I do not recommend them. I went through Home Depot, but Home Depot hired Stone Interiors. They got the island wrong, scheduling was a nightmare. They are not responsive. They did not tell me that they would not put the corbels back, which is the support system for the countertop.I had my cabinets repainted a couple months ago and now they’re damaged. I’ll have to pay someone to fix what they damaged. I was expecting scratches and maybe some indentions in the sheet rock, but not large holes. I have large holes in my sheet rock behind my stove. I also had my guest bathroom floor installed through Home Depot and that was also a nightmare. The company did not even install the quarter round correctly. It was crooked. And the company that they used to remove the toilet tried to hustle me.

This was hands down the best Home Depot shopping experience I've ever had. I was working out of town and had to stop in to grab some materials and a few tools. An employee named Ronald came over and asked us if we needed help. He took the time to find what we were looking for! This was actually the first time I've had anyone working for Home Depot ask me if I needed help without me approaching someone. On top of Ronald coming to the rescue, I also had another employee ask me after Ronald helped us. Cheers Ronald! You made a customer's day!

They are polite and courteous and their pricing is up there but no more than any other competitor of theirs. I just couldn't give 5 stars because I am old enough to remember when the store had knowledgeable employees throughout the store who could help you locate things and give suggestions on other ways of doing things (i.e. plumbing) but these days you rarely find someone that isn't a cashier at the front. But the cashiers are very nice just not knowledgeable of the items the store carries.

All four employees I came into contact here were helpful and friendly. Alyssa and Tim in the paint department were knowledgeable, and excited about the details of my project. They advised me on the products and guided me personally to the epoxy I was seeking. Weed eaters are now under lock and key. I walked around for a few minutes trying to find an associate who wasn’t already occupied. I found someone who got on his phone and then told me someone was in that aisle. I found nobody there when I went to the aisle and that guy was gone when I went back to find him. A cashier pointed me toward someone else but that guy disappeared behind a crowd and then was gone. 20 minutes for absolutely nothing but aggravation because I walked out. There used to be assistance buttons in areas where things were locked down. Now it’s just acceptable to leave customers to find one of the handful of associates in the store. Do better Home Depot.

The employees are always friendly and this is one of the few places that actually have what their app says is available in the store. Whatever I need, I look it up on their app and it gives me the aisle and bin numbers to find it. Very rarely are they out of home improvement items I need in a hurry. Affordable prices as well.

Trevon at the service desk and Miss Carmel atPlumbing gave me outstanding customer service.Employees with good service like this make you only want to come to this location for all of your needs. They both took me to the location I needed to find each item and made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project. I am so grateful y'all hired employees like this. I went to Home Depot on March 21 to buy a freezer and I ask them can it be delivered March 22 because I really need it they told me if I pay extra it will be delivered between 6 am and 8 am well 10:30 comes around so I called them they said they had bad weather and it was cause problems now I live 20 mins from Home Depot and it was sunshine at my house but they told me it would be delivered today March 22 so I went to Baton Rouge and when I got back home around 5 there was no freezer so I called back and they said they have even put it on the truck and I asked again was it going to be delivered on March 22 and they said yes well about 15 mins later they called me back and said the truck broke down so if they new they where not going to deliver it between 6 and 8 why did they charge me extra

This Home Depot is one of your more dahdurrrrr places. Most employees can't help you accurately because they don't understand or have knowledge of the department they are in. Don't buy lumber and expect it to stay straight.

I am ecstatic today. I have a plumbing issue that I had no clue of what to do. The first person I interacted with was Ms Brittany. I explained what I needed to do and needed someone that could tell me exactly what I needed. That’s where Mr George comes in. He was in the middle of a project and dropped everything to help me. He patiently explained what I needed to do. I am singing their praises right now. Home Depot please acknowledge these two hard working people.

