I love this place! I have a golden doodle who loves to play outside so when we bring him in he is almost always matted and dirty!! They usually only take about 2 hours which compared to 8 hours from another groomer in Zachary that we have tried. The places smells good, it’s clean, and they usually call you to let u know if someone has cancelled in case u want an earlier appointment. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could

Everyone was so friendly. She was comfortable with the employees. I will never take her anywhere else. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Pampered Pooch to anyone with pet needs. My dog is very important to me and she was very important to them.

They work well with both our big dog and our little dog. Our dogs don't love being groomed, but they prefer this place over the many other places we've taken them. Neither has received an injury here in the years we've brought them. Great, friendly, and gentle people work here!

I have called this place several times with no answer and left a message with no returned call. Not sure if this place is closed or what.Bark N Beauty always answered the phone. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely horrible experience!! “The Butcher” that groomed my puppy shaved his legs without my permission and completely ruined his beautiful puppy coat. We discusssd at length what I wanted and I even showed her a picture. It will take months for my puppy’s fur to grow back and poor thing looks horrible.

It was my first time bringing my fur baby Ben the staff was welcoming and very polite the place was so nice and clean not to mention my fur baby new hair cut was exactly what I told the groomer I wanted she was done in a timely manner I didn't half to wait all day for my dog to be done I love this place and this will be my dog forever groomer!!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Awful dog grooming! My polite Shih-Poo was labeled a biter, which he has never been at other groomers. His facial fur was chopped in a haphazard way and looked terrible.
