I used Happy Pet Hotels since I moved to Lafayette in 2018 and they were great. We also used them for training when we adopted a second dog.Bobby and the women who work here were always very kind and accommodating. My older dog had her first seizure a week before we were set to leave on our two week honeymoon and I was so nervous to board her but Bobby reassured me she would be taken care of and that they would give her extra love and attention.I would recommend this place to everyone and am sad that we wont be able to use them anymore due to us moving out of state. My dogs were always excited when we pulled up and were clearly happy to see the staff.

These folks treat your dogs like they are their own. Even had a last minute funeral to attend and they took my boys in no questions asked. I wish there were more places like this around. Would definitely make traveling a lot easier. My boys love going here. They even accommodate my crazy drill schedule and I am very thankful for that.

We love Happy Pets! They take great care of our sweet babies - 2 crazy basenjis! They respond to messages quickly and are very accommodating when my husband and I travel, even when we both had to go offshore at the last second. I would highly recommend them :)

I can not brag enough on Happy Pets Hotel. We have been taking our fur babies here for day care and over nights for over a year. Our boys love going. The entire team has made us feel like family taking exceptional care of our boys. Bobby has gone above and beyond to help us out when needing to leave town with little notice. If you are looking for a place to take your baby this is the place.

Awesome training. I dropped my Belgian malnois off after having him for one day. When I got him back he he is now taking commands from my family and I. Bobby is awesome with dogs. This was definitely worth it!!!

Sent mine to get trained here to be my service animal because for seizure alert it was recommended to me by someone with an ESA my mother knows (and they said they’d trained service animals before) when I got him back he was worse than when I sent him they didn’t do ANYTHING with him except the command “sit” for $2200 they didn’t take him to public areas and he 100% couldn’t pass the list of requirements from the government not only that but on the first day one of the other clients sicked there attack dog on me and didn’t call it off until it was already in the air to jump at me I FREAKED out so bad I thought I was gunna seize so now I’m out of pocket 2200 and have to train him myself but at least I had a “ safe” place to keep him while I moved even though he came back with cuts and scars all over him and a banged up ear and HOOK WORMS😒

Abuse of animals, police reports and lost dogs that still arent found says it all. My dog was taken to vet 2 times and was not himself for weeks. What happened to all the bad reviews. Someone deleted them.

bobby most likely deletes the bad reviews if he can. DO NOT USE HIM HE WILL BEAT AND HURT YOUR DOG. He will use a cattle prod and hit your dog. Trust me if you read this.

Bobby abuses the pets. They even lost someones Lab that still hasnt been found for months. They are cheap but very dishonest. My fur babies will never return here

Obvious animal abuse. I found several documented cases of dogs being severely abused and neglected. I'm absolutely disgusted with this place and the workers.
