They are very un professional, rude,and racist and told me that they could not fill my script because I haven’t filled at that Walgreens recently so I told her I’ve never heard of that policy because I’ve filled at Walgreens all over the state and she told me that’s just there policy in Zachary. Sounds like a discrimination lawsuit to me.

Ok usually I wouldn’t even entertain this review, however, as a working mother and community member I feel the need. I went in there tonight at 10:15; only for the girl at the register checking herself out, told me very rudely- We close at 11. Now, never mind, that you were shopping while you were on the clock, however, I came in there after my work shift, and after being a parent to buy necessities for my family. I walked down one aisle, and was so offended that I merely walked up to the front desk and told her, our patronage pays your paychecks. Not only did this self entitled little brat, be very rude, vague, and ugly, I decided to leave my $120 transaction at the counter to go wherever else would appreciate my money. Whoever this little girls manager is, they should be embarrassed, and ashamed. Leader ship starts from the top, your staff is completely ignorant and intolerable.

The pharmacy clerks are extremely rude and short tempered. The app doesn’t match what’s happening in the store. I’m changing all my medical information to another pharmacy. I was talked to very rude by the pharmacy. I hate giving them even one star. GARBAGE!!!!!!! Needs to be under new management or ownership.

Worse Walgreens in Louisiana ! Need to invest into better management. Google say it closes at 12am but the doors are locked by 10. Never update me when my medicine is ready ! This suppose to be the only store in Zachary open til 12 and isn’t never open so if I need anything important I have to drive to Baton Rouge which is very aggravating due to the drive is 30 minutes from my house. This Walgreens needs to be closed down worse place of business in Zachary

Easily the worth Walgreens, if you or your insurance can send your meds literally, anywhere else, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.Was contacted by them this morning to tell me a Rx was ready… 9 1/2 hours later it was never processed and they didn’t have it in stock. Sadly, this is typical for them.

I have been waiting in drive through line for almost and hour. I have never been to a pharmacy that moves this slow. This is crazy to have to sit on line for almost an hour for your prescription

Went to go get my medicine, the line was ridiculously long. Stayed in the line for 45 min when i get to the window i waited for 20 more minutes. My information was incorrect, one lady had a horrible attitude. Left from Walgreens with nothing, 2/10. don’t recommend getting your medicine from here.

If I could put a zero review I would. Spent several hours waiting on child's prescription and then told my child wasn't covered under our insurance. The problem was that they deliberately misspelled the name (they finally got it right after correcting them 3 times). The employees hate their job and make it known. Never go here!

Today we took my son to the doctor and the doctor called in medicine to the Walgreens in Zachary. After leaving the doctor driving to the pharmacy and waiting in the drive through for am hour, we get to the window and they tell us it's not ready to come back in an hour. I went back about 2 hours later waited in live for another 45 minutes get to the window and they tell me they didn't fill the medication becuas either not covered by insurance and the cost will be $11 did I still want to fill it?? I said yes this is the second time today I have come to pick it up. she says ok and tells me it will be at least 45 minutes to come back. I went home came back much later waited in line another hour before finally getting my son's medicine. The speed of service and lack of concern for the customers is ridiculous. I am Offically looking for a different Pharmacy.

reviews dont lie i only give two stars cus is one cashier work their do speak but over all they dont speak and have little knowledge about products their . long wait time seem like staff works on staff shelves then helping people had two bad experince with one good one with that only one cashier do speak...needs new management they seem hire anybody. not like use be 5 years ago just go to cvs up the road

Oh. My. God. The people here move like they are walking in lard. I called several hours before picking up my prescription and they said it would be filled in an hour. Upon arrival, NO ONE IS MOVING. The people behind the counter act like they don't have a line through isles in the store or a drive thru wrapped around. When I finally got to the desk, the employee was less than helpful. I want to include that I was incredible polite the whole time. The employee asked me to sit down after getting my information and I did. After 15 minutes I decided to go up to the counter and ask exactly what I was waiting on. The employee told me that they had to redo my prescription three times because someone ahead of me needed the pills for their prescription??? I'm not sure why that would be the case, but that is insane to me. No one seems to care about anything. I was going to leave it be, but I am writing this long review after having to come back and wait in their incredibly long drive-thru line because they forgot one of my prescriptions. I can not advise enough to go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Thank you to the staff at Walgreens for helping me. I placed an order for a print of my uncle to use at his funeral. Upon arrival on Thursday, March 30th, the young lady was very apologetic because supplies for the project were out and I thought I would have to go to another store. She noticed one that had been cancelled in her system. She was able to recycle those materials so I did not have to go to another store, and print my uncle’s photo. She and the front desk clerk were extremely kind and helpful and I just want to extend my appreciation. Thank you…

This Zachary Walgreens is the worse! The lines are always long. The pharmacy techs are often horse playing and they TALK too much and too LOUD to each other about NOTHING! They sound so silly talking non sense. I went to Walgreens yesterday morning to fill 2 prescriptions. I COULD NOT GET THEM FILLED!! The pharmacy tech said there would be a delay (for DAYS) and that they needed to fill over 200 prescriptions. I gave her my paper work and asked that she do her job to get the prescriptions filled. because that's what Walgreens do right. I am on the phone with Walgreens now as I type this NEGATIVE REVIEW, on hold, listening to music waiting on a pharmacy tech to answer because I have not been notified about my prescription although it has been over 24 hours. There has to be some accountability regarding the prescriptions getting filled. All the pharmacy techs have to do is fill prescriptions. The medicine is in the back on the shelves! What is the problem again Walgreens! And I did not want to give a star at all, but had to to make the post.

