If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. This pharmacy never has medications in stock and rather than tell you when you come up you end up wasting 20 minutes of your life standing around only to be told they don’t have any of your medication and that you will have to call around to find somewhere that does

Customer service is terrible. When you go through the drive thru you are always waiting for at least 20 minutes bc it’s so backed up. Then when you get to the window they act like they don’t want to help you. Make sure to check that you have all your refills bc 50% of the time they will screw it up.

Awful pharmacy experience the last several times. They can never find the prescriptions the doctors send over, or they misread them and only fill half. The wait has been several hours each time regardless of time of day the scripts are sent over. I’m not sure if they are just that unorganized or don’t care, but the convenience of location is not even worth it anymore.

Place is a joke! Prescriptions aren’t ready when they say they will be and the staff is rude. Prescription was called in this morning my daughter went three times the last time around 7:30 pm and it still wasn’t ready after they told her 1pm

Seems like they just don’t want to deal with customers. Poor customer service. Refused to tell me if my prescription had been called in. Left me on hold. Kept picking up and placing me back on hold without saying a word. Did this until system hung up on me ( maybe them.)The other time I called they told me no prescription was there which is why I needed to know if it had been received. Thankful for my doctor’s office knowing that it was there.

Having lots of trouble with this pharmacy! Very rude! Customer service SUCKS!They leave you on hold and hang up on you over and over again. Had to keep calling and then the woman was talking over me. Would not shut up so i could get a word in.I have had enough!!! Going over there to complain to the manager!

I purchased a defective heating pad and tried returning the product the same day with the receipt. Because my drivers license has been expired 1 month, I was not allowed to return the product that does not work. The lady in line behind me offered to use her ID. This was refused by the clerk, her supervisor, & the store assistant manager. The employees even said they remembered me from today. I asked for the 800 number. When I reached out to them, I was told my case would be put in & someone would be reaching out to me probably tomorrow. I informed them I needed to speak with someone now and I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is STEALING! This is THEFT! My drivers license has nothing to do with my defective purchase, especially when I produce the receipt.Update: I called customer service again after waiting on hold over 40 minutes. That rep did not take my name or number. She told me it was a corporate policy that could be found on the website. She told me I needed to take it up with the store I purchased from. She told me there was no supervisor for me to speak to and hung up on me.I returned later with my husband and was allowed to return the product with his ID. This is no different than the lady behind me in line who offered her ID. The assistant manager who did the return was the same assistant manager who refused an hour earlier. She insisted the return policy online states that a valid ID is needed, but could not give me a maximum amount of a purchase that would not require an ID. She ended up telling me it was under $20. She also told me I needed to take it up with corporate. The return policy was not posted anywhere in the store other than the 30 day return part of the policy which was posted on the door. Upon research on the Walgreens website, I cannot find any mention of valid identification mentioned anywhere for any reason. This is THEFT and LIES!

Relieved to look at reviews and see I’m not the only customer having similar issues with the pharmacy I’ve been going for a year now an had issues every month !! When I tell you customer service is at an all time low just recently I had a man get on the phone with me and tell me to stop calling they don’t have my medication and probably won’t ever get it again so stop bugging them not the first time I’ve dealt with it either! I’m done being nice and fed up ill be taking my business else where ! To the owner/mangers of this location I highly advice you to thoroughly go threw your employees because they are extremely rude and under trained in customer service

Horrible Horrrrriiiibbbleee service! Went in to get a passport done . The young girl was suppppppeerrrr rude . She act like I did her something wrong . She did not greet me she wasn’t friendly. She did not let me see my photo and after she took it she just walked away didn’t say where she was going so I just followed went to machine and ask my number and walked away I had to ask her what she was doing . This was by far worst service I ever had and the pharmacy is already horrible but she definitely took the cake . Y’all need to hire people who wanna be at work and not there to collect a check because this was just ghetto I’m sorry . I’m very offended. She was tall girl by the way and my color African American!

Make sure you’re checking prices bc when you get to the register & explain the ad that’s pointing DIRECTLY towards the register isn’t right, you get get told it was only there ‘TO GET RID OF IT’ - exact words. So your price does not get honored.Purchased Twix on the end cap at which showed 2/$8, get to the register it’s ringing up a different price, I get asked did you put your number in. To which I had done.Team lead says well it was only in that spot to get rid of it, she then proceeded to ask if I only wanted one instead for regular price. Which that price was also wrong bc the candy aisle price & end cap pricing were both different.Maybe they just need to get rid of whomever thought it was a good idea to have that invalid response.

We got so tired of fighting to get our meds, we just switched to a different pharmacy. My husband is on an inhaler and I filled it. They called for me to go get it and when we got there, they had given it to another customer. Then they filled it the next day, they told us that our insurance was cancelled. It wasn't, so we still don't have his inhaler. I gave up.

