I've purchased appliances from Agren three times now and never once had anything less than a phenomenal experience. From purchase through delivery, everything has been smooth as silk. I doubt I'll even bother to price check next time I shop, because Agren has consistently been better than the big box stores, with customer service about 500 times better, too. Thank you all!

Beautiful huge showroom with a great variety and selection. The salesperson, Greg, was amazing with my 92 year old father who was looking for a refrigerator. His had stopped working and he had lost his food and critical medicine. Great Presidents Day sale price and the delivery truck almost beat us home. The young men delivering couldn't have been more pleasant and capable. Thank you Agren for your understanding and fantastic service!

The communication is excellent, you can track the delivery truck, their delivery guys are very friendly and professional and do a superb job with delivery and set up. Only place I would bother to buy new appliances. Purchase was efficient, delivery was arranged on my preferred date, the delivery guys were so respectful and kind, answered all of my questions. Was up and running without complications immediately. New appliances are expensive, so choose the local folks who will respond to your questions dependably. Agree will be my local go to whenever I'm ready to replace something new instead of struggling with repairing a dying appliance.

From start to finish a fabulous customer service experience. Deliveries were booking out a couple weeks at this time, but that only speaks to how popular this company is. Especially thankful for the 5 yr parts and service add on (with the way they make appliances these days it’s a worthy investment), which rolls over to any new appliances you buy if unused at the end of the 5yr period. Top notch! So happy with my new fridge and dishwasher

I went in to buy a washer. Speed Queen was the brand I was looking at. 25 year life expectancy, with a 5 or 7 year warranty. I had looked at all the options. It was decided to go with the TR 7. I was helped out by very knowledgeable staff and great service. Jonah, Dan, and Jason made the deal happen. Delivery will be on Monday and I can't wait. To be operational in less than a week... I applaud this company for their service. I will be looking at a chair and couch next. I recommend Agren's Appliance to my friends and anyone whom is looking for a quality product at a reasonable price. UPDATE. Agren called me yesterday and they ordered me a new fridge! They should be getting it the end of this month and they will deliver it the next day!Our new fridge was delivered 6/28. When they installed it I noticed there were minor scratches on both sides like it had been between cabinets. Then I noticed there was a good size scratch on front door by handle. Then noticed there were a couple of dings on freezer door. It looked like this fridge may have been a floor model especially with scratches on side. When I reported it they refunded me $75 (on a $3,000 fridge) and said they would order 3 new doors. The following Saturday water started leaking from the water dispenser (no one had used the ice or water dispenser) Decided to.go to the Auburn store and tell them. I said if i had known it was a floor model I never would have bought it as I don't buy floor models or open box items of any kind. He said it was in the warehouse so it wasn't a floor model. I also showed him pics of the water dispenser. He said he would have someone call me but it wouldn't be until Wednesday because of 4th of July.. Today is Thursday and no call. The man also said he was going to cancel the doors. I said I don't want to cancel it until this is resolved. Again he said he was going to cancel it and again I said not to but he did it anyway. This was my first time going to Agren as they had in house techs if something happened and was also trying to give my business to a company other than big box stores. Think I made a mistake

We were in need on a refrigerator as ours was quickly fading. Our salesman(Drew) knew his stuff and was very helpful in getting our fridge delivered 3 days later. The delivery guys were prompt, very polite and quickly removed the old one and had the new in place.This was our second purchase from Agren and i would buy from Agren again.

Before Agrens we purchased our appliances at Vic’s Appliance in Saco. Agrens bought out Vic’s and we are very pleased with the service. We have purchased refrigerators, ovens, two washer dryer sets( one for our home and one for my sons house)and just purchased a dryer for my mother in law. The reason: quality appliances, selection, competitive pricing and most importantly, service. Big box stores can’t give you the service you need when you need it. No two to three weeks before you get the thing serviced. In my opinion.
