars behind me, yet they wouldn’t do the test. NOT the helpful solution to the pandemic.

Beyond incompetent pharmacy personnel, from the technicians to the pharmacists. There is zero communication between any of them resulting in terrible customer/patient care and service. In addition to their inexperience and inability to properly do their jobs, their attitudes are terrible. You can truly tell they hate their jobs with a passion. I know many people who have stopped using this particular CVS pharmacy because of the lack of knowledge, experience, and care. One star given in order to complete this review.

Their staff consists of a bunch of Karens that obviously spend all day contemplating their terrible life decisions, and take it out on anyone that asks a question, or has the audicity to need to check out. Sorry for interrupting your self loathing by purchasing items from your store.

Idk about cvs as a store, but cvs pharmacy has always been great to me in just about every circumstance you can think of. They've always had my prescription ready even if i was day(s) late, got faxes and even faxed over to my doctors office to get my meds. They always have friendly staff and open because they have staff members. I think cvs pharmacy is reliable and great

Scheduled a Covid test drove almost an hour from our hotel, literally waited in the drive through almost an hour, 40 minutes of which was waiting at the window with little to no communication from the pharmacy staff, only to be told that "the system is down" and they couldn't even reschedule the test on their end. Absolutely infuriating and a giant waste of time.

I went to get some toothpaste and hair styling gel. I was able to find what I needed then found a few Dollar deals that caught my eye. After using my coupons and the store discounts, I not only saved about $3, but also earned a $2 ExtraBucks Reward. I was was quite pleased with the results plus the Service by Kelvin was excellent!

Was told prescriptions would be ready in 1/2 hr came back an hr later not ready said another 1/2 hr person at the cash in pharmacy extremely rude! Definitely switching pharmacies treat others as you wish to be treated