Home Depot has horrible customer service and their delivery department is TRASH‼️ My mother purchased a refrigerator on May 3 in Zachary,LA and it’s been hell on earth to get it delivered. The Store in Zachary failed to provide any type of Customer Service in regards to the Delivery. Apparently the Deliveries are Outsourced. The First issue was changing the Delivery address, NO ONE AT HOME DEPOT INCLUDING THE CORPORATE OFFICE COULD PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS. The DELIVERY WAS RESCHEDULED AND WHEN THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DELIVERED, IT WAS MISSING A CORD SO MY DELIVERY HAD TO BE RESCHEDULED. The Store in Zachary Didn’t Answer the Phone and When They Did, THEY QUICKLY PUT ME ON HOLD. AS A MATTER OF FACT IM CURRENTLY ON HOLD WITH THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. I AM AT THE POINT WHERE I WANT TO RETURN THE REFRIGERATOR AND NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN.

Absolutely 10/10 would recommend. The bathrooms are Absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. I stopped by on my way out of town after visiting the local popeyes because there was going to be a fire sale in the porcelain isle, if ya know what I mean. And I couldn't help but notice all of the wonderful home decor and amazing deals on appliances. I would definitely recommend this establishment to any of my friends, IBS or not.

Made my wife's day yesterday! We had ordered a flocked tree on Black Friday from Home Depot online. That is all my wife wanted this year for Christmas, a white flocked Christmas tree. When we received the tree, 2 out of the 3 sections of lights did not work! She was so upset and had to travel to 3 different stores just to get an exchange. When the management team over at this store swapped out the display tree that was the last and only flocked tree left in the store, that made her day. To top it off, we also got a discount for all of the trouble! Thank you all so much!

Wanted to return an electric stove the very next day of receiving it, when I found out I would have to rewire my place to run it.Home depot wouldn't come pick it up just the day after they dropped it off. I ended up selling it on Facebook vs renting a home depot truck just to get a refund.They also told my friend a merchandise would be ready the same day from online order but when I got there it was 2 days later.

Hard to navigate, not well organized. I've shopped in lots of Home Depots and this is not one of the better ones. Piles of boxes in all available floor space, shelves not restocked although boxes overhead. Product availability hit and miss.

Pretty good inventory of home improvement needs. Sometimes I have to visit another location to get what I need. (Only reason I did not give 5 stars) New store manager was awesome to the city of Zachary during hurricane Ida in letting the community know what the store had in stock or on the way.

We paid $79 for an order to be delivered today. We waited all day and finally called the store. The order was promised for today. Now it won't be delivered until next week and they refuse to refund the $79 delivery fee even though they failed to deliver the product on the promised date.Jeff

I walked into the store looking for a water pipe adapter, I wasn’t on the isle 1 minute and the associate Jennifer walked up and asked if I need help. With her assistance I found the piece that I needed and was out of the store within 8 minutes!!! Big ups to JENNIFER!!! I appreciate her help the first time I have EVER received help from an associate at this location!!!

There was a wonderful older lady (employee) when we walked in. She greeted us, spoke to my grandson, and directed us to what we were looking for. Actually, we had several employees help us, and each one of them was friendly and very helpful. The store was well stocked. We were able to get everything that we needed.

Standing in their electrical aisle —looking at the one roll of wire I need locked up behind a homemade wire shut and locked door. Wait to see if there’s an employee who can unlock it. Go ahead and call them for an employee to unlock it. Go through all the prompts for the electrical dept…only for a jerk to answer, let me know he’s on lunch and won’t unlock it—I could possibly search for an Emmanuel and then hangs up on me.I then go stand and wait at customer service for ten minutes hoping to get a manager to unlock it until my 3yo has to go to the bathroom.(The locked cage was illogical considering other locked wires surplus was above on the shelving, unlocked)Rather than having an employee outside asking if ppl want to update their bathrooms—they should have enough inside associates staffed for when ppl go to lunch and customers need assistance!Home Depot blows, go to Lowe’s!

Never dealing with this home depot again. Spent $1500 for a box only to be told that my 3 piece box only came with 2 then was told by the guy who went and pulled it from the back that this all ur gonna get like really is this how you talk to customers so rude. He already had a attitude to begin with. I know what I purchased and shouldn't be treated like that just because you don't want to do your job. Then finally somebody with some patience and sense found my other box.
