Don't get into their compressed gas cylinder scam. I paid almost $400.00 for a #3 cylinder and thought the instore swap would be easy. Well, it isn't for the fact there is not a store in 30 miles of the Zachary La. store that ever has full cylinders or an employee that would know. I now have to take my $400 cylinder to Baton Rouge and drop it off, then go back a couple of days later to pick it up.

I made an order yesterday at about 130P. "Luckily" I found a small heater that could be delivered same day, because my heater went out and it was due to be 37° at night, and getting to a store to pick one up would be difficult. Checked to see my order was "Ready for Delivery" at 345P.It never showed.Next day- after tracking down which store it was coming from I called and spoke to someone, not sure who. I just know that he told me orders placed in the store after 12P would be delivered the next day.I stated that the site (as you can see in the picture) says 2P. To which he replied "it'll get to you today". click.Yep. Hung up.I didn't even have the opportunity to mention they should have noticed the $19.99 same day delivery.Spoke with Customer Solutions, they called the store who told them the package had already left and was coming straight to me... ???... hmmmThe store didn't update the status to "Out for Delivery" for another 20 minutes and my items didn't arrive for another 1½ hours after that. That store is only about 35 minutes away.So much for the coming straight to me.Not a guess or exaggeration on the times. Simple enough to check my call/text times.Well... at least I won't have to sleep under a bunch of quilts for the next couple days till my heater gets fixed.C'est la vie.

I was told that they have lawnmower parts for the Toro lawnmowers, specifically starter solenoids. The employee found one that would work.I wished that I would have had more time to browse through everything TS had, they have TONS AND TONS of great products for sure!AND THEY TREAT MILITARY VETERNS ESPECIALLY WELL!!!!

Love this place. Just added new garden center in Zachary, LA for live plants. I can get everything I need for gardens and plants to bird seed to shoes. Nice variety of work boots and Wrangler jeans to farm animals and succulents. One of my favorite stores.

BUYER BEWARE new MANAGEMENT has changed open bag to OnLY 25 % off, always come from Mississippi to get chicken feed, corn, fish food and cow food open bags for 50% off. Aware NEW MANAGEMENT now only gives 25% off. Will not be going back total waist of trip even at 25% off still overpriced. Hope it all rots on floor!!!

Customer Service reps are personal, greeting with a smile. Rented a trailer for 4 hours to move some furniture and was the easiest thing I have ever rented in my life. Took all of 8 minutes from start to finish and I was driving away with a trailer. Cost was $14.00. Yep, $14.00....you can't beat that anywhere!! Love this particular location, great staff!

Staff here are friendly and aware of each item I'm store. Never had a problem and know a few of employees very well. I enjoy getting all my feed and garden supplies from here

Nice store, I have always been a little confused by what kind of store it is?? Maybe its just me. Well stocked with stuff? Pet supplies and such. Always well maintained, clean. Staff is attentive and checkouts smooth.

This store is great. The staff is not overly helpful but have always politely tried to answer all my questions. Products are great. There is a large selection of all your needs for lawn care, farming and outdoor and indoor projects.

The people here are friendly and they often have what you need. Not always though. I guess that is inherent to being a small town Tractor Supply, but when I've called to see if they have what I need before driving 20 minutes to get there they haven't been that helpful over the phone about knowing what they have and don't have. For example I need a dozen buckets with lids, they told me they were "sure they had them" and when I asked if they could check they said they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. I called back and they told me again they were "sure they had them." I drove down and they didn't.

I was in there Sunday 4/26/2020 getting just one item , a trailer hitch receiver pin lock. As I approached the line, there was a man with his dog already ringing up so I stayed six feet behind him. What I saw was a friendly cashier talking to the guy and petting his dog casually, good vibe. When I came up, I greeted her “hello”and noticed nothing was returned and when I’m done, not even a “ thank you” and immediately turned towards the next cashier to talk. I thought wow, how rude, or is it that I’m Asian and there’s some kind of discrimination here. It’s probably just a single incident where an employee behavior doesn’t reflect the entire Tractor Supplies organization. I hope not to come to this type of experience in the future.

love this place. Some of thier prices are little high, but most are on par with the big orange box and thier service is orders of magnitude better. all the employees care and are ready to help quickly. Don't pass up the tractor supply

They had the dog collar that we went into the store to get. Had to ask for some items and the customer service was horrible. The only good thing was that the cashier she was friendly and nice.

The place was recently remodeled which it needed. Nice selection of animal food and livestock food too. I'm love the spring time decor . But I hate how pricey they can be.

I like the store but I would never buy horse feed there again ever , i saw a man bring back 3 sacks of feed , they said its been in my truck for a few days, the girl took it back anyway, I said u not gonna put that back out for sale are u ? She said no but I watched her put it back out for sale !! If u know anything about horses that's a very big MISTAKE