The girl working the drive thru window had a very bland demeanor. Did not greet me at all. Very blunt and straight to the point, which I get to an extent. Just very different from my experiences at other Walgreens.

First off, they hang up on you when you're on hold. They have trouble ordering medication... They have trouble with pretty much everything. Trust me, you are soo much better off with another pharmacy. Not sure about my review? Just keep scrolling.

I was on hold for over 2 hours when someone on the other end picked up the phone and promptly hung up on me without a word. I'm beyond disbelief right now. I just wasted over 2 hours. Now what? I still need to talk to a pharmacist! Am I supposed to wait on hold for another 2 hours? Unacceptable.

This is by far the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever been to! I’ve called several times, and have been hung up on more times than I can count! They will have you in line to pick up your medicine for at least an hour before you can get it to the front of the line. They’ve sent me messages saying that my medicine was ready, but when I finally get to the front of the line, they tell me that my medicine was store to my profile. (After 1 day) WHAT! So, it’s not filled. My doctor faxed a prescription once, and I went the next day to pick it up, and they said it still wasn’t ready. WHAT! This pharmacy needs to do better! I hate this place! IT’S HORRIBLE!

Today, we went to Walgreens to pick up an online order for a photo poster of our mother for her memorial service. The photo turned out discolored due to the quality of the original photo. Kanbrielle helped us pick out another photo and set it up for printing and developed it instantly. Her thoughtfulness and initiative to help really made our day and decreased our stress at this difficult time. Her customer service skills and attitude are an asset to your store.

Always around a half hour late opening the pharmacy. Refills will be a 3 to 4 hour wait no matter if they have been called in or not. Inconsistent as hell about when a rx can be refilled. May be 3 days early or it may be 2 days after the 30 day supply. Who knows!?

I have never been treated so bad in a place of business, this pharmacy deserves a 0 rating, the employees are RUDE and unprofessional, the drive-thru wait is unacceptable, and after waiting an hour in line, I was treated like garbage. I will drive 30 minutes to BR before EVER spending another dime at this place! Walgreens do BETTER

I never write reviews for anything but this store most definitely needs it. This review is strictly for the pharmacy.Two months ago they lost a whole Controlled RX. I went to pick it up and was told it was filled but they couldn't find it. The pharmacist had to contact to the pharmacist that filled the day before to verify that it was filled. She verified that it was. But where was it???? They wanted me to call my doc to send another RX and I refused because my doc did her job and it wasn't her error. Furthermore, they should know that writing a duplicate RX for one patient in the same month could jeopardize my docter credentials. The person that put it away after it was filled was gone. My gut tells me that she took them or hid them so that she could take them later after everything settles down. I pick up on energy very well and something just aint right.Also I understand that sometimes things get hectic and it impacts the quality of service. But that's the case every single month here! For Example its 8:26pm Ive been trying to contact them 6:00 Every time Im in the waiting que and get to the next one in line they pick the phone and hang it up OR pick it up say "please hold" then hang up. Ive called 4Xs in the last hour and each tine I've been hung up. I shouldn't have to call to make sure my script is ready being that I call it in the morning and give them time to fill it. But I call to be sure because the couple times I headed up there without calling I ended back at home with out my script.Anywho that's my story. Ill be contacting the appropriate party tomorrow with my complaint and the issue of the missing narcs. I still have all the notes from that day.

UPDATE: NOTHING HAS CHANGED EVEN CALLING CORPORATE DID NOT HELP. CLOSE THE STORE OR CLEAN HOUSE! Website says open until midnight? Funny because the employees close the store whenever they feel like it. Closed at 10 the other night, 11 another, etc.And NEVER attempt to call ahead to make sure the doors are open!!! I’m not even sure why they have a phone line! Lack of management in my opinion!

Our experience here could not have been any better! Tameka W and the pharmacist working this evening went above and beyond to get the prescription filled prior to closing and with a short staff. I can’t speak for all the negative reviews but our experience at this location was just the opposite.

Do NOT use as your pharmacy. I was on the phone several times and they hung up on me after waiting for 40+ minutes. I have not had my medication for close to a week and they keep delaying it being filled. I am switching to a different Walgreens. I have used several Walgreens pharmacies in the past and have never had an issue. This store does not have it together.

I have a problem when their items on sale, do not ring up as the sale price. The sticker says buy one products get the other half off same brand product. The clerk will not check the price and will say the ticket just may be expired. If the ticket is expired pull them down and stop lying to your customer.
