I posted pictures because the store is in terrible shape this is not the ladies fault that was working there's no way one person to be expected to take care of that store. There's more out of stocks than there are in stocks all the out of stocks or more than likely in stock but on Elkhart or pallets or just jammed in wrong spots. I need a two-cycle oil absolutely none on the shelf... Never seen a business run as this one. No way the lady running register can be held responsible for this... Hell she's working best she can..... Bless her... Whatever the issues with this place it needs fixing now! It's I'm a great area of Zachary and looks like something blew up and the attitude is well... It's on the shelf .. nobody said anything about the correct place....

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is an abomination. It’s filthy. It has tons of empty boxes on the inside trash outside all over from the road all the way to the back of the property the manager should be fired and all of its employees.

kinda sucks when they close at 9. i depend on the fact that they will be open until 10! A notice would give me more time to prepare! This store is the only other stpre open at 9 and you would not believe the things you will remember you need at 9:00 at night🤣😂 Love the store, some employees could be a bit friendlier but usually they are friendly and helpful! You guys need a better system about your stocking! All the dollar stores seems to struggle with this! Thought—maybe you should hire someone for 1 day or night to do the majority of stocking- of course they would need experience! One night a week wont break the bank plus it would add revenue bc ppl would be able to find what they are looking for and not have to ask and it would bring in more shoppers bc of s cleaner store! i know several pplthat will not shop here or anywhere bc of that alone

At 15 till close, they turn everyone away and only have one register open. 3rd time it has happened to me. Stuff all over the floors so you can't walk down aisles. Not coming back, worth the few more block drive to go to Rouses.

Close it down! NOTHING is on the shelves anyways ever!! It's been a long time since I've been in here and they've had things on the shelf. Boxes everywhere but nothing on the shelves. Workers are running out to get on the phone leaving the registers. This is not the first time months and months is this..

I just left this store...without purchasing my items! There were at least ten people in line with one cashier who was talking on her cell phone while waiting on customers. You could see the frustration on everyone's face. She seemed very unconcerned and was taking her time. This is very unprofessional and whoever manages this store should expect more from their employees. If she doesn't want to provide decent customer service then she needs to find another job not servicing the public. I'll take my business elsewhere. The only reason I rated this store 1 star was because it's the lowest rating I could give. -10 *

This place was full of the stores shipments in boxes. They were on every aisle. Only one man in store checking people out. However he was so very friendly and helpful. Bless him ..I would have lost it working there. I mean you could not get a buggy down any aisle.

Store is always clean and items are very easy to find. Would rate as 5 star if they were able to have all checkouts open, or if it was possible to move through the checkout process.

Poor customer service! I purchased a few items at a different Dollar General location while traveling. I needed to return the items and decided to go to this location in Zachary because it's close to home. I was treated like the return was a bother. I was told by the manager I should just go back the the store I purchased the items from. After finally agreeing to give me a return, the items scanned for less than the purchased price, which the purchase price was on the receipt! I was again told to go to the store I purchased the items from if I wanted my full purchase price back! Never shopping at Dollar General again!

Worst store ever. Can’t move around the isles because there are so many carts boxes. The lady behind the counter was to busy talking on her phone to notice customers and halfway through the transaction she walks off not giving me my items. Attempted, 20 times, to call no answer. This place is a joke.

Have lived in Zachary a little over two months. I go to this store a couple of times a week. Its sad I see them losing customers over the fact they don't open on time. This morning was the worst even one of their employees was locked out. I waited til 8:15 then I left to go to another store. On my way back through at 8:40 am the store was still closed because that employee was still waiting there trying to get in. I as well as others tried calling the store several times no answer.

Check out light was on.. cashier walked away.. told me to go to another line, which had customers...so I get back to the other cashier and all of my purchases WERE NOT BAGGED... To far and too tired to go back so they can give that 6packof7up to the rude cashier

Store is okay but this is a very dirty place. Last month I literally found a dead dried out mouse in the parking lot. Made me question buying certain products there.

I'm very unsatisfied. This store in Zachary is closed at 1:30pm on a Thursday. The employee is inside stocking shelves but has the door locked so no one can enter. This is very unprofessional.

Can usually find what you're looking for (when the shelves are stocked) at a reasonable price. Really convenient location for the folks who live north of Plains.

Usually can get what I need. But the store needs more people to at least stock the shelves. And get the L carts out of the way. I guess if you can't find it on the shelf you could unload the cart to get it.
