Absolutely disgusting. All the lettuce was brown rotten and slimy. The inside food prep area was dirty and not sanitary. Garden salad was grey and looked nothing like a salad. Would not eat anything we got.

Well unfortunately the women at register not register girl. I used ATM and it didn't give me my money or receipt. I ask lady at register and she snapped at me with an attitude about my confusion on ATM. Poor customer service and very angry at me about not her problem with my transaction at ATM. I asked for manager and she said after looking at ATM that she is too busy making pizzas to help me and ATM not her problem. Unfortunately we were coming in here every day with boat. because of the other team members not here, and not on duty this staff is horribly mean. just ruined my visit here to hell no. Never again. I will stop some where else. Unfortunately 2 people older lady at register and manager are not good or patient enough to understand ATM is money for your business and tips. Great job staff maybe you should hire a crew that is more pleasant, kind and nice to the people that help keep your jobs.

Hilarious to me that people have this perception of the place going down hill or being more "dirty" when I WORKED HERE FOR A YEAR BEFORE IT WAS IN NEW OWNERSHIP and im just gonna say it - THIS PLACE HAS ALWAYS BEEN DIRTY. ALWAYS. TRUST ME THERE IS NO VENTILATION OVER THE STOVE. If you can get past that they are genuinely doing better than the previous owner. Trust me, dont believe other reviews. If you're a local i was the big fat guy who always had a baseball cap on.

Been going here for years. Ordered a Buffalo Pizza (small) listed as $10.99 on FB page. Was told 40 minutes on the phone. That really surprised me at a non-peak time. When I got there 5 minutes later, they told me 20 minutes. I went to wait outside due to the dirty grease smell indoors. As I approached the building thinking I could pay in advance, I saw the young male cashier outside to smoking. He snarled at me "WHAT? The pizza will be 30 minutes!" I waited outside again,and when I went back at 30 minutes. The pizza was on the top of the oven. I was so exasperated that I didn't notice until I got outside that I'd been charged $17.99 for the pizza plus tax which came to more that $19. I went back in and asked if he'd charged me for a large. "No, that's the price of a small Buffalo Pizza". I pointed to the sign that said $12.99 and he said "that is the wrong price". "NOT acceptable; that's your published price." He got on the phone and called someone else. He rang up test amounts until the item and tax came to -$4. He then handed me $4 cash. Didn't cancel credit card transaction and re-ring. Didn't give me back the first receipt. Didn't consider $17.99 - $12.99 is $5 so my refund should have been more like $6. I took the $4 and will keep walking far far away. The pizza was actually tasty, but the experience has left a really FOUL TASTE in my day! Will not go back until I hear they've changed owners ... again.

I have been going to the trading post in Acton for over a decade. Well the old owners sold to new people that clearly don’t know how to own and operate a sub shop/pizza store. Do not go here for food. The place went wayyyyy downhill. The board of health needs to go in and shut the food ordering down. I got a small sub and it had one piece of salami with shredded ham that would prob go on a salad not a sub. One little slice of tomato, no mayo ??? Where’s the mayo and stale old bread. I fed it to my dog. Also got a small fry and you could taste the old oil that it’s being fried in. There’s no ventilation and it smells disgusting inside. Do not go here. Overpriced and dirty!!!!!!

Ownership has changed hands. All down hill from there. Most anything you're looking for, is out of stock or they don't carry it anymore. For those of us who have been going to this store for years, it's almost a waste of time to stop there now. What a shame - wait until the summer folks come up for the summer! Too bad really.Update 3 years later - nothing has improved. Just bought donuts today because I was too lazy to drive to Boonie's. The donuts are like bricks. God knows how old they are. Can't find an expiration date on the package but I'll write to the manufacturer. Watch the codes on stuff - lots of items are out of date. What a disaster this store has turned into.

This place got new ownership and went downhill big time. The sandwiches are poorly made, and ingredients questionable. They have been sold out of ice on Fridays and the past weekend the gas I pumps were broken. It is a disaster and avoid at all costs

We used to love ordering from the Post as we live right down the road. The last four time we have ordered they FORGOT to make our food. We show up after ordering ahead and waiting the time given, only to find out it was never made. The first three times we waited for them to make it and they didn't offer an apology or a discount for their mistake. Tonight, we just left and ordered Dominos. We are officially done ordering from them because they can't be trusted to actually make the food you order. Complete disgrace.

We recently stopped into the store for a quick purchase and no one...customers and staff not wearing a masks. There were so many people in the store it wasn't even possible to maintain 6ft apart. One person didn't even have a shirt or shoes on. I won't stop there anytime soon.

Items on the shelves dusty. Single serve cereals expired 3 months ago. Cashier and younger girl too busy gossiping about how "Sally" didn't check in cigarette order to properly check us out. Had to keep recounting my change while impatient customer behind me kept sighing. Only good thing is the view.

No one was wearing a mask. Not even the workers! Not even social distancing. I asked the young woman at the cash register, saying, "No one wears a mask in here?" She simply responded with a rude "Nope." Don't go here. They clearly have no compassion for the weak immune.

Love this place. The food is always so good, they make it quick and the prices are great. It's so nice to have this store in Acton, so we don't have to drive forever just because we need a few things!

Had to leave- no one (including the woman working the counter) was wearing a mask nor were they maintaining any semblance of social distancing.I’d rather drive further to Boonie’s or out to Hannafords, both of which were much more compliant with protective measures.