Walgreens at Youngsville - 2820Today 9/11/2020 at 1pm. For the lady who was working at the Drive Thru on that day. Horrible customer service! Super rude. I didn’t understand what she said, so she close the window and never open again. I kept calling and waiting and she never open the window again. Extremely rude!! No one go buy drugs at pharmacy happy. We are all having some problem, going to difficult times. We need human kind who have compassion for others working in places like this. She shouldn’t be there!!!

I unfortunately had a very similar experience to another review. I also at the time lived very close to the pharmacy and I prefer to use Walgreens over CVS when dealing with my prescription medication. The technicians seemed to be kind, but when dealing with the pharmacist (a middle age white female.) I was embarrassed and completely shocked at the way she was speaking down to me as if I am inferior to her because I am a patient? Well Mrs.Fancy pants I spoke to my doctor about the encounter and she deemed it completely inappropriate, and was hoping I had gotten your name and license no. and file a report against you. Find a new profession if you do not like making others feel well, clearly the healthcare profession is not your cup of tea. Quit making other patients suffer because of your dislike of your occupation. Anyone who has similar issues I highly recommend the Walgreens located in Broussard, LA they are great. They will work hard to fill your medications and go beyond the call of duty and even find ways to reduce the price. They also will not shout your medical history and embarrass you in front of the entire store.

Got Covid vaccine today! When checking out some groceries I said ooh my arm already hurts! The cashier was as snide and said it doesn’t start hurting till tomorrow! JUST LEFT HOSPITAL HAVING AN ALLERGIC REACTION! But this ladies attitude around 12:30 today has made me never want to return to your establishment! She was rude and cocky and spoke down to me!

I think walgreens is a great place if you need any pictures developed or canvases made! Ive been making a lot of pictures lately and the staff is always willing to go out of their way to help me better develop my pictures and even took the time to help me fit a picture onto a canvas when the picture I was using wasnt fitting right because of the size of my photo. But she helped me fit it just right and I am very pleased with the way the canvas came out. Even when I needed the photo edited by the person that created the picture Walgreens staff made it really easy to exchange the canvas for a new one with no extra charge. Overall 10 out of 10 stars for me!

Absolutely horrible pharmacy customer service!!!! Pharmacist by the name of Trelles Mitchell is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. She has a God complex at patients expense! I’ve been having issues for months now over here, this latest issue with Ms Trelles has forced me to switch my business elsewhere. So sad!

So this post is for my Mama. She is a stroke/heart attack survivor with diabetes and kidney disease. My brother and I go back and forth trying to get the right incontinence products for her without going broke and giving her the best quality she deserves, so I found the walgreens brand (certainty) and not only do they have great sales and bonus points but I had a $2.00 coupon to throw in. So, everyone shopping at walgreens, I was an employee for a couple of years and worked as a beauty advisor. Catch your coupons, your multipliers in bonus points, and join the rewards program. If you have kids or siblings in college, show them how it works, because they LOVE SPENDING MONEY AND THEY LOVE KNOWING THEY HAVE POINTS TO EARN AND SPEND OF THEIR OWN.. AND LESS TIME ASKING "you" for extra cash.YEP sounds like a commercial.+

This rating is strictly geared towards the pharmacy. It’s the absolute worst, especially the techs. One of them in particular that was working this morning (2/22/21) around 11am at the front counter got loud and rude when I tried to fill a prescription. Their wait times are outrageous, as it’s at LEAST a 30 minute ordeal every single time I go in. I understand it’s a busy location but in combination with their terrible customer service, I’ve had enough. I’ll be driving the 15 extra minutes to the Broussard location from here forward. The pharmacists at the Youngsville location have been decent to work with, but Broussard is phenomenal and I look forward to working with them from now on.Do better, Walgreens.

To who this may concern:I am a disabled middle aged man withrespect and kindness; first and foremost when speaking to others. My grandparents, and almost my entire family and friends are customers of Walgreens in Youngsville, Louisiana..on 2820 Milton Ave....Including myself.... We love the service.. It's close to home and the employees are very helpful and respectful, considering my mental illness. Due to a very awkward, embarrassing and completely stunning experience on February 10th,11th, 2019 after being disrespected by a young little employee who apparently works in the pharmacy dept. She was very disrespectful, loud(rem. This is private medical info.) She spoke over me as I spoke, made faces and literally caused me to have an anxiety attack due to this employee's demeanor. My family and I are going to proceed with caution next time speaking with this young girl.....name unknown.....but she's known. She may need to attend customer service classes. I'm not in charge. God bless

Nice store with a friendly staff always eager to help. Even though we never need help its nice to be offered. Great selection of EVERYTHING. My kids love walgreens. I cant speak for CVS today but when we first moved here the pharmacists as well as their help were EXTREMELY RUDE. Never at walgreens. 10 stars in my book!

I bought a phone that wasn't compatible with my service and returned it. Being I used my rewards number I would have thought a receipt was saved. Since there not digitally compatible I was given store credit. However they won't honor it for dairy products, tobacco or alchohol. Basically lost 50 because there's nothing else I'd buy there due to cost. So waisted my time and my money and will never shop there again.
