It's nice to be a little close to a brookshires, they are getting far and few in between. I never cared for super one even though its suppose to be one in the same store. The employees are very friendly and helpful

I've literally been robbed. These people have their decent looking price tags all over everything then when you get to the register they don't tell you that you have to have a brookshires card before you get it for the price shown. The same things that cost $1 at Walmart cost $3-5 here. Stay away! Got me for a $76 bill that should have been $35 tops. Will never step foot in one of these jokes for a grocery store again. Most of the time a store will scan their card for you. Not these folks. They just charge you double.

Normally go in and find what ever we need for groceries went in on a Saturday morning and it looked like there was a shortage on bread alot of the shelves had large empty areas in them

Terrible service. I went to a check out. The light was on the check out no one was there a girl comes out of the service desk and has an attitude the whole time she's checking me out. She asked me if I needed help carrying my groceries out. It was a whole buggy full of stuff. She rolled her eyes then called for a bagger. He comes and bas the groceries then asked "Do you need me to carry these out or what" I thought that was their job. I could see if it was a couple of bags not a buggy full.

Nice clean well stocked store . the only thing wrong was not enough checkers only one i had 4 people in front of me so it took longer for me to get out

I've been going to the Brookshire on Chestnut drive in Lufkin and getting Bo Jackson smoked sausage. To me it was the best I've ever had. Previously I thought Renfro was the best but Bo's was a little better. Now I can't get it there because I was told it was cutting into the home town brands sells. Evidently I wasn't the only one who thought it was so good because it was always sold out. I asked the employee who told me that who were they trying to please, the customer or the distributors. Sounds like home cooking

They didn't have any Brookshire's brand bread at the end up buying Pilgrim's Pride wheat bread for almost $4 a loaf
