Good burger and tots. The burger wasn't completely flat or smashed as it may be at other locations. The tots were good and not overly greasy.The person who took our order was nice, but she had trouble hearing us. I assume it's because her coworkers were gossiping so loudly behind her that we could barely hear her. You'd think girls in a small town would know the pitfalls of bad mouthing their neighbors with an open mic. Don't worry kiddos, I don't go to school here so your secrets are safe.

1/16/24@7:41p.m. Ordered through app food for my family. Couldn't check in once I had arrived. As I was checking in a young lady who my daughter had a physical altercation with recently was returning from the Dollar General. As I checked in, she was entering the franchise. The speaker was still on and I could hear the young lady telling one of the other workers to let her make our order(shes a cook). I'm sure her intentions were not good intentions, and I was horrified at the thought of what she was going to do to our food. This young lady is in the wrong profession and obviously not mature enough to be in the food service industry. Tampering with people's food is a absolute No. And even attempting to is a bad look on the restaurant. I even requested to speak with a shift manager and couldn't get anyone to come out. And no one else would prepare my food, I requested that even after explaining the issue. I then just asked for a refund, and was told it was processed, but it wasn't. Not to mention they were out of 2 of the items I ordered anyways. The car hop just told me to ask for the refund because the food was out so that it wouldn't be a issue. But, yes I have true concerns, and a valid complaint because there are some things u just don't do.

Sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to answer the call button. I noticed other people having the same problem. Some people left, some pushed the button repeatedly, and others moved spots. NO ONE ever answered any of the call buttons for us or the others around us while we waited. Not sure the excuse for this issue. However, multi-million dollar companies should not have the issue of being short staffed.

I should have kept driving to the next Sonic. We stopped here on our last road trip both going and coming home. I had hoped for better food the second time. It was not.We initially pulled up into a parking spot to order. The menu screens needed to be restarted and were not functioning. The call button for ordering did work. After pressing it, we had not gotten a response within 10 minutes.We got in the long line for the drive thru to order. It took over 30 minutes for us to finally get our blasts and they were awful. The blasts were supposed to have Oreos. We had to dig to find any black cookie crumbs. It just tasted like melted vanilla soft serve.The first experience we had here was even worse. After a very long wait, we received the incorrect order. The food was not even slightly warm. None of the burgers and sandwiches had any lettuce, tomatoes or condiments.Sonic is not a fine dining restaurant. I understand that. We go there for a quick food and snacks. This location is not the level Sonic offers at even below average spots. Keep driving and find a different place to eat. This is a frustrating and disappointing place!!!

Same great food and service you expect from any Soic worldwide, but this one is set above the rest that it has a playground and a sand volleyball court! Come just for the playground, it's great!

My friend and I sat in slot 5, rang the buzzer and no one ever answered. Meanwhile a car pulled in to number 4 and their order was taken immediately. Must have been an issue with slot 5 microphone or speaker.Thankfully a young lady named Dawn noticed us sitting there, came over and took our order personally and delivered it in a timely fashion with an apology and a smile.She was the only employee we saw that actually looked like she enjoys her job.Mind you, this is happening under an excessive heat advisory. Specifically 103 degrees!Ordered a number 2. Burger was great, tots were undercooked. I have noticed the tots seem to be an issue at this specific location as they either come out cold or undercooked.

I showed up At happy hour And ordered a large vanilla Root beer. Waited 15 minutes, no drink, I had paid with a card so I hit the button and after waiting 3 minutes with no reply and considering the vehicle beside me had just received their food, which was a lot more than just a large drink, I left. I love sonic but I will not be visiting this one again.

The staff is extremely slow and their attitude is terrible. It doesn't matter if you go through drive-thru or carhop. When I went through drive-thru everyone was just standing around talking. All I ordered was a tea! Took over 5 minutes just to get it. Come to find out the girl was in the bathroom and no one else took over window because they were too busy standing around talking to each other.

After waiting a while I received the wrong sandwich. Pressed the button to let someone know and the sandwich was picked up promptly by the carhop who said literally zero words to me about the situation. I’ve now been waiting 15 minutes and have to leave with no food.

We had a brown bag special an a 5piece ckice special wit fresh fries that took an extra 6 minits to get because they gad to come out .get the receipt..go back in .an locate the one that been unpacked. Bring those out .?! Which was already cold...never offered any Dippin sauce or condiments

Ordered Sonic blast for my family and I tonight. We got them within 10 minutes. I know it takes some time to make them. When we got them there was just candy on the top of the ice cream nothing mixed in any of them. I also ordered tater tots that were horrible. But no sense in saying anything to a manager there because nothing ever gets done. Always a attitude. I should have stuck with Jonesboro making my blast. Yall have really went down hill from what yall use to be when yall first opened up.

I was waiting there after I pressed the button & it was a while before somebody start taking it because it looked busy & I understood but the first item we ordered she cut us off & started taking the next car that was beside us. So after waiting 15 mins a girl came & asked us what we ordered (I guess because she noticed we were sitting there for a while) & when we told her what happened she laughed!! Then she said hold on & we waited 20 more minutes & everybody else was getting their food so we decided to leave. Very unprofessional!!

Love how family-oriented this place has become. Awesome food at Great prices! There's always some kind of special going on and you can get some of them through your phone. I love it! The fried chicken sandwich has always been my favorite! And their ice cream shakes are AMAZING! The staff is friendly and the area and bathrooms are always so clean!

The food is good and most of the time really friendly service. I recommend going through the drive-thru because almost everytime i go to the parking spot speakers i get something wrong with my order. Would recommend.

I just got off work and wanted a hot fudge Sunday with extra fudge there was barely in at the bottom of the cup and a ring of fudge around the top of the cup above the ice cream there was no extra in there and to add the fudge was not hot at all and I go to sonic a lot to get a medium cup of ice after work to last me on my way home but they never fill the cup to the top no matter if you ask them to
