If I could give less than one star I would! The customer service was absolutely ridiculous. My mom and I were in the self check out and we were getting profiled by a worker in that section over my mom handing me MODGEPODGE! Apparently to this worker only people over 21 can scan and put modgepodge in the bagging area. Plus asking to see someone’s ID over that is insane! (It wasn’t even required) By the way I’m 21!!! We thought she was just joking because of how stupid of a reason that is, but to her it wasn’t a laughing matter LOL! Definitely profiled over our race based from previous experiences with this worker!

I went to the Automotive area on 3/9/24 and the guys that were working were super helpful and nice. I had a nail in one of my tires and they got a new one put on, and got us ready to go! Me and my daughter watched through the window while they put the tire on.

Where do I start. Was sold molded Honey Buns. Bought some tortillas that had been eaten through by a mouse. Today I was sold 3 week expired ice cream. Every time they refuse to refund my money. Today was my last day shopping at this store.

There was a screaming temper tantrum throwing child in the winnsboro store 2 days ago. Grandma was trying to leave with the brat but, for some reason Walmart employees stopped her. The entire store was uncomfortable because of this screaming child.

The customer service at the auto shop was great. Except a little miscommunication between the guys ( I told the girl at reception everything I needed on my car and she haven't told the technicians) , I received fast and good service. The store was clean,neat and organized also, I shopped during the car service. Recommend 👍

My Daughter and My Granddaughter and I just stopped in to get the baby a toy for finally finish up on her potty training and We went through Self Check Out Where we made a mistake and accidentally rang up an item twice....The Sales Associate came right away and was able to fix it for us ... She was Courteous and Professional. I appreciate d her for showing us that kindness

It’s clean but The minority of customer service is not very helpful or polite and I do not understand why we have to check ourselves out.. what are their employees up there for and getting paid for if all they do is stand there with their hands behind their back and get snappy when you ask for assistance how come I don’t get a paycheck during the month for having to buy my own groceries and check them out myself what are they getting paid for other than that I guess it’s OK

I was looking for swim diapers, 2 employees told me 2 places they were at, couldn't find any. I asked another employee who took time to look it up & said they didn't have any then suggested another store in town as I needed them right away. Then my son had found a dinosaur he wanted & begged for. I agreed when I checked the price $19.09 instead of $38.99. Got to the register & it rang up $38.99 I had checked it in my app, but it's set for our home store. My son is autistic, so you can imagine the meltdown we dealt with. I went back to my sister's & ordered it for pick up at our store & it will be picked up tomorrow.

Wow we had the best experience with the staff in the tire center. They were all kind and respectful. I will recommend them in the future. I wish i could remember all of there names to thank them properly.

Had to go to self checkout and asked Ms.Rosie to get assistance for locked perfume case. In about 5 minutes a very sweet kinda loud young lady was hollering "I'm coming to help you mam". She was pretty quick and asked if I needed to smell of something else, she was quick and seemed to like her job and with a nice personality!, That was a lot better than last time when I couldn't buy a laptop because the person was on lunch break and the other employee didn't know when she'd be back with a key,,"No Sale" and "No Care at All " in Electronics that day!!!

Well had trouble checking out. I got in line behind 2 customers with buggies pretty full and after 20 minutes. I went to self check out. I bought under wear,,tee shirts and a long sleeve shirt. I was scanning my items and when I scanned the shirt it made a sound like it scanned but did not charge it. I tried to scan again it wouldn't take. The lady came over and told me I was doing it wrong. I told her if I was doing it wrong why didn't she get off the phone and show me,she got mouthy with me so when I got my purchase sacked up. I told her to not ever talk smart to me again. I scanned 3 items just like a top the shirt the same way and she had a scanner showing it didn't charge as well. I will not tolerate a worker with a smart mouth.

I was just wasting time because I had a meeting in winnsboro and was followed around and basically stalked like I was stealing something. It was absolutely rude and uncalled for. I will never go back to this Walmart.

They have pretty good clearance clothes and fresh produce. I also seem to easily find what I'm looking for in stock. This is a good place to find some awesome deals. Make sure to use the price checker in the app on clearance!

It’s 9:43 pm November the 8th , I never thought I will review Walmart but , I came in here for a purchase and I was told they don’t have the item or it’s not available at the moment while I was walking out it happened that I seen the Coach and the store manager taking boxes off a pallet and I asked them about my item , they was very informative and so helpful the coach Titiunea walked me to the item picked up and toke me to the register and told me to have a good night . Loved this place and it was worth the trip from monroe.Big shout out to the store manger Chantl!

1 Blue vest and 4 yellow vest all could come to jewelry counter to tell me no one was at work in that department yet and they would go get a "manager". No "manager" ever came after 35 minutes of this and telling them all I needed was to measure my watch battery to make sure it was the right number. Not one of the 5 would open the dang drawer and measure my battery then open the other drawer and get me 2 watch batteries!!! They paged over head for customer needs assistance in jewelry counter couple of times but when you tell me that person isn't there...why even bother if the five of you Walmart employees can't do it ..or won't. Oh my gosh!!! I am not planning on ever going back to Walmart anywhere.....again...horrible customer service.

The car blew a tire later in the day. I changed the bad tire for the spare but it is a doughnut and I had a long way to go. I pulled in 30 minutes to close and left with a good new tire all for a reasonable price, 30 bucks less than the place the tow guy recommended. Tge guys were nice and really fast. Got me out in a hurry. Kudos to them. 🐼

I ordered a TV online for a in store pickup. The man who helped me was very helpful and assisted me in getting it into the car. It was 75" TV so it was big. I talked to three other people before I got to the pickup center and they were all very helpful.😁

Where to begin...a few months ago I made a pickup order online, when I get there they loaded us up and asked if we would mind going in to pay. Also there were 4 things "out of stock" that I went right up to in the store and purchased. Not sure if they didn't look for those items good enough or too lazy to walk to the other side of the store.. The whole point of pickup is to NOT have to go in the store. Last month my husband wanted to look at a game in electronics, he asked for some help from an employee there, but they were too busy talking to friends and told my husband they would be there shortly. He waited for 5 more minutes and left. The pharmacy today was horrible. Took far too long to get medicine. This store is just terrible. My husband is also disabled and there are NEVER any electric carts.
