We stayed at abbot trailside lodging down the road. This country store was extremely convenient. They had everything you would honestly need for camping. From large freezer of blocks of ice and crushed. To a mini beer and wine section. To a breakfast bar too. Marie and Paul were great and so friendly! Thanks again for another great local store

Incredible food,.awesome customer service, one of the cleanest and neatest stores I have ever seen. Since finding Schmeids after finding Barrow Falls, I will forever stop on the way there and way home, so worth the stop.

Good people, good food. They make great sandwiches at a reasonable price. No corporate stuff here, just a good old American "mom and pop" store.

The owners are awesome ! The food is excellent with there daily specials! Its a very personal experience stopping in. Highly recommend the stop.
